Data compression plays a vital role in datamanagement and information theory by reducing ***,it lacks built-in security features such as secret keys or password-based access control,leaving sensitive data vulnerable to unauthorized access and *** the exponential growth of digital data,robust security measures are *** encryption,a widely used approach,ensures data confidentiality by making it unreadable and unalterable through secret key *** their individual benefits,both require significant computational ***,performing them separately for the same data increases complexity and processing *** the need for integrated approaches that balance compression ratios and security levels,this research proposes an integrated data compression and encryption algorithm,named IDCE,for enhanced security and *** on 128-bit block sizes and a 256-bit secret key *** combines Huffman coding for compression and a Tent map for ***,an iterative Arnold cat map further enhances cryptographic confusion *** analysis validates the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,showcasing competitive performance in terms of compression ratio,security,and overall efficiency when compared to prior algorithms in the field.

The article deals with the issues of the modernization of the further training system of the teaching staff in the context of the digitalization of the general education. There is presented the theoretical and pedagogical analysis of the innovative technology's potential of the organization of the distance education in the form of the online courses as the educational resource, aimed at the teachers' further training. The authors demonstrate the characteristics of the online courses and specify the definition of the concept 'online course'. There is described the classification of the educational online courses. The analysis of various sources has been carried out, confirming the demand for protective solutions against information threats from fake websites of organizations. The relevance of the research topic is confirmed by the presence of addresses similar in spelling to popular educational Internet resources in the list of domain names of the RU zone registered over the past year. When developing security solutions, it is proposed to use a site verifying the genuineness method based on the use of machine learning algorithms. A review of research by various authors has been conducted in order to determine the most frequently used features for verifying the genuineness of Internet resources in the machine learning models. The authors propose their own verifying the genuineness features that can be used in a situation where data about an Internet resource is extracted from the domain name registry. The proposed features differ from the known ones in that they contain signs of micro-markup on the site and storage of site settings files for search engines on servers. The developed features were tested using a naive Bayesian classifier as a machine learning algorithm. The proposed features can be used in the implementation of a software tool to counteraction threats from fake educational sites. © 2024 IEEE.

In a digital society, professionals who are professionally competent and have a variety of skills are increasingly in demand. Digital skills are important and form the basis of the digital competence of specialists. The purpose of the study is to analyse regulatory documents in the context of the development of digital competence of specialists, to develop, substantiate and implement the trajectory of its development in a higher education institution. A questionnaire for self-assessment by bachelor's and master's students and practitioners of their own level of digital competence has been developed, which contains 12 descriptors and their detailed description. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents and the survey results, the author outlines the need to include disciplines in the training programmes for specialists that would contribute to the development of their digital competence. The authors have developed a technology for the system of development of digital competence of specialists. The design stage is substantiated, which includes three blocks: academic disciplines, self-education and professional self-development. The role of professional disciplines in digital technologies in the development of digital competence of specialists is determined. The study emphasises that continuity and continuity in the training of specialists in the context of the use of digital technologies in various aspects of activity is important in this development. © 2024 IEEE.

The focus of this paper is the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) within the educational field including but not limited to, adaptive learning, teaching evaluation, online learning environments, and individualized instruction.
