This paper presents an approach for color detection and segmentation based on Image Processing Process to retrieve candidate regions of GHS Sign. For color classification, where the dimension of each vector can be extended by a group of neighboring pixels. The experimental results are highly accurate and robust for our testing database, where samples are recorded on various states of environment. But in the meantime, it was found that the error processing. It is an image that looks asymmetrical image. It is impossible to detect the symbol GHS. © 2023 IEEE.

In this research, the design of the earthworm rearing house was presented. Internet of Things, in which the research has designed houses and various equipment to be designed. The results showed that the traditional way of raising earthworms by walking to check the humidity in the cultured basin by touching and regularly watering compared to using the IOT system to measure the moisture. And there is a notification when the humidity drops below or above the specified threshold. and has an automatic watering system when the humidity is below a specified threshold It was found that the IOT-based method was more productive than the traditional method. © 2023 IEEE.

Tourism is one of Indonesia's main economic drivers because it can absorb many workers and bring in foreign exchange through tourism activities. Research related to Smart Tourism Destinations (STDs) and the technology that supports them has gained popularity and has received special attention in the last ten years. STDs show that various technologies are applied to a tourist destination, one of which aims to increase added value for the surrounding community and tourists. This study employs the systematic literature review (SLR) method to investigate smart tourism destinations and governance topics. This research aims to identify and analyze the main components of Smart Tourism Destinations Governance. Two research questions were developed and incorporated into the search term. This research resulted in 24 research papers on smart tourism destinations and governance. The result of this study is a proposed IT Governance Model, which can be a guideline for tourism's DMOs (Destination Management Organizations), tourism enterprises, IT companies that support smart tourism concepts, and policymakers (government) to improve their service to society/community. The model can be used as a guide to governing the IT implementation in smart tourism destinations projects. Limitations of this study regarding the scalability of database and keyword usage and their methodologies. Theoretical implication for scholars in the next research is that research can be conducted on how to implement this model and whether this model can be easily adopted. This future work also regarding the IT Governance Maturity Model or the measurement of IT Gov readiness in smart tourism destinations. © 2022 IEEE.

Price prediction and forecasting have been important topics that have been long studied in the financial world. Commodity price prediction is one such highly popular application in stock markets across the world. Among all commodities such as gold, silver, platinum and others, gold has continued to be the prime and forefront commodity which decides the price movements of other commodities. Moving average approach and its variants are the important technical indicators which help financial institutions, investors and traders to understand the movement of gold prices throughout the year. Some of the popular technical indicators are simple moving averages, cumulative moving averages and exponential moving averages. This paper proposes a unique gold price prediction methodology by building popular ensemble machine learning models utilizing all three types of moving average values as feature representation and next day price as the target for prediction. The predicted values based on the three moving average features are presented to users, investors and traders, so that investors and traders will know the gold price for the next day. Extensive experiments are conducted on the Indian gold price daily data from December 2011 to March 2024 by comparing six prominent machine learning models and ARIMA model. We also present a detailed study of different feature importance. Experimental results on the gold price daily data have confirmed that polynomial regression models have given superior performance in terms of regression accuracy and error metrics namely MSE, RMSE and MAE

digital transformation is about transforming processes, business models, domains, and culture. Studies show that the failure rate of digital transformation is quite high up to 90%. Studies show that the transformational leadership model has a significant impact on digital transformation adoption. This paper identifies the positive and negative attributes of transformational leadership including the components that support and are affected for successful adoption of digital transformation. Furthermore, the paper combines several findings related to the attributes and components in the form of a conceptual framework. The conceptual framework can serve as a guide for organizations for their digital transformation journey.

