This article discusses the use of machine learning methods to predict the degree of threat for onset of type 2 diabetes mellitus in patients aged 25 years. Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a disease that complicates the course of other concomitant diseases, and predicting the threat of its occurrence is an important element in forming the trajectory of diagnosis and treatment of the patient. A binary classification model based on the logistic regression method has been proposed and developed. The developed approach identifies the threat of diabetes mellitus onset using indicators such as age, sex, body mass index (BMI) and glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). The paper describes how to build a model, and how to generate and prepare data for binary logistic regression. To implement the described approaches, the Python programming language, the Jupyter Lab development environment and scikit-learn, scipy, pandas, and numpy packages were used. Performance analysis showed accuracy of the proposed model as 0.98 on test data. The developed software can be used as a separate application and be built as a module into the clinical decision support system #COMESYSO1120. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

The transition of modern higher education to online learning is analyzed, the relevance of estimation the quality of electronic educational resources is substantiated. Using the Ishikawa diagram, problems were identified in estimation the quality of electronic educational resources. Criteria and procedure for estimation the quality of electronic educational resources were proposed, modeling of the process of estimation the quality of electronic educational resources was carried out. The requirements for conducting an expert estimation of the quality of electronic educational resources, for a user estimation of the quality of electronic educational resources have been determined. Quality estimation of electronic educational resources in the area of training 'Quality Management' was carried out. © 2022 IEEE.

This research paper presents results on the construction of a system for recognizing emotional state of energy facilities operators by the expression of their faces in the images. The model uses one of the algorithms of artificial immune systems as a classifier. An artificial immune system is a concept that contains methods and algorithms that try to apply the basic mechanisms of biological immune system to solve various practical problems. In accordance with the main aim of the research, the article deals with existing concepts of emotion classification as well as current methods for recognizing emotions from facial expressions in images. Also, a brief review of the literature is given in accordance with the questions posed. The proposed model uses a feature extraction approach based on marking the human face with 68 points, followed by extraction of their coordinates. For the obtained coordinates, a new special technique for their processing for subsequent classification is proposed. The built model is able to classify the 7 basic Ekman emotions both on images and in the video stream, with an accuracy of about 80%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Various structures of self-organization processes in multivariable dynamic control systems of socio-technical dynamic objects are considered on the example of scientific schools and educational systems. The study of the mechanism for the emergence of synergistic properties in a given class of systems is carried out at the level of their mathematical models, which are a set of interconnected nonlinear differential equations. The description of a multivariable control system is based on its structural and functional decomposition into separate real subsystems and multidimensional connections between them. This description allowed us to identify some regularities in the emergence of synergistic properties. Numerical examples are given showing the advantages of this research technology. © 2021 IEEE.

This paper presents the results of data mining to improve the efficiency of quality management of working out detailed design documentation. The main role in quality management of working out detailed design documentation are the speed of making managerial decisions, their validity and efficiency. For the formation of management decisions, there is proposed to apply a decision support system using the results of component and cluster analysis of statistical data on previously completed projects, that is, they will be justified by the practical experience of the project organization. Therefore, the task of improving the efficiency of the quality management of working out design documentation by means of intelligent analysis of data on errors made by employees is urgent. © 2021 IEEE.

The article deals with the development of information systems (or their components) for energy, in particular, for solving problems of resource optimization. It is shown that such problems can arise at the stage of energy production, for example, from biofuel, during routing by transport. The article presents the formulation of the transport routing problem, the proposed methods for its solution and practical software implementation. Capacity of vehicles, time windows and predicted demand are taken into account when building a model for the transport routing problem. Solving the problem will reduce the cost of transportation and storage of resources. © 2021 IEEE.

The properties of distributed computing and communication systems are critical factors for the effective management of distributed complex systems within the network-centric approach. In different sources, devoted to the construction of computing and communication systems, it is emphasized that the quality of hardware and software complexes (network nodes), is determined by the quality of project management of its creation, one of the components of this is functional safety. The author emphasizes the uniqueness of projects, the distinctive features of software systems from complex systems of a different nature, which results in the specifics of project management for the creation of hardware and software complexes. The conceptual basis of this work is the well-known principle of complementarity by N. Bohr. This is expressed in the fact that the focus of the study is the generality of problem situations that occur in the managing of complex systems of different nature. Formal models of problem situations are system archetypes. The structures of architectures corresponding to the reactive and proactive strategies for ensuring the functional safety of hardware and software complexes are proposed. It is shown that the structures of architectures serve as the basis for the identification of system archetypes. This, in turn, creates the basis for the adaptation of algorithmic and parametric models developed for the study of complex systems of a different nature in the field of functional safety of components of computing and communication systems. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper the design process of a linear electric actuator development for an aircraft engine control lever is described. Initially, a computer model of a linear electric drive with a hexagonal armature was developed and the main parameters of the drive were obtained. Based on the obtained values, a prototype was made. Experimental studies have shown an increased value of the idling efforts, so a decision to refine the prototype was made. In particular, metal shavings were added between the armature magnets, as a result of which the forces were reduced. © 2021 IEEE.

The paper discusses the issues of using the tools of affective computations in the management of energy facilities, taking into account the emotional state of operators. The analysis of known approaches in this direction of research is carried out. A diagram of the decision support process and a complex of management mechanisms are proposed, taking into account the use of emotionally colored information. The results of a computational experiment for the problem of classifying emotionally colored information are considered. To assess the emotional state of the operator, the best results can be obtained using a neural convolutional network. © 2021 IEEE.

The design problem is considered built on the model-based architecture approach as applied to the design of control systems for nonlinear control objects. The application of a neural network is discussed, a feature of which is the structure presented in the single input multiple output class. The possibility of using this class of a neural network as a brick in the framework of an architectural approach for constructing control systems for dynamic multi-mode control objects is considered. An example of developing a fault-tolerant control system for a nonlinear control object is discussed. As a model of control system fault, it is proposed to use a decision tree, with the help of which the approximation of the fault image presented in the space of modes and behavior of the control error is performed © 2021 IEEE.
