Air pollution is a significant environmental hazard in modern society because of its serious impact on human health and the environment. In point of fact, there has been a substantial rise in the levels of pollution in the environment over the course of the past few years. data analyst is commonly encountering the issue of data missing. It is crucial to handle them efficiently to get more accurate and dependable data analysis findings. This study aims to improve understanding of data missing mechanisms, data imputation techniques, and examine the efficacy of frequently utilized data imputation techniques on quantitative datasets. Analysts and data scientists frequently face the challenge of missing data in their investigations. Therefore, it is essential to handle them in an efficient manner so as to gain improved and more trustworthy results through the analysis of the data. The objective of this research is to enhance comprehension of data missing processes and data imputed methods, while also evaluating the effectiveness of data imputed approaches often employed in quantitative datasets. A complete comparison of 5 different data imputation methods is presented in this article. These approaches include mean imputation, median imputation, mode imputation, kNN imputation and Linear Regression. For the purpose of analysing and contrasting the efficacy of the various data imputation approaches, we have utilized five distinct numeric datasets that were gathered from several air pollution repositories. Standardized Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) is the technique for assessing the efficacy of data imputation techniques. According on the findings of the analysis, the kNN imputation approach offers superior performance than the other methods. There is no correlation between the length of the dataset or the number of values that are missing in the dataset and the accuracy of the data imputed approach. © 2024 IEEE.

Agriculture, the backbone of many economies, faces challenges like lack of information, outdated practices, and limited access to technology, hindering farmer productivity. This work proposes a user-friendly, multilingual platform leveraging Generative AI to address farmers' diverse needs. The platform encompasses various features to enhance agricultural practices. An LLM-powered Government Scheme Advisor functions as a multilingual chatbot offering intelligent guidance on government agricultural schemes and subsidies. The Disease Detection module utilizes AI technology for real-time identification and treatment recommendations, minimizing crop diseases and yield losses. The Soil Testing Centre feature locates nearby soil testing centers, providing essential information based on geographical data to assist farmers in optimizing soil quality. A Crop Recommendation feature employs Machine Learning algorithms to offer personalized crop recommendations, considering various factors and aiding informed decision-making. The Crop Planning Tool, with its intuitive user interface, simplifies planning planting schedules and managing resources. Additionally, the platform includes an MSP Center Locator to find nearby Minimum Support Price (MSP) centers based on location. By integrating these innovative solutions, this platform bridges the gap between conventional agricultural techniques and contemporary technology, equipping farmers with the resources and expertise essential for advancing productivity and sustainability. Multilingual support ensures accessibility for a wider audience, breaking down language barriers and promoting inclusivity in the agricultural sector. Estimating Worst-Case Execution Time (WCET) as a regression problem has become increasingly challenging due to the complexity of modern hardware and software systems. Traditional statistical methods often fall short of providing accurate and reliable estimates. To address these limitations, ensemble learning methods have emerged as a promising approach for capturing edge cases in execution scenarios. This paper proposes a novel ensemble model that integrates fractional-order Legendre functions (FLF) to enrich feature representation. This integration reduces correlations between individual models within the ensemble, enhancing generalization capabilities. Our method achieves significant reductions in Mean Squared Error (MSE) for WCET estimates while maintaining high levels of safeness. Specifically, the proposed model maintained an error below one across most benchmarks, with safeness levels of %100 in 13 out of 16 benchmarks. These findings underscore the efficacy of our approach and its potential to provide robust and accurate WCET estimates for complex systems. © 2025 IEEE.

In medical question-answering, traditional knowledge triples often fail due to superfluous data and their inability to capture complex relationships between symptoms and treatments across diseases. This limits models' ability to provide accurate, contextually relevant responses. To overcome this, we introduce MedEx, which employs First-Order Logic (FOL)-based reasoning to model intricate relationships between diseases and treatments. We construct FOL-based triplets that encode the interplay of symptoms, diseases, and treatments, capturing not only surface-level data but also the logical constraints of the medical domain. MedEx encodes the discourse (questions and context) using a transformer-based unit, enhancing context comprehension. These encodings are processed by a Knowledge Injection Cell that integrates knowledge graph triples via a Graph Attention Network. The Logic Fusion Cell then combines medical-specific logical rule triples (e.g., co-occurrence, causation, diagnosis) with knowledge triples and extracts answers through a feed-forward layer. Our analysis demonstrates MedEx's effectiveness and generalization across medical question-answering tasks. By merging logical reasoning with knowledge, MedEx provides precise medical answers and adapts its logical rules based on training data nuances. © 2025 Association for Computational Linguistics.

Thailand has a wide variety of tourist attractions, making it difficult for tourist to choose where to go on vacation. The tourist destination recommendation system is a challenge for creating a system to help recommend tourist destinations that are appropriate for personal. Therefore, the principal aims of this research encompass two distinct objectives: firstly, to create a recommendation system for tourist destinations in Thailand by applying machine learning algorithms;and secondly, to analyze factors influencing tourists' choices of destinations. The dataset was gathered from an online survey conducted via Google Forms, comprising responses from 429 tourists in Thailand. In the experiments, three different types of feature selection methods were applied in a data preprocessing step. In the modeling process, four machine learning algorithms, namely Decision Tree, Random Forest, k-Nearest Neighbors (k-NN), and Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP), were used to construct the model and compare the predictive performance of the recommendation system based on hit rate and NDCG. The experimental results showed that suggesting tourist destinations in the Central region was the most effective, with the highest hit rate and NDCG compared to other regions. The average hit rate and NDCG for the five regions were 0.8 and 0.59, respectively. In addition, there has been an analysis of key factors influencing destination selection, such as activity, travel month, travel budget, and the age of tourists, to understand their impact on travel choices in each region of Thailand. © 2024 Owner/Author.

