Cyber, physical, and social (CPS) systems have emerged as the driving force behind today's modern information society, where data is defined as the main capital. Information drives almost every technological advancement to amplify industries through artificial intelligence (AI). While data has the potential to enrich an organization, it also presents issues related to privacy, ownership, and security. There are considerable constraints on AI efficiency due to inadequate sensitive sharing frameworks, and the vulnerabilities of individuals' data are not well protected most of the time. This paper presents SecNet, which integrates blockchain and AI to provide a secure mechanism for information exchange between CPSs, thereby enhancing trust, integrity, and productivity. SecNet combines blockchain's distributed ledger with AI's data management skills to protect data and build adequate levels of trust among data users. AI decision-making strength is boosted by SecNet through the provision of high-quality and secure data input, effectiveness in operations, and minimized risks of data sharing. With the help of SecNet, sharing data in CPS systems can become a significant advancement that will stimulate further development and make industries' digital infrastructure more reliable and trustworthy.

Tracing and tracking of the peripheral devices help in terms of manufacturing and providing services to the users. This paper presents an investigation into the thermal behaviour of a copper coil embedded into a block of resin that is bound to the asphalt in the roadway. The roadway is made up of three layers of 50mm asphalt and the resin block surrounding the coil was placed within the surface layer. The thermal behaviour of the coil and the surrounding environment is presented when the coil is energised at 90A DC to be within the electromagnetic radiation limits. Based on the exerpimental results, simulations are conducted in ANSYS Maxwell and Icepak to predict the temperature rise using AC energisation at 85kHz. The coil is energised in the simulation with a range of currents to predict the thermal stress the resin block will withstand at steady-state conditions. The simulation findings predict the thermal behaviour of the resin block and the surrounding asphalt when the coil is transferring 10kW.

Coherency assessment is essential for wide-area protection and control of interconnected power systems. The transient response of renewable energy sources (RESs) differs from conventional generators. Therefore, the increasing penetration of RESs necessitates the analysis of hybrid power system dynamics to ensure system security and reliability during various disturbances. This paper proposes an online coherency assessment strategy based on the frequency signals acquired from phasor measurement units (PMUs) to include RESs in the analysis. Moreover, it investigates the impact of RESs on the generators' coherency patterns. Coherent groups are identified under both limited and wide-scale integration of RESs. Moreover, the system's dynamic response is investigated in the case of uniform distribution of RESs among voltage-controlled buses. The 10-machine New England power system is adopted in this study. All time-domain simulations are conducted on the DIgSILENT PowerFactory software. Results demonstrate the viability and effectiveness of the proposed strategy for online coherency identification in hybrid power systems. It also reveals that integrating RESs impacts coherent groups under certain conditions.
