The intricate interplay between Big Data analytics and the Internet of effects is explored in this paper. The focus of this exploration is the integration of Big Data analytics into Internet of effects surroundings, probing into the complex geography and examining both the advantages and disadvantages. In the current period, where Internet of effects(loT) bias induce unknown quantities of data, the investigates the challenges associated with the collection and analysis of massive datasets. issues are under consideration, including data security, sequestration, scalability, and real-time processing. The rapid evolution of wireless technologies and the advent of 6G networks present new challenges and opportunities for Internet ofThings(IoT)applications,particularly in terms of ultra-reliable,secure,and energyefficient *** study explores the integration of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces(RIS)into IoT networks to enhance communication *** traditional passive reflector-based approaches,RIS is leveraged as an active optimization tool to improve both backscatter and direct communication modes,addressing critical IoT challenges such as energy efficiency,limited communication range,and double-fading effects in backscatter *** propose a novel computational framework that combines RIS functionality with Physical Layer Security(PLS)mechanisms,optimized through the algorithm known as Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(DDPG).This framework adaptively adapts RIS configurations and transmitter beamforming to reduce key challenges,including imperfect channel state information(CSI)and hardware limitations like quantized RIS phase *** optimizing both RIS settings and beamforming in real-time,our approach outperforms traditional methods by significantly increasing secrecy rates,improving spectral efficiency,and enhancing energy ***,this framework adapts more effectively to the dynamic nature of wireless channels compared to conventional optimization techniques,providing scalable solutions for large-scale RIS *** results demonstrate substantial improvements in communication performance setting a new benchmark for secure,efficient and scalable 6G *** work offers valuable insights for the future of IoT networks,with a focus on computational optimization,high spectral efficiency and energy-aware operations.

Review of dehazing techniques: challenges and future trends

The phenomenon of atmospheric haze arises due to the scattering of light by minute particles suspended in the atmosphere. This optical effect gives rise to visual degradation in images and videos. The degradation is primarily influenced by two key factors: atmospheric attenuation and scattered light. Scattered light causes an image to be veiled in a whitish veil, while attenuation diminishes the image inherent contrast. Efforts to enhance image and video quality necessitate the development of dehazing techniques capable of mitigating the adverse impact of haze. This scholarly endeavor presents a comprehensive survey of recent advancements in the domain of dehazing techniques, encompassing both conventional methodologies and those founded on machine learning principles. Traditional dehazing techniques leverage a haze model to deduce a dehazed rendition of an image or frame. In contrast, learning-based techniques employ sophisticated mechanisms such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and different deep Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to create models that can discern dehazed representations by learning intricate parameters like transmission maps, atmospheric light conditions, or their combined effects. Furthermore, some learning-based approaches facilitate the direct generation of dehazed outputs from hazy inputs by assimilating the non-linear mapping between the two. This review study delves into a comprehensive examination of datasets utilized within learning-based dehazing methodologies, elucidating their characteristics and relevance. Furthermore, a systematic exposition of the merits and demerits inherent in distinct dehazing techniques is presented. The discourse culminates in the synthesis of the primary quandaries and challenges confronted by prevailing dehazing techniques. The assessment of dehazed image and frame quality is facilitated through the application of rigorous evaluation metrics, a discussion of which is incorporated. To provide empiri

Disinformation,often known as fake news,is a major issue that has received a lot of attention *** researchers have proposed effective means of detecting and addressing *** machine and deep learning based methodologies for classification/detection of fake news are content-based,network(propagation)based,or multimodal methods that combine both textual and visual *** introduce here a framework,called FNACSPM,based on sequential pattern mining(SPM),for fake news analysis and *** this framework,six publicly available datasets,containing a diverse range of fake and real news,and their combination,are first transformed into a proper ***,algorithms for SPM are applied to the transformed datasets to extract frequent patterns(and rules)of words,phrases,or linguistic *** obtained patterns capture distinctive characteristics associated with fake or real news content,providing valuable insights into the underlying structures and commonalities of ***,the discovered frequent patterns are used as features for fake news *** framework is evaluated with eight classifiers,and their performance is assessed with various *** experiments were performed and obtained results show that FNACSPM outperformed other state-of-the-art approaches for fake news classification,and that it expedites the classification task with high accuracy.

Broadband light detection and sensing are widely applied in modern *** a promising candidate for next-generation two-dimensional(2D)optoelectronic material,bismuth oxyselenide(Bi_(2)O_(2)Se)nanoplates exhibit many prospects in the application of visible light detection due to their peculiar *** this work,we report the photodetection performance of single-crystal 2D Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates grown on SiO_(2)based on a ternary-alloy growth model by utilizing chemical vapor deposition(CVD).The Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates were found to have an even and uniform square shape with side lengths up to 15μm and an approximate thickness of 15 nm.A visible-light photodetector was fabricated based on a CVD-grown Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplate,and characterized by a set of illumination experiments using a 400 nm laser at temperatures ranging from 77 to 370 *** device exhibited superior performance at the temperature of 77 K,with a responsivity of 523 A/W,a specific detectivity of 1.37×10^(11)Jones,a response time of 0.2175 ms,an external quantum efficiency of 162,119.44%,resulting in high-quality and fullcolor imaging in the visible *** results indicate that the single-crystalline Bi_(2)O_(2)Se nanoplates have excellent potential in broadband photodetection and non-cryogenic imaging.

In recent years, Digital Twin (DT) has gained significant interestfrom academia and industry due to the advanced in information technology,communication systems, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing (CC),and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The main concept of the DT isto provide a comprehensive tangible, and operational explanation of anyelement, asset, or system. However, it is an extremely dynamic taxonomydeveloping in complexity during the life cycle that produces a massive amountof engendered data and information. Likewise, with the development of AI,digital twins can be redefined and could be a crucial approach to aid theInternet of Things (IoT)-based DT applications for transferring the data andvalue onto the Internet with better decision-making. Therefore, this paperintroduces an efficient DT-based fault diagnosis model based on machinelearning (ML) tools. In this framework, the DT model of the machine isconstructed by creating the simulation model. In the proposed framework,the Genetic algorithm (GA) is used for the optimization task to improvethe classification accuracy. Furthermore, we evaluate the proposed faultdiagnosis framework using performance metrics such as precision, accuracy,F-measure, and recall. The proposed framework is comprehensively examinedusing the triplex pump fault diagnosis. The experimental results demonstratedthat the hybrid GA-ML method gives outstanding results compared to MLmethods like LogisticRegression (LR), Na飗e Bayes (NB), and SupportVectorMachine (SVM). The suggested framework achieves the highest accuracyof 95% for the employed hybrid GA-SVM. The proposed framework willeffectively help industrial operators make an appropriate decision concerningthe fault analysis for IIoT applications in the context of Industry 4.0.

An Improved Structure for Academic Information Services through AI Chatbots

Academic information service is the most critical factor that must be considered in a university. Service quality is an important indicator affecting all academics’ satisfaction and loyalty. Improvement of information services on campus has been a lot of research focusing on academics. Meanwhile, the software aspect has received less attention. Researchers have previously discussed information service frameworks but have not accommodated future needs. Software that must be considered can quickly respond to the user, one of which is a chatbot. Chatbots can be used to solve problems related to question-and-answer services, especially for academic institutions that do not have specific resources to handle this work. With chatbots, redundant user questions can be handled automatically. Chatbots are increasingly being offered as an alternative source of customer service. For a user to use a chatbot for this purpose, the user must trust the chatbot to provide the necessary support. To overcome this knowledge gap, a framework can integrate software, stakeholders, and academics in higher education.
