The Jagiellonian Positron Emission Tomograph (J-PET) is a novel device being developed at Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland based on organic scintillators. J-PET is an axially symmetric (M. A knowledge warehousing process aims to build an intelligent decision support system. It collects, homogenizes, integrates and stores knowledge for a decision-making process. In this paper, we are interested in knowledge integration. More accurately, we propose an integration process for knowledge homogenized/modeled according to the MOT (Modeling with Object Types) knowledge model. This integration process consists of three ordered steps based on the type of schemas to integrate and their similarity. For this process, we define five integration rules based on semantic relationships between elements of MOT knowledge models, and then we develop an algorithm using these integration rules.

Our main assumption is that the diffusivity and the source/sink term vanish at the same point;the nonhomogeneous term is different from zero at any other point and so the equation is not monostable. This paper presents the colMOOC project perspective for integrating a conversational agent service in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) to facilitate peer dialogue during chat-based activities. Furthermore, it provides high level system architecture to highlight key aspects of the technology infrastructure and the functionality of the software system. The rationale of the approach follows the tenets of several converging theoretical perspectives emphasizing the value of learners' dialogue and constructive argumentation as knowledge building processes during collaborative activities. The MOOC teacher (domain expert) is expected to play a key role by entering in the system conceptual links that guide the agent to make relevant questioning interventions. Thus, the agent tool is mediating group-teacher interactions in a MOOC environment aiming to increase the transactive quality of peer dialogue. The paper discusses also the `Academically Productive Talk' model that provides the basis for the agent interventions and the major software components of the system, including the colMOOC Editor and the colMOOC Player.

This article reports on the feasibility of testing of the symmetry under reversal in time in a purely leptonic system constituted by positronium atoms using the J-PET detector. The present state of T symmetry tests is discussed with an emphasis on the scarcely explored sector of leptonic systems. Two possible strategies of searching for manifestations of T violation in non-vanishing angular correlations of final state observables in the decays of metastable triplet states of positronium available with J-PET are proposed and discussed. Results of a pilot measurement with J-PET and assessment of its performance in reconstruction of three-photon decays are shown along with an analysis of its impact on the sensitivity of the detector for the determination of T -violation sensitive observables. Background: The sustainable development goals (SDGs) aim to end HIV/AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. Understanding the current state of the HIV epidemic and its change over time is essential to this effort. This study assesses the current sex-specific HIV burden in 204 countries and territories and measures progress in the control of the epidemic. methods: To estimate age-specific and sex-specific trends in 48 of 204 countries, we extended the Estimation and Projection Package Age-Sex Model to also implement the spectrum paediatric model. We used this model in cases where age and sex specific HIV-seroprevalence surveys and antenatal care-clinic sentinel surveillance data were available. For the remaining 156 of 204 locations, we developed a cohort-incidence bias adjustment to derive incidence as a function of cause-of-death data from vital registration systems. The incidence was input to a custom Spectrum model. To assess progress, we measured the percentage change in incident cases and deaths between 2010 and 2019 (threshold >75% decline), the ratio of incident cases to number of people living with HIV (incidence-to-prevalence ratio threshold <0·03), and the ratio of incident cases to deaths (incidence-to-mortality ratio threshold <1·0). Findings: In 2019, there were 36·8 million (95% uncertainty interval [UI] 35·1–38·9) people living with HIV worldwide. There were 0·84 males (95% UI 0·78–0·91) per female living with HIV in 2019, 0·99 male infections (0·91–1·10) for every female infection, and 1·02 male deaths (0·95–1·10) per female death. Global progress in incident cases and deaths between 2010 and 2019 was driven by sub-Saharan Africa (with a 28·52% decrease in incident cases, 95% UI 19·58–35·43, and a 39·66% decrease in deaths, 36·49–42·36). Elsewhere, the incidence remained stable or increased, whereas deaths generally decreased. With the increasing availability of real-time traffic information, dynamic spatial networks are pervasive nowa- days and path planning in dynamic spatial networks becomes an important issue. In this light, we propose and investigate a novel problem of dynamically monitoring shortest paths in spatial networks （DSPM query）. When a traveler aims to a des- tination, his/her shortest path to the destination may change due to two reasons： 1） the travel costs of some edges have been updated and 2） the traveler deviates from the pre-planned path. Our target is to accelerate the shortest path computing in dynamic spatial networks, and we believe that this study may be useful in many mobile applications, such as route planning and recommendation, car navigation and tracking, and location-based services in general. This problem is challenging due to two reasons： 1） how to maintain and reuse the existing computation results to accelerate the following computations, and 2） how to prune the search space effectively. To overcome these challenges, filter-and-refinement paradigm is adopted. We maintain an expansion tree and define a pair of upper and lower bounds to prune the search space. A series of optimization techniques are developed to accelerate the shortest path computing. The performance of the developed methods is studied in extensive experiments based on real spatial data.

The corpus is a limiting factor for a keyword extraction process with a word matching stage. This paper proposes a framework to automate the corpus generation stage required for the Twitter Model of KeyXtract, an algorithm used for essential keyword extraction from tweets. The initial algorithm was designed with two manually compiled corpora that limited the adaptability of the system. The automated framework proposed in the present research is an extension to the keyword extraction process of KeyXtract and would address this limitation of the system. The design was carried out using open-class words of the source text and by matching them against the bag of words compiled by analyzing the tweets. The automated corpus had a total of 138 words, out of which 74 words were also found in the handpicked corpus (which had a total of 206 words). However, when the corpus was used with the keyword extraction system, the average F1 scores of the system showed a decrease of 0.07, proving that the automated corpus cannot perform parallel to the human-made corpus in complexity. This was because the human-made corpus was compiled using syntactic, semantic and pragmatic features while the automated framework focused only on the syntactic features. However, there were individual tweets in which the F1 score showed an increase. Thus, this was a promising first step in the corpus automation process. The automatic corpus generation framework could be made more accurate by including the semantic analysis of the lexical items. Thus, the present framework is able to substantially address the limitation of the corpus compilation which was present in the Twitter Model of KeyXtract.
