Technological advancements are increasingly evident across various sectors, including automobiles, industry, and healthcare. In precision agriculture, significant progress has been made, with AgroTICs and Smart Agriculture gaining substantial traction in the market. However, a gap remains between cutting-edge technology and family farming, presenting a challenge from both social and applied research perspectives. However, there is still a gap between cutting-edge technology and family farming, which creates a challenge from a social and applied research point of view. In this context, this paper proposes a monitoring model based on Fuzzy Logic and sensor automation applied to estimate the health of a corn crop. The proposed Fuzzy inference system involves calculating an indicator of nutrients as well as the average color and area of corn plants. The nutrient indicator is automatically computed by an ESP32 microcontroller using sensor readings, while the average color and area inputs are manually entered via a mobile application. Additionally, the Fuzzy inference is integrated into the ESP32. The model underwent experimental validation on the health of the plantation, and the results were evaluated in four areas: one was designated for testing, and three were for validation. The model achieved an accuracy of 97.5% in Scenario 3, categorized as 'Very Favorable', and an accuracy of 65% in Scenarios 2 and 4, categorized as 'Unfavorable'. The implications of this research contribute to the advancement of AgroTICs among small producers, with the potential to enhance and automate the monitoring of their harvest production. © 2024 IEEE.

Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance. © 2023 IEEE.

We use FPGA to optimize the simulation of quantum computing in two aspects. (a) The if-else state is used in place of tensor product calculation. This allows the tensor product of each quantum operator to be generated in a single clock cycle. (b) The pre-calculated lookup ROM is used for estimating the sine and cosine values. This facilitates the computation of quantum gates that are related to angle. To validate our work, we implement our design in VerilogHDL. The performance is evaluated using an FPGA simulator. The result shows a dramatic improvement in the simulation process comparing to those of simulation on classical computers. © 2022 IEEE.

Cardiovascular disease is one of the dangerous non-communicable disorders or diseases that has become one of the causes of death worldwide. Various studies have been conducted to prevent cardiovascular disease in the world. This study analyzed cardiovascular disease medical record data from the Kaggle public dataset by implementing correlational analysis combined with association rule mining to identify variables that are the predominant cause of cardiovascular disease. Correlational analysis can analyze the interrelationships between variables in a dataset, but not in depth. Association rule mining can identify the interrelationships of variables in the form of frequent item sets, which can be calculated for their support and confidence values. The result of this study is a combination of correlation analysis with association rule mining that can identify predominant variables to cause cardiovascular disease. Pet owners experience difficulty in understanding their pets' body language and its implications for animal welfare, given that animals cannot utilize human speech to communicate their emotions and health conditions. However, previous experiments for analyzing cat behavior have demonstrated that cats are precisely expressive. DeepCat, a deep-learning approach developed in this study, translates cats' body language signals, enabling owners to discern their feline companions' intended messages and emotional states. Our DeepCat model was trained on a dataset comprising 10,000 cat images, implementing automatic labeling to track key features, including the tail, eyes, and mouth. Presented as a Flutter application, DeepCat can function everywhere, allowing owners to easily monitor their cats and make informed decisions in situations that require caution. This paper discusses the potential benefits and limitations of DeepCat and provides suggestions for future research in this domain. © 2023 IEEE.

Path planning for autonomous search and tracking of multiple objects is a critical problem in applications such as reconnaissance, surveillance, and data gathering. Due to the inherent competing objectives of searching for new objects while maintaining tracks for found objects, most current approaches rely on multi-objective planning methods, leaving it up to the user to tune parameters to balance between the two objectives, usually based on heuristics or trial and error. In this paper, we introduce UniSaT (Unified Search and Track), a novel unifiedobjective formulation for the search and track problem based on Random Finite Sets (RFS). Our approach models unknown and known objects using a combined generalized labeled multi-Bernoulli (GLMB) filter. For unseen objects, UniSaT leverages both cardinality and spatial prior distributions, allowing it to operate without prior knowledge of the exact number of objects in the search space. The planner maximizes the mutual information of this unified belief model, creating balanced search and tracking behaviors. We demonstrate our work in a simulated environment, presenting both qualitative results and quantitative improvements over a multi-objective method. © 2025, American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics Inc, AIAA. This study investigates children’s trust in two humanoid robots, Nao and iCub, through a cooperative game designed to elicit spontaneous behaviors and group dynamics. We investigate whether participants change their choices after hearing advice from a robot, considering rounds where the advice is correct or incorrect, with the robot apologizing for its mistakes. Results reveal that, in most cases, participants prefer not to change their moves after the robot’s advice. Additionally, after the robots made mistakes, participants are less likely to actively follow their advice and more likely to reject it. No significant differences in strategies among the iCub and Nao samples are evidenced. Furthermore, we examine the influence of group dynamics, identifying "Proactive Players" who consistently initiated moves. A significant association between the strategies of this player and their teammates is found, suggesting potential influence. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

While the rise of electric vehicles reflects a push for clean energy as envisioned by international agreements like the Paris Agreement, wireless charging's convenience can overcome limitations and hasten their adoption, making it a strategic step alongside regulations such Permenhub No. 15/2022 and SDG 9 'Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure' for cleaner air and sustainable transportation. The aim is to convert the high frequency AC voltage from the coupling capacitor into a stable DC voltage. Further increase the system sensitivity to the load variations, by designing a MOSFET based active rectifier. By changing load parameters, the accuracy of PFC adaptation to the battery State of Charge (SOC) obtained is at 98% with 2% tolerance for errors. It is concluded that the research is said to be successful because it has met the parameters of general research hypothesis where the system is able to convert high frequency AC voltage into a stable DC voltage. © 2024 IEEE.

The 'swarm robotics' is a relatively recent field of study that investigates the ways in which several robot systems interact with one another throughout the course of time. The organization is able to accomplish its goals by delegating work to a large number of robots that are capable of doing activities that are beyond the capabilities of a single robot. This is accomplished via the use of a broad variety of different methods. It is possible to make use of optimization algorithms in robotic swarms in order to discover answers to difficult trans disciplinary challenges that are encountered in real-world environments. The fact that algorithms for swarm intelligence are able to adjust to changing circumstances makes the potential of this happening a reality. In order to achieve the highest possible level of performance, this study analyses a broad range of different swarm optimization algorithms that may be used to robotic swarm scenarios. This category contains a variety of methodologies, including PSO, GPSO, CSO, ACO, and GSO, among others. Within this section, a comprehensive analysis is provided for each of the strategies that came before it, and an inquiry into the potential future course of action for swarm optimization is furthermore carried out. The ramifications of these tactics are also discussed in this section, which is included in the overall debate. © 2024 IEEE.
