Providing and evaluating a comprehensive model for detecting fraudulent electronic payment card transactions with a two-level filter based on flow processing in big data

Previous research on fraud detection modeling is often based on a single algorithm, optimizing categories and clusters to find fraudulent patterns that they have provided unsupervised or supervised methods alone and within the framework of Hadoop. The proposed model, a model based on big data analysis extracts important features of user behavior patterns such as time, device type, values, and type of transaction, and their behavioral modeling. By creating different profiles for users, threshold values will be set for each of them. The proposed model for real-time fraud detection of electronic cash payment cards includes two fast and explicit filters. Fast filtering is the combination of the Hidden Markov Model of the first order and Self Organizing Maps (SOM) for fast transaction processing and the Baum-Welch algorithm to find the local Maximum Likelihood. Explicit filter model training is a combination of multilayer Perceptron Neural Network algorithms and Logistic Regression to create a cardholder profile and measure the amount of new transaction deviation from the created profile with the reduction mapping approach or parallel execution of the model. Also, transactions performed for aggregation filters and prediction of the output results of the Schaffer Demister function with the parameter θ in order to detect the degree of deviation of the transaction behavior from the normal state according to the profile of the customer and the maximum difference between two consecutive sequences of observations is used. Finally, the fraudulent or non-fraudulent label on the transaction will be applied and added to the relevant database for storage for later use. According to the model simulation results, the proposed Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1-Score criteria are 0.999, 0.9834, 0.7906, and 0.9214, respectively. Cloud computing enables businesses to improve their market competitiveness, enabling instant and easy access to a pool of virtualized and distributed resources such as virtual machines (VM) and containers for executing their business operations efficiently. Though the cloud enables the deployment and management of business processes (BPs), it is challenging to deal with the enormous fluctuating resource demands and ensure smooth execution of business operations in containerized multi-cloud. Therefore, there is a need to ensure elastic provisioning of resources to tackle the over and under-provisioning problems and satisfy the objectives of cloud providers and end-users considering the quality of service (QoS) and service level agreement (SLA) constraints. In this article, an efficient multi-agent autonomic resource provisioning framework is proposed to ensure the effective execution of BPs in a containerized multi-cloud environment with guaranteed QoS. To improve the performance and ensure elastic resource provisioning, autonomic computing is utilized to monitor the resource usage and predict the future resource demands, then resources are scaled based on demand. Initially, the required resources for executing the incoming workloads are identified by clustering the workloads into CPU and I/O intensive, and the local agent achieves this with the help of an initialization algorithm and K-means clustering. Then, the analysis phase predicts the workload demand using the proposed enhanced deep stacked auto-encoder (EDSAE), further, the containers are scaled based on the prediction outcomes, finally, the multi-objective termite colony optimization (MOTCO) algorithm is used by the global agent to find suitable containers for executing the clustered workloads. The growing development and utilization of networked systems has led to more concern regarding the energy efficiency of these systems. In this paper, we present a novel approach to minimizing energy consumption in fixed node network for which we propose a new Neutrosophic model. This model leverages the unique strengths of Neutrosophic logic to enhance the efficiency by minimizing the energy consumption. The simulation of results is performed using Matplotlib (Python) with implementation parameters such as number of nodes (n) and additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) (η). Additionally, we show a comparative analysis between the proposed model and other prevalent approaches used in minimizing energy consumption in networked systems. The comparative results shows improvement in energy efficiency, showcasing the potential of the proposed model as an alternative for optimizing energy consumption in networked systems. This work highlights the effectiveness of the proposed model and opens new avenues for future advancements in energy-efficient networked system using Neutrosophic approach. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management 2025.

The conventional Close circuit television(CCTV)cameras-based surveillance and control systems require human resource *** all the criminal activities take place using weapons mostly a handheld gun,revolver,pistol,swords ***,automatic weapons detection is a vital requirement now a *** current research is concerned about the real-time detection of weapons for the surveillance cameras with an implementation of weapon detection using Efficient–*** time datasets,from local surveillance department’s test sessions are used for model training and *** consist of local environment images and videos from different type and resolution cameras that minimize the *** research also contributes in the making of Efficient-Net that is experimented and results in a positive *** results are also been represented in graphs and in calculations for the representation of results during training and results after training are also shown to represent our research ***-Net algorithm gives better results than existing *** using Efficient-Net algorithms the accuracy achieved 98.12%when epochs increase as compared to other algorithms.

In contemporary medicine,cardiovascular disease is a major public health *** diseases are one of the leading causes of death *** are classiﬁed as vascular,ischemic,or *** information contained in patients’Electronic Health Records(EHR)enables clin-icians to identify and monitor heart *** failure rates have risen drama-tically in recent years as a result of changes in modern *** diseases are becoming more prevalent in today’s medical *** year,a substantial number of people die as a result of cardiac *** primary cause of these deaths is the improper use of pharmaceuticals without the supervision of a physician and the late detection of *** improve the efﬁciency of the classiﬁcation algo-rithms,we construct a data pre-processing stage using feature ***-ments using unidirectional and bidirectional neural network models found that a Deep Learning Modiﬁed Neural Network(DLMNN)model combined with the Pet Dog-Smell Sensing(PD-SS)algorithm predicted the highest classiﬁcation performance on the UCI Machine Learning Heart Disease *** DLMNN-based PDSS achieved an accuracy of 94.21%,an F-score of 92.38%,a recall of 94.62%,and a precision of 93.86%.These results are competitive and promising for a heart disease *** demonstrated that a DLMNN framework based on deep models may be used to solve the categorization problem for an unbalanced heart disease *** proposed approach can result in exceptionally accurate models that can be utilized to analyze and diagnose clinical real-world data.

