With the unprecedented prevalence of Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)and 5G technology,various applications supported by industrial communication systems have generated exponentially increased processing tasks,which makes task assignment inefficient due to insufficient *** this paper,an Intelligent and Trustworthy task assignment method based on Trust and Social relations(ITTS)is proposed for scenarios with many tasks and few ***,ITTS first makes initial assignments based on trust and social influences,thereby transforming the complex large-scale industrial task assignment of the platform into the small-scale task assignment for each ***,an intelligent Q-decision mechanism based on workers'social relation is proposed,which adopts the first-exploration-then-utilization principle to allocate *** when a worker cannot cope with the assigned tasks,it initiates dynamic worker recruitment,thus effectively solving the worker shortage problem as well as the cold start *** importantly,we consider trust and security issues,and evaluate the trust and social circles of workers by accumulating task feedback,to provide the platform a reference for worker recruitment,thereby creating a high-quality worker ***,extensive simulations demonstrate ITTS outperforms two benchmark methods by increasing task completion rates by 56.49%-61.53%and profit by 42.34%-47.19%.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is often used to refer to as electronic personal health (EPH) records or electronic healthcare records (EHR). These are considered vivacious assets of health facilities and patients. The relevance of the EMRs has motivated diverse innovations in the collecting, organizing, managing and administering for purpose of treatment primarily and other reasons. There are various concerns raised about legitimate usages, reproducibility, accuracy, and privacy breaches of EMRs across majority of health and medical facilities globally. This phenomenon became popular due to its support of electronic devices, wireless links, transmission and storage of data in the cloud, and communication across a gateway (or central-point). Therefore, physicians and medical facilities were empowered to undertake virtual consultations to patients through telemedicine applications for the remote treatment and diagnosis. Internet of Things (IoT) systems, medical wearable objects, and sensors were the basic components that collect and transmit patient data on real-time basis to a base station or centralized servers managed by hospitals. However, there is the need to improve creation and adoption of EMRs not without understanding their roles and shortfalls as well possible means of improvement. Consequently, this study conducts a systematic literature review on electronic medical records management and administration under current trends, issues, solutions and future directions. To this end, eighty-one (81) peer-reviewed articles including conferences and journals papers were included in the final stage of the study after applying Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analysis Protocols (PRIMA-P) methodology of records selection. Interference source localization with high accuracy and time efficiency is of crucial importance for protecting spectrum resources. Due to the flexibility of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), exploiting UAVs to locate the interference source has attracted intensive research interests. The off-the-shelf UAV-based interference source localization schemes locate the interference sources by employing the UAV to keep searching until it arrives at the target. This obviously degrades time efficiency of localization. To balance the accuracy and the efficiency of searching and localization, this paper proposes a multi-UAV-based cooperative framework alone with its detailed scheme, where search and remote localization are iteratively performed with a swarm of UAVs. For searching, a low-complexity Q-learning algorithm is proposed to decide the direction of flight in every time interval for each UAV. In the following remote localization phase, a fast Fourier transformation based location prediction algorithm is proposed to estimate the location of the interference source by fusing the searching result of different UAVs in different time intervals. Numerical results reveal that in the proposed scheme outperforms the stateof-the-art schemes, in terms of the accuracy, the robustness and time efficiency of localization.
