Air pollution demonstrates the appearance of toxins into the air which is blocking human prosperity and the earth. It will portray as potentially the riskiest threats that humanity anytime faced. It makes hurt animals, harvests to thwart these issues in transportation territories need to expect air quality from pollutions utilizing AI systems and IoT. Along these lines, air quality evaluation and assumption has become a huge target for human health factors and also affect internal organs related to respiratory. The accuracy of Air Pollution prediction has been involved with the machine learning techniques and the best accuracy model is identified. The air quality prediction dataset is used for identifying the meteorology air pollution data while the predicted model is involved the decision tree computation for predicting the toxin contents in the region, the Air quality indicator is used to assess the pollution level and monitoring the air quality. The performance analysis shows that the decision tree technique has produced the better results in the performance metrics of Accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score with the minimized error values while the comparative evaluation of Attribute-enabled classification has identified the best technique for predicting the air quality.

Recently, drug repurposing has emerged as an effective and resource-efficient paradigm for AD drug discovery. Among various methods for drug repurposing, network-based methods have shown promising results as they are capable of leveraging complex networks that integrate multiple interaction types, such as protein-protein interactions, to more effectively identify candidate drugs. However, existing approaches typically assume paths of the same length in the network have equal importance in identifying the therapeutic effect of drugs. Other domains have found that same length paths do not necessarily have the same importance. Thus, relying on this assumption may be deleterious to drug repurposing attempts. In this work, we propose MPI (Modeling Path Importance), a novel network-based method for AD drug repurposing. MPI is unique in that it prioritizes important paths via learned node embeddings, which can effectively capture a networks rich structural information. Thus, leveraging learned embeddings allows MPI to effectively differentiate the importance among paths. We evaluate MPI against a commonly used baseline method that identifies anti-AD drug candidates primarily based on the shortest paths between drugs and AD in the network. We observe that among the top-50 ranked drugs, MPI prioritizes 20.0% more drugs with anti-AD evidence compared to the baseline. Finally, Cox proportional-hazard models produced from insurance claims data aid us in identifying the use of etodolac, nicotine, and BBB-crossing ACE-INHs as having a reduced risk of AD, suggesting such drugs may be viable candidates for repurposing and should be explored further in future studies. © 2023 The Authors.

Digital twins are a relatively new concept that have lately garnered interest in the industrial sector. Digital twins are virtual models that mirror actual products. In this research, we suggest using the technology of digital twins to the field of healthcare in order to enhance clinical decision support and to provide more individualized treatment for patients. When artificial intelligence (AI) is combined with digital twins, healthcare professionals are able to more effectively analyze large volumes of varied data and increase their ability to make diagnostic and therapeutic decisions. In this research, we provide a conceptual framework for leveraging digital twins and AI to solve existing limits in cancer care, notably endometrial cancer therapy. This research study mainly focuses on cancer care, and more specifically on endometrial cancer treatment. In addition, we analyze the possible challenges and opportunities that may arise throughout the process of integrating this technology in healthcare settings. Our overarching objective is to improve the standard of treatment as well as the clinical results for people who have cancer. © 2024 IEEE.

Early detection of gastric cancer, a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide, remains hampered by the limitations of current diagnostic technologies, leading to high rates of misdiagnosis and missed diagnoses. To address these challenges, we propose an integrated system that synergizes advanced hardware and software technologies to balance speed-accuracy. Our study introduces the One Class Twin Cross Learning (OCT-X) algorithm. Leveraging a novel fast double-threshold grid search strategy (FDT-GS) and a patch-based deep fully convolutional network, OCT-X maximizes diagnostic accuracy through real-time data processing and seamless lesion surveillance. The hardware component includes an all-in-one point-of-care testing (POCT) device with high-resolution imaging sensors, real-time data processing, and wireless connectivity, facilitated by the NI CompactDAQ and LabVIEW software. Our integrated system achieved an unprecedented diagnostic accuracy of 99.70%, significantly outperforming existing models by up to 4.47%, and demonstrated a 10% improvement in multirate adaptability. These findings underscore the potential of OCT-X as well as the integrated system in clinical diagnostics, offering a path toward more accurate, efficient, and less invasive early gastric cancer detection. Cancer that originates in the breast tissue then spreads to the chest wall is called breast cancer. Doctors routinely examine mammograms for signs of cancer;however, aberrant macrocalcifications and microcalcifications might appear on mammograms when the picture quality is subpar. Always get checked out if you see anything out of the ordinary, especially if it involves your breasts, such abnormal calcium deposits. For this mammographic deposit to be properly interpreted, top-notch picture quality is necessary. Many different breast cancer screening methods and the many breast cancer phases are still the subject of active study. In order to construct effective medical image processing systems, experts use methods including the Ant Colony Algorithm (ACA), the Improved Adaptive Fuzzy C-Means (IAFCM), and TNM (the size of the breast tumor (T), the lymph nodes around the tumor, and metastasized). Classes were determined using an MPIG, or a modified Poisson inverse gradient classifier. More than five hundred picture modalities are used across all methods. Medical professionals that rely on images to establish diagnoses or treatments might find the results of this research useful. © 2022 IEEE.