This article looks at the opportunities, application and challenges of 5G Wireless Communication Technologies and Internet of Things (IoT). A brief history from 1G to 5G is presented and the limitations of 4G and the introduction of 5G as a solution for problems with latency and speed. The paper also describes the 5G IoT concept, the architecture and advanced technologies with focus on different IoT applications such as smart agriculture and smart city. When speaking of aspects such as energy consumption, privacy and security concerns, as well as trade-offs strategies, it underlines how important collaboration is to achieve the benefits that the 5G IoT will bring. The paper itself provides a roadmap for next studies with a purpose of advancing development of the integrated, safe, and efficient wireless. As 5G Wireless Communication and IoT progresses the expectation is that it will enhance and revolutionalize several domains that will offer a scalable connectivity that is faster and more reliable. This join venture is believed to open new value adding opportunities for application in smart city, automobile, medical, industrial, robotic and so on several other fields. The power sector is an important factor in ensuring the development of the national *** simulation and prediction of power consumption help achieve the balance between power generation and power *** this paper,a Multi-strategy Hybrid Coati Optimizer(MCOA)is used to optimize the parameters of the three-parameter combinatorial optimization model TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz)to realize the simulation and prediction of China's daily electricity ***,a novel MCOA is proposed in this paper,by making the following improvements to the Coati Optimization Algorithm(COA):(ⅰ)Introduce improved circle chaotic mapping strategy.(ⅱ)Fusing Aquila Optimizer,to enhance MCOA's exploration capabilities.(ⅲ)Adopt an adaptive optimal neighborhood jitter learning *** improve MCOA escape from local optimal solutions.(ⅳ)Incorporating Differential Evolution to enhance the diversity of the ***,the superiority of the MCOA algorithm is verified by comparing it with the newly proposed algorithm,the improved optimiza-tion algorithm,and the hybrid algorithm on the CEC2019 and CEC2020 test ***,in this paper,MCOA is used to optimize the parameters of TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz),and this model is applied to forecast the daily electricity consumption in China and compared with the predictions of 14 models,including seven intelligent algorithm-optimized TDGM(1,1,r,ξ,Csz),and seven forecasting *** experimental results show that the error of the proposed method is minimized,which verifies the validity of the proposed method.

The Internet of Drones (IoD) extends the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles, enabling them to participate in a connected network. In IoD infrastructure, drones communicate not only among themselves but also with users and a control center. This interconnected communication framework holds promise for various applications, from collaborative decision-making to real-time data exchange. However, the expansion of communication in IoD also introduces new challenges, particularly in terms of security, privacy and authentication. Unfortunately, the current authentication protocols are inadequate in offering robust security features against various attacks in the IoD environment. To address these security issues and limitations, we proposed a secure protocol for the IoD environment using chaotic maps and hash functions. In addition, we also employed a physically unclonable function in the development of the proposed protocol. We assess the security of the protocol through both informal and formal security analysis. The formal security analysis is conducted through a widely used random or real (RoR) model. The informal analysis shows the rigorous security features against various attacks, such as masquerading, anonymity violation, and physical cloning attacks. Moreover, we compare the performance of the devised protocol with similar existing protocols across important performance parameters, such as communication overhead, computation overhead, and security features. The devised protocol provides a 67.86% and 17.80% reduction in computation and communication overheads, respectively, as compared to related protocols. The analysis demonstrates the proposed protocol's capacity to support secure communication in the IoD environment and satisfy desirable security attributes. © 2014 IEEE.

This research is vital to meet the need for improved predictive maintenance in manufacturing, thus enabling predictive operations and minimizing expensive downtime. The aim is to assess and compare different machine learning models like Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Decision Trees( DT ) with respect to predicting maintenance requirements using historical sales data, social media trends, and machinery sensor readings. The methodology included gathering a dataset of 3,200 records from the industry and then the pre-processing phase to compute the preprocessing operations like data cleaning, normalization and feature selection. The various models were then trained and tested, using 70% of the data for training to generalise the model, with the rest of the unseen test set consisting of the remaining 30%. The models were evaluated based on performance metrics (accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score and Dice Similarity Coefficient or DSC). Results showed the proposed ANN model as the most accurate and efficient prediction mechanism in comparison with precision, recall and F1 score for remaining useful life (RUL) predictions. The SVM model also worked well, with an accuracy of 95.45% but low rates of false positives and negatives. Although the DT model was informative, its performance (93.34% accuracy) was less robust than that of our RF ensemble trainer. This research demonstrates the use of these findings to be applied in real-time maintenance prediction by ANN. This research would help industries and other manufacturing sectors to reduce downtime, achieve optimal planned maintenance scheduling and improve production efficiency. © 2024 IEEE.
