Quantum Computing (QC) works based on the principle of quantum mechanics, which is different from traditional computers. Heart disease remains the leading cause of mortality worldwide and the development of advanced predictive models for early diagnosis is necessary. In this paper, the Support Vector Machine (SVM), Quantum Support Vector Machine (QSVM), and Variational Quantum Classifier (VQC) are used to predict heart disease. Among these algorithms, QSVM and VQC are used for heart disease prediction using QC principles. The SVM and QSVM achieves the accuracy of 80% and 69% and VQC achieves the highest accuracy of 86% with ZFeatureMap and RealAmplitude in 100 iterations. The FeatureMap and Ansatz are used for turning data into quantum states. The VQC employs a parameterized quantum circuit to minimize the classification error and optimization is done using gradient-free COBYLA. In addition to ZFeatureMap, other FeatureMaps like ZZFeatureMap and PauliFeatureMap are also performed in VQC. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid advancements in communication and multimedia computing technology, multimedia information, particularly video data, has recently become disproportionately accessible. Video is widely used in a variety of applications, making efficient management and retrieval of the expanding volume of video data critical. To manage such tasks, include automated recognition of the image queries in video retrieval with a reduced degree of system memory usage, spot detection, maintenance time, identification of exact duplicate videos, and so on. This research determination demonstrates the Modified R-Ratio with Viola-Jones Classification Method (MRVJCM) with the relevance of developing techniques and algorithms for automatic recognition of image queries. The R-Ratio Viola–Jones framework has two distinguishable feature maintenance processes, such as Feature Selection and Integration and Feature Cascading. These two distinct features are applied to the motion features (texture, emotions, elements, and shape) within the three features. The proposed techniques and their relevant algorithms are used to retrieve the most accurate videos and to assure the mathematical operation of video retrieval in the operation of the comparable protected system. As a result, the proposed MRVJCM achieves 98% of accuracy, 93% of precision, 92% of recall, and 42% of RMSE. © 2023

In today’s world security is a major concern. To strengthen security, organizations are investing huge amounts of money for incorporating different tools and techniques. Penetration testing is one of the security measures used to test the security of the system. Penetration testing is a procedure to identify vulnerabilities in the system by using different testing tools like BrupSuite, DirBuster, SQLMap, cURL, etc. This paper identifies the best penetration testing tool based on the study of different parameters, like multi-threading at over 6000 requests/sec, cross-platform supportiveness, ability to work over both HTTP and HTTPS, capability to support all databases, automatic recognition of password hash formats, ability to support multiple URLs, to support in crawling website, and to support the parallel transmission. Performance parameter values can be adjusted and tuned while the program is in running condition. After going through a study of all these parameters, it was observed that the DirBuster tool supports seven out of eleven parameters for penetration testing. DirBuster also supports both the Command line interface (CLI) and Graphical user interface (GUI). It is also seamlessly integrated into both Linux and Windows Operating Systems. As per our study, the DirBuster performed well as compared to the other tools of the same domain like BrupSuite, DirBuster, SQLMap, and cURL. © 2024 IEEE.

Text summarization, a difficult problem in natural language processing, tries to reduce lengthy materials into summaries that are clear and instructive. The "Extract-then-Abstract" approach for unsupervised abstractive summarization is a novel method introduced in this paper. This approach aims to provide more cohesive and human-like summaries as opposed to previous methods, which have trouble with seamless transitions between phrases. The method was designed to mimic how people generate summaries by first isolating the key lines, then fluently reassembling them. The proposed approach consists of two stages. In the extraction stage, TextRank, an unsupervised graph-based algorithm for extractive summarization, is utilized to generate a summary by selecting important sentences from the document. In order to provide a structured and fluid abstractive summary, a BART-based sentence-writing paradigm is introduced. When compared to unsupervised extractive summary techniques, the Extract-then-Abstract method produces summaries with greater coherence and resemblance to human comprehension while still maintaining competitive ROUGE scores. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