In recent years, due to the proliferation of information and communication technology, as well as AI technology, industrial control systems, which were once in a closed network environment, have also integrated related technologies and gradually connected to external networks. Although this can enhance the efficiency of industrial production, it greatly increases the information security threats to industrial control systems. Among them, the information security issues of critical infrastructures are a key issue. If these critical infrastructures are attacked by cyber hackers, it could pose threats that jeopardize the safety of the general population. In light of this, this study focuses on the critical infrastructure of the power grid, proposing a semi-supervised intrusion detection system (IDS) technology by using the one-class classification. It analyzes data from the electricity distribution system to assess whether the system has been attacked. This research employs a power grid dataset to train the proposed model and execute the experiments. The increasing complexity of cyber attacks, including 0-day vulnerabilities and APTs, has rendered traditional defenses like firewalls and IDS/IPS insufficient. Honeypots have been proposed as a solution to detect and analyze new attack types by simulating vulnerable systems and capturing malicious activities. However, the deployment of honeypots introduces unique risks, necessitating a comprehensive threat modeling approach to mitigate potential drawbacks. This paper explores the intersection of threat modeling and honeypot deployment, identifying threats, and proposing effective mitigation strategies. We applied a threat model adapted from a simplified PASTA framework based on risk-centric and proposed mitigation plans such as network segmentation, outbound traffic filtering, resource monitoring, and regular updates. Additionally, we discussed alternative honeypot deployments outside the organization's internal network to avoid arising risks. We found that deploying high-interaction honeypots carries high risks due to a broader attack flow. The novelty of this study lies in adapting the attack-flow approach for honeypot threat modeling, providing a structured method to analyze and mitigate honeypot-specific threats. Future research directions include conducting long-term studies and detailed case studies to further optimize the interaction between honeypot deployments and threat modeling for enhanced security outcomes.

In this paper, we propose a novel player behavior model called the action priority model (APM) for representing player action behaviors. A play log is stored based on the game grammar under analysis, and heuristic filtering rules are applied to eliminate uninteresting events. The proposed model uses sequences and tendencies of event types as the main mining criteria to extract significant player action behaviors. Action sequences reflect the interdependencies of different actions and how a player may use their insights about the game rules to form a (hidden) action priority list (APL) with respect to action types. By mining for significant events from play logs, we aim to produce the APM and APL for different players. In experiments, the fuzzy miner tool was used to analyze a few event logs for the World of Warcraft game to obtain some noticeable discoveries about the structural and timing patterns of effective players. Experimental results show that two players in the same class with similar contributions to encounters will have a similar mined APM and may not have a minimal delay in the timing of actions. Players with a high contribution to an encounter will have an APM like a simulated optimal player along with large thickness edges in the APM to indicate a significant routine of actions. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Industrial Control systems (ICS) automate industrial processes but also introduces cybersecurity threats. Intrusion Detection System (IDS) are crucial for detecting cyber-attacks on ICS, yet zero-day attacks are often inefficiently detecting with supervised learning. This study employs semi-supervised learning using one-class SVM, isolation forest, and Local Outlier Factor (LOF), to train IDS models. Utilizing dataset collected from a self-build virtual ICS environment, the study demonstrates the feasibility of these models in detecting common attack like Injection, ARP, and Man-in-the-Middle. © 2024 IEEE.

AI-powered solutions are increasingly woven into the fabric of children's digital worlds. They're found in interactive toys, home automation systems, everyday apps, and various online services that young users engage with. As we look ahead, it's almost certain that the prevalence of AI in tools and platforms designed for kids will grow, given AI's ability to offer rich, tailored, and dynamic experiences. However, the nuances of how these AI-centric platforms cater to children and how they can be optimized to meet the unique needs of younger users remain largely underexplored. Building on the momentum from our inaugural CCAI workshop at CHI 2023, our aspirations for this year's workshop include: (1) deepening the discourse on the essence of AI that prioritizes children, (2) focusing on actionable ethical strategies to operationalise child-centered AI design principles into practice, and (3) cultivating an ever-growing collective of professionals passionate about the future of child-focused AI innovations. © 2024 Owner/Author.