Air quality significantly impacts human health and economic conditions, making precise and timely assessment crucial in urban areas. Existing studies often fail to predict pollution accurately in smaller areas due to varying meteorological conditions. Most existing prototypes rely on standard ML models, trained with generic, publicly available datasets, which often lack local dynamics, adaptability, and synchronization. To address these challenges, in this paper, we propose a new Hybrid Edge-Cloud Air Quality Monitoring System. For initial model training a robust testbed is created by data Fusion of air quality data from diverse sources like Application Programming Interfaces and public datasets. The system trains and refines ML models in the cloud, identifies key features to reduce feature dimensions, and leverages local decision-making using site-specific data collected by sensors on edge devices. Sensors monitor local environmental parameters for real-time analysis and decision-making, ensuring accurate predictions for specific urban locations while optimizing performance and minimizing resource usage on edge devices. Explainable AI techniques improve transparency and confidence in decisions. The pandemic creates a more complicated providence of medical assistance and diagnosis procedures. In the world, Covid-19, Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS Cov-2), and plague are widely known pandemic disease desperations. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic tragedies, various medical diagnosis models and intelligent computing solutions are proposed for medical applications. In this era of computer-based medical environment, conventional clinical solutions are surpassed by many Machine Learning and Deep Learning-based COVID-19 diagnosis models. Anyhow, many existing models are developing lab-based diagnosis environments. Notably, the Gated Recurrent Unit-based Respiratory data Analysis (GRU-RE), Intelligent Unmanned Aerial Vehicle-based Covid data Analysis (Thermal Images) (I-UVAC), and Convolutional Neural Network-based computer Tomography Image Analysis (CNN-CT) are enriched with lightweight image data analysis techniques for obtaining mass pandemic data at real-time conditions. However, the existing models directly deal with bulk images (thermal data and respiratory data) to diagnose the symptoms of COVID-19. Against these works, the proposed spectacle thermal image data analysis model creates an easy and effective way of disease diagnosis deployment strategies. Particularly, the mass detection of disease symptoms needs a more lightweight equipment setup. In this proposed model, each patient's thermal data is collected via the spectacles of medical staff, and the data are analyzed with the help of a complex set of capsule network functions. Comparatively, the conventional capsule network functions are enriched in this proposed model using adequate sampling and data reduction solutions. In this way, the proposed model works effectively for mass thermal data diagnosis applications. The secure authentication of user data is crucial in various sectors, including digital banking, medical applications and e-governance, especially for images. Secure communication protects against data tampering and forgery, thereby bolstering the foundation for informed decision-making, whether managing traffic, enhancing public safety, or monitoring environmental conditions. Conventional visual cryptographic protocols offer solutions, particularly for color images, though they grapple with challenges such as high computational demands and reliance on multiple cover images. Additionally, they often require third-party authorization to verify the image integrity. On the other hand, visual cryptography offers a streamlined approach. It divides images into shares, where each pixel represented uniquely, thus allowing visual decryption without complex computations. The optimized multi-tiered authentication protocol (OMTAP), which is integrated with the visual sharing scheme (VSS), takes secure image sharing to the next level. It reduces share count, prioritizes image fidelity and transmission security, and introduces the self-verification of decrypted image integrity through asymmetric key matrix generators, thus eliminating external validation. Rigorous testing has confirmed OMTAP's robustness and broad applicability, thereby ensuring that decrypted images maintain their quality with a peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of 40 dB and full integrity at the receiver's end. © 2024 American institute of mathematical sciences. The Sign Language Recognition System has been designed to capture video input, process it to detect hand gestures, and translate these gestures into readable text. The project consists of several key components and steps: Video Processing: Using OpenCV, the system captures frames from the video input. MediaPipe processes these frames to detect and track hand landmarks in real time. OpenCV capabilities allow for efficient frame extraction and basic image processing tasks such as resizing and normalization. Hand Detection and Tracking: MediaPipe pre-trained models identify and track hand movements within the video frames. The accurate detection and tracking of the hand movements are critical for the subsequent recognition of the sign language gestures. Sign Language Recognition: The core system is the deep learning model, trained using the TensorFlow and Keras on a dataset of sign language gestures. The model learns to classify the detected hand movements into corresponding sign language characters or words. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are typically used for task due to their effectiveness in image recognition tasks. Text Display: Once the system recognizes the signs, it converts them into text and displays the output. This can be done through a console output or a graphical user interface (GUI) built with Tkinter. The GUI provides a user friendly experience, allowing users to see the translated text in real-time. © 2025 IEEE.

Novel view synthesis has attracted tremendous research attention recently for its applications in virtual reality and immersive *** a locally immersive light field(LF)based on arbitrary large baseline RGB references is a challenging problem that lacks efficient solutions with existing novel view synthesis *** this work,we aim at truthfully rendering local immersive novel views/LF images based on large baseline LF captures and a single RGB image in the target *** fully explore the precious information from source LF captures,we propose a novel occlusion-aware source sampler(OSS)module which efficiently transfers the pixels of source views to the target view′s frustum in an occlusion-aware *** attention-based deep visual fusion module is proposed to fuse the revealed occluded background content with a preliminary LF into a final refined *** proposed source sampling and fusion mechanism not only helps to provide information for occluded regions from varying observation angles,but also proves to be able to effectively enhance the visual rendering *** results show that our proposed method is able to render high-quality LF images/novel views with sparse RGB references and outperforms state-of-the-art LF rendering and novel view synthesis methods.
