This research presents an analysis of smart grid units to enhance connected units’security during data *** major advantage of the proposed method is that the system model encompasses multiple aspects such as network flow monitoring,data expansion,control association,throughput,and *** addition,all the above-mentioned aspects are carried out with neural networks and adaptive optimizations to enhance the operation of smart grid ***,the quantitative analysis of the optimization algorithm is discussed concerning two case studies,thereby achieving early convergence at reduced *** suggested method ensures that each communication unit has its own distinct channels,maximizing the possibility of accurate *** results in the provision of only the original data values,hence enhancing *** power and line values are individually observed to establish control in smart grid-connected channels,even in the presence of adaptive settings.A comparison analysis is conducted to showcase the results,using simulation studies involving four scenarios and two case *** proposed method exhibits reduced complexity,resulting in a throughput gain of over 90%.

Traffic fatalities are increasing in developing countries where there are few investments in road safety. Culture and road conditions also affect driving habits. Therefore, automatic detection and reporting of driver behavior to concerned entities can potentially save lives. In particular, we analyze a driving maneuvers dataset collected from one environment (country) but tested in another environment with aggressive driving habits and irregular road conditions. We also develop an on-edge system with fast response time to serve users on a large scale. Specffically, we propose an approach for detecting aggressive and normal events using random forest classifier. We utilize the accelerometer and gyroscope smartphone readings to classify driving maneuvers events to five types (aggressive acceleration, suddenly break, aggressive turn right, aggressive turn left, and normal). We achieved an accuracy of only 63.4% by training our model on an available dataset collected from a foreigner environment and tested on our environment. The lowest precision value was 54% while the lowest recall was 42%. However, we achieved an accuracy of 98.4% when augmenting an available dataset with data collected with our application. The lowest precision value was 98% while the lowest recall was 90%. From the results, it is shown that the available datasets do not generalize well to different driving habits and road conditions. Finally, an implementation of the random forest model using OpenCV on an Android platform is analyzed. © 2022 IEEE.

Optimization in ad hoc networks is a highly specialized task because the structure of the network is loosely formed, and each node is independently responsible for its operation. In order to obtain a better result from this solely formed networks this report offer extensive Dynamic Topology Management (DTM) method. Dynamic routing protocols lager lines, dividend balancing, Life-saving administration, guarantee of reliability, cross-layer design, security aspects and the on-time monitoring and discovery of topology changes are the main objectives and steps to be accomplished. Real-time Location monitoring and forest structure discovery are made possible by employing adaptive routing protocols, namely Dynamic Source Routing(DSR) and Ad-Hoc On-Demand Distance Vector(AODV). Also, the algorithms are capable of making advance adjustments to routing routes and resource allocations drawn from the mobility patterns forecasting which is vital. Load balancing methods, which distribute traffic in a network evenly, enable the system to run efficiently and avoid problems caused by overloading. Algorithms that are energy-efficient and make the best use of energy resources having their topology's optimized are introduced to the streamlined energy distribution systems. These algorithms are focused on the node's energy level. Through fault tolerance techniques which recognize and handle failures in nodes and partitioned networks, connectedness activity is a continuous one. Through QoS perception, the network topology might automatically be tailored to conform to the given quality criteria, thus not restricting the choice for differing applications. The proposed could have defenses against adversary nodes and their potential DDoS attacks which will enhance network protection. Yet another advantage of an architectural style that promotes cross-layer collaboration is enhanced topology management which is the goal around which the functions of various levels of the protocol stack revolve

COVID’19 has caused the entire universe to be in existential healthcrisis by spreading globally in the year 2020. The lungs infection is detected inComputed Tomography (CT) images which provide the best way to increasethe existing healthcare schemes in preventing the deadly virus. Nevertheless,separating the infected areas in CT images faces various issues such as lowintensity difference among normal and infectious tissue and high changes inthe characteristics of the infection. To resolve these issues, a new inf-Net (LungInfection Segmentation Deep Network) is designed for detecting the affectedareas from the CT images automatically. For the worst segmentation results,the Edge-Attention Representation (EAR) is optimized using AdaptiveDonkey and Smuggler Optimization (ADSO). The edges which are identifiedby the ADSO approach is utilized for calculating dissimilarities. An IFCM(Intuitionistic Fuzzy C-Means) clustering approach is applied for computingthe similarity of the EA component among the generated edge maps andGround-Truth (GT) edge maps. Also, a Semi-Supervised Segmentation(SSS) structure is designed using the Randomly Selected Propagation (RP)technique and Inf-Net, which needs only less number of images and unlabelleddata. Semi-Supervised Multi-Class Segmentation (SSMCS) is designed usinga Bi-LSTM (Bi-Directional Long-Short-Term-memory), acquires all theadvantages of the disease segmentation done using Semi Inf-Net and enhancesthe execution of multi-class disease labelling. The newly designed SSMCSapproach is compared with existing U-Net++, MCS, and *** such as MAE (Mean Absolute Error), Structure measure, Specificity(Spec), Dice Similarity coefficient, Sensitivity (Sen), and Enhance-AlignmentMeasure are considered for evaluation purpose.

Applications for such groupings are numerous, as is the need for reliable and secure internal communication. To ensure multicast application security, a group key must be updated each time a member joins or departs the group. Approximately ten years ago, many effective management techniques were implemented to reduce computer overheads. They had not, however, been able to improve the efficiency of rekeying. Elliptic Curve Cryptography for Effective Group Key Management (ECC) is offered for efficient and group communication that is secure in dynamic multicast groups. This strategy creates a hierarchical arrangement among group members. The key server uses each group's position within the hierarchy private key to create a public key. In this research, we will describe a method for managing group keys that is dispersed and hierarchicalsecures the creation and distribution of group keys using elliptic curve cryptography and the hash function. These freshly obtained public keys are used the creation of a shared group key. The key server then provides a group member with the group key and the private key's inverse value. The group key is updated when a new member joins, and the subgroup members are informed of the modified keys. The main server also updates the other group members of the inverse value of the departing member. As a result, this process will make rekeying less computationally demanding. The suggested method reduces computing overhead and communication overhead according to simulation results. © 2023 IEEE.