An Interactive Learning Platform for Enhanced Education using Augumented Reality (AR) presents the development of an innovative educational website and app designed to enhance learning experiences through the integration of QR codes and Augmented Reality technology. The platform features a curated list of QR codes, each assigned to specific educational topics. Upon scanning a QR code, users are directed to a dedicated website showcasing a detailed 3D model related to the QR code's assigned subject matter. Scanning a QR code associated with 'heart' will lead to a 3D model of the human heart. The website offers an interactive interface that allows users to explore and manipulate the 3D models in real-time. Also, the platform incorporates AR functionality, enabling users to view and interact with the models in their physical environment. It is also aided with audio recordings and description related to the information which is provided in the website. This immersive approach aims to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience, especially for complex subjects where visualizations are beneficial. Rice is cultivated almost allover the world. In spite of the usage of several pesticides, a variety of diseases and pests reduce rice yield. Pesticide use reduces crop quality while increasing crop production. Thus, one of the key project in the field of computer science and agriculture department is the identification of diseases from captures of rice. This research study uses CNN to describe and classify various rice plant diseases. Processing techniques for images such as changing the size., rescaling, restoring equilibrium, and transforming into colors are carried out for recovering vital disease-related features. The approaches are highly helpful for farmers to quickly take the necessary corrective actions to protect their crops from diseases. In order to examine the current situation regarding the agricultural decision support system, this study has explored a number of research articles on the identification of rice plant diseases. This research study analyzes the datasets to obtain the required deep learning framework. The proposed model differentiates healthy leaves and disease-affected leaves. © 2024 IEEE.

With the invention of Internet-enabled devices,cloud and blockchain-based technologies,an online voting system can smoothly carry out election *** pandemic situations,citizens tend to develop panic about mass gatherings,which may influence the decrease in the number of *** urges a reliable,flexible,transparent,secure,and cost-effective voting *** proposed online voting system using cloud-based hybrid blockchain technology eradicates the flaws that persist in the existing voting system,and it is carried out in three phases:the registration phase,vote casting phase and vote counting phase.A timestamp-based authentication protocol with digital signature validates voters and candidates during the registration and vote casting *** smart contracts,third-party interventions are eliminated,and the transactions are secured in the blockchain ***,to provide accurate voting results,the practical Byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)consensus mechanism is adopted to ensure that the vote has not been modified or ***,the overall performance of the proposed system is significantly better than that of the existing *** performance was analyzed based on authentication delay,vote alteration,response time,and latency.

Understanding consumer attitudes toward specific products is crucial for boosting sales in the e-commerce industry. To effectively target customers with popular products based on reviews, the classification of consumer feedback becomes imperative. However, classifying product reviews can be challenging, particularly when dealing with imbalanced data labels, which often result in suboptimal classification performance. This study builds upon previous efforts that utilized the Amazon Fine Food Reviews dataset for classification tasks. While these prior attempts showed promise, they were hindered by either poor embeddings or the prevalent class imbalance issue. In response, this research tries to solve these problems by using word embeddings with RoBERTa, a pre-trained transformer-based language model, to classify reviews. Additionally, the XGBoost classifier was implemented, along with embeddings from the language model. Losses were first calculated with equal weights for all class labels, and a re-weighted loss was subsequently adopted to balance the impact of each class on the loss function during training. The incorporation of RoBERTa and XGBoost, along with the class label re-weighting, contributed to improved capturing of intricate word relationships within reviews. As a result, this approach achieves significantly improved accuracy in both binary and multiclass classifications compared to earlier endeavors. Notably, it attained an impressive accuracy of 83.84% in multiclass classification and 93.29% in binary classification tasks, marking a substantial advancement in the field of consumer review analysis. © 2024 IEEE.

Advent of GAN networks has enabled several tasks such as text to face generation easier. It helps in synthesizing several instances of data from the actual data. It gives an idea on new possibilities for existing dataset. The current scenario in literature sees a parade of GAN architectures. The performance of each GAN architecture varies in a wide range of outputs. Hence, there always exists a confusion of the GAN architecture to be chosen for the purpose of the task in question. This paper attempts to make a comparative evaluation of two famous GAN architectures, namely, StyleGAN and DCGAN. The architectures are implemented and the images generated are compared on the basis of the quality of images. It is seen that StyleGAN responds more accurately to features like smile, age, and gender. From the experiments, it is seen that the FID score of StyleGAN has a lower value as compared to that of DCGAN. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
