Due to a tremendous increase in mobile traffic,mobile operators have started to restructure their networks to offload their *** directions will lead to fundamental changes in the design of future Fifthgeneration(5G)cellular *** the formal reason,the study solves the physical network of the mobile base station for the prediction of the best characteristics to develop an enhanced network with the help of graph *** number that can be uniquely calculated by a graph is known as a graph *** the last two decades,innumerable numerical graph invariants have been portrayed and used for correlation *** any case,no efficient assessment has been embraced to choose,how much these invariants are connected with a network *** paper will talk about two unique variations of the hexagonal graph with great capability of forecasting in the field of optimized mobile base station topology in setting with physical *** K-banhatti sombor invariants(KBSO)and Contrharmonic-quadratic invariants(CQIs)are newly introduced and have various expectation characteristics for various variations of hexagonal graphs or *** the hexagonal networks are used in mobile base stations in layered,forms called *** review settled the topology of a hexagon of two distinct sorts with two invariants KBSO and CQIs and their reduced *** deduced outcomes can be utilized for the modeling of mobile cellular networks,multiprocessors interconnections,microchips,chemical compound synthesis and memory interconnection *** results find sharp upper bounds and lower bounds of the honeycomb network to utilize the Mobile base station network(MBSN)for the high load of traffic and minimal traffic also.

This paper studies the performative prediction problem where a learner aims to minimize the expected loss with a decision-dependent data distribution. Such setting is motivated when outcomes can be affected by the prediction model, e.g., strategic classification. We consider a state-dependent setting where the data distribution evolves according to a controlled Markov chain. We focus on stochastic derivative free optimization (DFO) where the learner is given access to a loss function evaluation oracle with the above Markovian data. We propose a two-timescale DFO(λ) algorithm that features (i) a sample accumulation mechanism that utilizes every observed sample to estimate the gradient of performative risk, (ii) a two-timescale diminishing step size that balances the rates of DFO updates and bias reduction. Under a non-convex optimization setting, we show that DFO(λ) requires O(1/Ε3) samples (up to a log factor) to attain a near-stationary solution with expected squared gradient norm less than Ε. In response to the escalating demand for machine learning techniques capable of handling real-time data streams, particularly in applications like stock markets, this research dives deep into the domain of stream regression. The objective is to adeptly navigate challenges posed by evolving data over time, differentiating it from conventional static regression. Existing models, such as Fast and Incremental Model Trees with Drift Detection (FIMT-DD), k-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), and Adaptive Linear Regression (ALR) and some other studies, though competent, exhibit certain limitations like learning based on certain portions of data, using a significantly large memory and not capable of handling each data in every timestamp it arrives. We propose the Dynamically Adjustable Linear Regression Model (DALR) to address these shortcomings. DALR introduces an adaptive regression model that dynamically evolves based on historical knowledge and newly acquired data, providing an innovative solution to the intricacies of dynamic data streams. This endeavor has also highlighted that the DALR algorithm consistently demonstrates strong performance across various datasets according to the RMSE metric, surpassing other state-of -the-art algorithms in most instances. © 2024 IEEE.

Paddy cultivation is a significant global economic sector, with rice production playing a crucial role in influencing worldwide economies. However, insects in paddy farms predominantly impact the growth rate and ecological equilibrium of the agricultural field. Hence, the precise and timely identification of insects in agricultural settings presents a potential strategy for addressing this issue. This study aims to implement an automated system for paddy farming by employing a real-time framework that incorporates the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain technology, and Deep Learning (DL) algorithms. The primary emphasis of the DL-based system is on the timely identification of pests. In contrast, integrating the IoT and blockchain technologies facilitates stablishing a fully automated system with security within the agricultural domain. The DL-based system includes a secondary dataset of paddy insects, and then preprocessing, feature extraction, and identification have been performed. Besides, an IoT-based system is embodied with a camera module and microprocessor, accompanied by some apparatus required to automate the whole system. In addition, the research also includes the blockchain to secure each individual data transmission among the several IoT components and the cloud server. While examining the proposed solution, various experimental data have been systematically documented and analyzed. The proposed framework attained a peak accuracy of 98.91% using the VGG19 model and ensemble classifiers to detect the pest with a specificity of 99.14% and a precision of 98.21%. The study additionally quantifies the mean duration of the cloud response when integrated with IoT, yielding an average time of 1.71 s after pest identification. Nevertheless, the system has exhibited a high level of efficacy in the context of real-time monitoring and automation of paddy farms. © 2020 IEEE.

The development of legal records requires extra time and their absurd length raises the need for programmed legal record handling frameworks. One of the handling steps is to recognize the essence of the reports expressions for legitimate case records. A computerized framework that could help a legal professional in anticipating the result of a case would help facilitate the legal interaction. For such a framework to be essentially valuable, expectations by the framework ought to be reasonable. To advance exploration in growing such a framework, this paper presents the Indian Legal Judgment Dataset (ILJD). ILJD is a huge corpus of 35k Indian Supreme Legal disputes commented on with unique court choices. A part of the corpus (a different test set) is commented on with best quality level clarifications by lawful specialists. © 2023 IEEE.

The ever-expanding Internet of Things (IoT) landscape presents a double-edged sword. While it fosters interconnectedness, the vast amount of data generated by IoT devices creates a larger attack surface for cybercriminals. Intrusions in these environments can have severe consequences. To combat this growing threat, robust intrusion detection systems (IDS) are crucial. The data comprised by this attack is multivariate, highly complex, non-stationary, and nonlinear. To extract the complex patterns from this complex data, we require the most robust, optimized tools. Machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) have emerged as powerful tools for IDSs, offering high accuracy in detecting and preventing security breaches. This research delves into anomaly detection, a technique that identifies deviations from normal system behavior, potentially indicating attacks. Given the complexity of anomaly data, we explore methods to improve detection performance. This research investigates the design and evaluation of a novel IDS. We leverage and optimize supervised ML methods like tree-based Support Vector Machines (SVM), ensemble methods, and neural networks (NN) alongside the cutting-edge DL approach of long short-term memory (LSTM) and vision transformers (ViT). We optimized the hyperparameters of these algorithms using a robust Bayesian optimization approach. The implemented ML models achieved impressive training accuracy, with Random Forest and Ensemble Bagged Tree surpassing 99.90% of accuracy, an AUC of 1.00, an F1-score, and a balanced Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC) of 99.78%. While the initial deep learning LSTM model yielded an accuracy of 99.97%, the proposed ViT architecture significantly boosted performance with 100% of all metrics, along with a validation accuracy of 78.70% and perfect training accuracy.
