Performance of Data Images Encryption Based Karhunen-Leoeve Transforms

The purpose of this study encryption method will apply on all parts image by the Karhunen-Loeve Transform (KLT). It will be discussed time complexity and storage complexity in method (database consists of 40 images). The Karhunen-Loeve Transform (KLT) is always used in image processing and it has a wide application area. It was called ＂the best transform＂ because the decorrelation, energy concentration and Mean Square Error (MSE) is very small. The first step is found The Characteristics of the (KLT) by convert image matrix to elements vector, the second step found the covariance matrix, then compute its Great ability of decorrelation. Finally, we will reconstruct the de-nosing matrix to the Image by KLT. The experimental results and security analysis confirm the effectiveness of the indicates the robustness and advantages of the algorithm.

Multi-objective evolution algorithm based on decomposition (MOEA/D) had been successfully applied into many multi-objective optimization problems, which had gained a lot of attention from the community of evolutionary algorithm(EA) in the past few years. In MOEA/D, a multi-objective optimization problem would be converted into a set of scalar single-objective subproblems and then utilize EA to address these subproblems simultaneously. In order to further improve its performance, a local search operator, which is designed via the diverse information of neighboring individuals in the search space, and a resource allocation strategy, which is used to balance the trade-off between genetic operator and local search operator, are both introduced into the framework of MOEA/D. A set of experiments are carried out to investigate the strength and weakness of our proposed algorithm on a series of benchmark test problems in comparison with the original MOEA/D. © 2015 IEEE.

the goal of facial expression Recognition is to detect human emotion through facial images. But the biggest challenge of recognizing facial expression is how to extract distinctive characteristics from images of the human face to differentiate diverse emotions. To tackle this challenge, we propose a FER algorithm using geometric features. In the first step, facial landmarks are detected from input sequence video using Dlib Library and geometric features are extracted, considering the spatial position between landmarks. These feature vectors are then implemented in Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier to classify facial expressions. The Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed method applied on a fusion of two databases (personal database and BUHMAP) shows 94.5% accuracy. © 2020 IEEE.

The CAN (Controller Area Network) protocol has many uses in the context of vehicles, satellites, and other platforms for which reliability is a chief concern. However, it is not inherently suited to the transmission of messages larger than 8 bytes. Such messages might include the transmission of an image or video file or the bulk transfer of logs. To accommodate the transmission of such large messages over the CAN bus, we have created a transmission standard for their handling - BigMsg protocol, of the development which is illustrated in the paper and has been being tested over the dsPIC33 based prototype systems. An undesirable by-product of a captured image is Image Noise - random distribution of brightness and color misinformation. Denoising is one of the common components which is present in digital image processing techniques, Image processing has become an integral part of today's era amongst rapidly growing technologies. The process of manipulating images by using various algorithms exploring techniques to pre-process an image, improving its pictorial information for human interpretation. This research paper explores different types of image noise that can be present in a digital image and degradation by photo electronic noise, impulse (salt & pepper) noise and gaussian noise, thus reviews on linear approaches to denoise the image using 2D convolution filters and median non-linear filters.

Digital image processing includes an important approach related to image filtering that leads to image enhancement. In general, Images may get noisy according to various reasons, in such situations; the filtering approach of images is the key for smoothing and sharpening process. In this paper, we proposed a filtering technique related to the frequency domain for both lowpass and highpass filters. The idea of the proposed filter can be described in two cases, in case of lowpass filter, we set the values of the bright objects in the spectrum to ones, and the rest of them to zeros, in case of highpass filter, we set the values of the bright object in the spectrum to zeros, and the rest of them to ones. The proposed technique can estimates the perfect match on the image spectrum resulting from Fourier Transform. This technique is to cover the intensity levels starting from the initial coordinates at the center toward the various directions of the spectrum. The Intensity levels appear in various distributions and it depend on the transformed image spectrum. We can see the image spectrum as an intensity image in a spatial domain, we want to segment it in order to detect the bright objects or the low frequency in the spectrum. We have segmented the image using Otsu method, which used to define the location of low frequencies. The segmented image will be used as a lowpass and highpass filters.

Detection of edges in an image is a very important step towards understanding the image features and it is considered as the most common approach for detecting meaningful discontinuities in gray level. The edges in an image are detected using the derivative of the image. The method that uses the first derivative is called gradient while the one that uses the second derivative is called Laplacian. This paper is concerned in the edge detection problem using the first derivative method. Our proposed method of edge detection is based on the implicit finite difference, where we have only used the first derivative of the images for x and y directions in order to construct the two masks. The proposed masks are more general than the classical gradient masks like Sobel, Prewitt, and Robert. Our proposed method has been implemented and tested on artificial images, and then compared with Sobel and Prewitt edge detectors using a performance measure. The results showed good detection of edges in low contrast images in comparison with Sobel and Prewitt edge detectors.

Training is an effective way to improve agents' performance. As an extension of group role assignment (GRA), GRA with a training plan (GRATP) aims to maximize the group performance or benefit by finding the optimal role assignment and training plan. However, GRATP has only been discussed in static scenarios. In dynamic environments, agents' performance changes over time and adaptive collaboration is designed to keep the group in a good state. Therefore, this paper investigates the GRATP problem in adaptive collaboration. The timing of training has a significant impact on the improvement of individual performance, which will in turn affect the team performance and total benefit. By utilizing Role-Based Collaboration and GRA, the optimal training timing and training plan are obtained, which maximize the total benefit of the group. After training, the roles are re-assigned to the agents based on their current performance. This paper's contributions include formalizing the GRATP problem in adaptive collaboration and presenting a solution to it. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments. © 2022 IEEE.

Using concepts from the Weisfeiler-Lehman (WL) test of isomorphism, we propose a mixed WL graph kernel (MWLGK) framework based on a family of efficient WL graph kernels for constructing mixed graph kernel. This family of kernels can be defined based on the WL sequence of graphs. We apply the MWLGK framework on WL graph sequence taking into account the structural information which was overlooked. Our MWLGK is competitive with or outperforms the corresponding single WL graph kernel on several classification benchmark data sets. © Springer International Publishing Switzerland 2015.

Understanding the nature of user-device interactions (e.g., who is using the device and what he/she is doing with it) is critical to many applications including time management, user profiles, and privacy protection. However, in scenarios where mobile devices are shared among family members or multiple employees in a company, conventional account-based statistics are not meaningful. This poses an even bigger problem when dealing with sensitive data. Moreover, fingerprint readers and front-facing cameras were not designed to continuously identify users. In this study, we developed MagPrint, a novel approach to fingerprint users based on unique patterns in the electromagnetic (EM) signals associated with the specific use patterns of users. Initial experiments showed that time-varying EM patterns are unique to individual users. They are also temporally and spatially consistent, which makes them suitable for fingerprinting. MagPrint has a number of advantages over existing schemes: i) Non-intrusive fingerprinting, ii) implementation using a small and easy-to-deploy device, and iii) high accuracy thanks to the proposed classification algorithm. In experiments involving 30 users, MagPrint achieves 94.3% accuracy in classifying users from these traces, which represents an 10.9% improvement over the state-of-the-art classification method.