The growing number of autoimmune diseases necessitates the needs novel drug delivery system alternatives to improve targeted therapy. The study deals with the immediate requirement for improvements by investigating the limitations of existing systems, highlighting their limitations in precision, patient adherence, and real-time monitoring. The proposed system combines Internet of Things (IoT) technology into medicine distribution, providing an extensive structure that makes use of smart devices, sensors, and networking solutions. The integration attempts to improve patient participation and treatment efficacy by ensuring tailored regimens. The study demonstrates promising discoveries in optimizing therapeutic interventions, cost-effectiveness, and data-driven insights through an in-depth evaluation of case studies and successful implementations. The proposed IoT-enhanced drug delivery system not only addresses the limitations of existing systems but also represents an evolution for healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical businesses. Patient privacy and data security are essential for ethical and regulatory reasons. The study's results and analysis highlight the proposed system's potential for overcoming limitations and enhancing targeted therapy for autoimmune disorders, setting the groundwork for a future in which IoT seamlessly interacts with drug delivery systems to transform patient care. © 2024 IEEE.

From a macro viewpoint, it is essential to comprehend the similarities across human illnesses in order to identify underlying mechanisms at the microscopic level. Previous studies have shown that employing machine learning methods or merging many data sources can improve performance in sickness similarity measurement. However, there is currently a gap in the development of a useful framework for information extraction and integration from a range of biological data using deep learning models. We introduce CoGO, a Contrastive learning system that predicts commonalities in illnesses based on gene networks and ontology structure. Gene ontology (GO) and gene interaction network domain information is integrated into CoGO using graph deep learning models. Graph deep learning models are first used to encode gene and GO word features from independent graph structure data. Gene and GO characteristics are then mapped via a nonlinear projection to a shared embedding space. Next, by using cross-view contrastive loss to increase the agreement of related gene-GO links, meaningful gene representations are generated. Finally, to calculate disease similarity, CoGO computes the cosine similarity of sickness representation vectors derived from related gene embeddings. © 2024 IEEE.

Inferring individualised treatment effects from observational data can unlock the potential for targeted interventions. It is, however, hard to infer these effects from observational data. One major problem that can arise is covariate shift where the data (outcome) conditional distribution remains the same but the covariate (input) distribution changes between the training and test set. In an observational data setting, this problem is materialised in control and treated units coming from different distributions. A common solution is to augment learning methods through reweighing schemes (e.g. propensity scores). These are needed due to model misspecification, but might hurt performance in the individual case. In this paper, we explore a novel generative tree based approach that tackles model misspecification directly, helping downstream estimators achieve better robustness. We show empirically that the choice of model class can indeed significantly affect the final performance and that reweighing methods can struggle in individualised effect estimation. Our proposed approach is competitive with reweighing methods on average treatment effects while performing significantly better on individualised treatment effects. © 2022, CC BY.

Advanced wireless networks are essential given the increase in demand for smart services enabled by the Internet of Everything (IoE). Despite the fact that 5G networks could enable Internet of Everything (IoE)-based services, they can't meet all of the requirements needed to create intelligent applications. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the current infrastructure, there is an increasing demand to investigate the potential of 6G wireless communication technologies. Complex network optimization problems can be resolved by integrating artificial intelligence into sixth generation networks. An increasing user base and support for large-scale data-driven applications are essential given the fast evolving 6G landscape. In addition to highlighting network needs, critical supporting technologies, and a comparison of 5G and 6G networks, this study looks at recent advancements and trends in 6G technology. The report also explores new approaches to 6G connectivity, such as edge computing, backscatter communications, AI-driven IoT networks, and holographic beamforming, all of which are meant to support intelligent communities. In order to achieve the goal of 6Gbased IoT networks, it concludes by outlining potential research avenues. © 2024 IEEE.