PDF -to-audio based summarization technology is designed to enhance information accessibility and efficiency by transforming long written reports into short, audible summaries. AI, NLP, and TTS technologies that have developed recently have made it possible to extract main points without losing context. Yet, current systems have various shortcomings such as inability to process intricate PDF layouts like tables, charts, and annotations, contextual summarization inaccuracies, robotic or unhuman speech synthesis, and limited customization. Furthermore, the absence of multilingual support and easy integration into various platforms hinders wider adoption. These issues are addressed in this paper with a better approach that employs sophisticated NLP methods, context-sensitive summarization algorithms, and adaptive TTS systems. Our goal is to create a strong, user-oriented solution that provides greater summarization accuracy, personalized speech output, and improved accessibility for a variety of users, such as professionals, students, and the disabled. © 2025 IEEE.

Vehicle platooning has attracted growing attention for its potential to enhance traffic capacity and road safety. This paper proposes an innovative distributed Stochastic Model Predictive Control (SMPC) for a vehicle platoon system to enhance the robustness and safety of the vehicles in uncertain traffic environments. In particular, considering the similarity between the acceleration or deceleration behaviour of neighbouring vehicles and the spring-scale properties, we use a two-mass spring system for the first time to construct an uncertain dynamic model of a formation system. In the presence of uncertain perturbations with known distributional attributes (expectation, variance), we propose an objective function in the form of expectation along with probabilistic chance constraints. Subsequently, a state feedback control mechanism is devised accordingly. Under the cumulative probability distribution function of stochastic perturbations, we theoretically derive a computationally tractable equivalent of the SMPC model. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to validate the control performance of the SMPC platoon controllers, along with an analysis of the stability performance under varying probabilities. The experimental findings demonstrate that the model can be efficiently solved in real-time with appropriately chosen prediction horizon lengths, ensuring robust and safe longitudinal vehicle formation control. Visually impaired individuals face difficulties in public transportation, especially in recognizing bus numbers. Though existing image captioning method can provide some bus scene information via voice broadcasting, precisely recognizing bus number while analyzing complex scenes remains challenges. To overcome this bottleneck, we propose a novel Text based Depth-aware image Captioning network (TDCnet) that facilitates a deeper understanding of the spatial relationships and geometric configurations of objects within bus scenes. Specially, we first carefully construct a new real-world dataset of bus scene integrated with bus number of LED strobe effect, to ensure generality and representations in practice. Then, we incorporate the depth information into the object and optical character recognition (OCR) feature for exploiting the spatial geometric relationships and capturing high-level semantic information. Finally, the experimental results demonstrate the necessity of constructing the Buscap dataset by comparing it with the public Textcap dataset. Besides, the comparison with other competing benchmark models verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed TDCnet method. © 2024 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).

Accidents fatality is generally dependent on the time an emergency service is dispatched to the accident scene. Decreasing this time requires fast and accurate accident detection and notification systems. Therefore, existing well-established systems rely on rugged devices, with specialised hardware and accurate sensors to allow for in-vehicle detection and notification. Smartphones have been considered as an alternative mainly due to their much lower cost. In this paper, we show that reliable accident detection can be achieved using main stream smartphone sensors (e.g., accelerometer and gyroscope). The method relies on detecting the accident pulse through using Fourier transform and a random forest classifier. The method also utilises a moving window to incorporate time;and is simple enough to allow for during-accident detection, not requiring the mobile to survive the accident. We have validated the model using the Ollie car-like robot micro accident-testbed and the gold standard in accident simulation, LS-DYNA, achieving a true positive rate of about 96% and true negative rate of 99%. © 2022 IEEE.

Emergency message (EM) dissemination is a significant process in vehicular ad hoc networks (VANETs) and plays a vital role in road safety. Nonetheless, EMs’ dissemination while avoiding broadcast storms poses a considerable challenge. Moreover, selecting optimal cooperative forwarders is also challenging because of unreliability, high end-to-end delay, and packet loss caused by localization errors. Besides, the conventional broadcast-based schemes usually choose forwarder vehicles based on distance, neglecting the influence of links’ qualities. To that end, we propose multi-hop EM dissemination (MEMD) through optimal cooperative forwarder in grid-based fifth-generation (5G) VANET environment. To ensure reliable EMs’ dissemination, we incorporate vehicle-to-everything communication instead of the conventional short-range vehicle-to-vehicle communication. The proposed scheme obtains vehicle positions by integrating GPS measurements with a map-matching technique to avoid vehicle localization errors. Instead of a single parameter, the proposed scheme selects an optimal cooperative forwarder by using our proposed fitness function, which considers different mobility and social parameters. The proposed scheme categorizes EMs’ dissemination into single-hop and multi-hop broadcasting to avoid unnecessary rebroadcasting and communication congestion in the network. Simulation results demonstrate that for varying density, the proposed scheme achieves an average increase of 12%, 9%, and 8.9% in coverage, and 7.95%, 4%, and 3.4% in PDR, and an average reduction of 13.5%, 7.2%, and 12.7% in E2E delay, and 20.9%, 11.3%, and 4% in rebroadcast ratio, as compared to LCL, REMD, and EMDZoI, respectively. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.
