The field of artificial intelligence (AI) has seen significant advancements in recent years. These days, artificial intelligence (AI) tools are being utilized by organizations in both the public and commercial sectors all over the world. Individuals, organizations, and society as a whole will reap broad and significant advantages as a result of the capabilities of artificial intelligence (AI) both today and in the near future. Nevertheless, these very same technical advancements give rise to significant concerns, such as the question of how to ensure that artificial intelligence technology is built and implemented in a manner that is in accordance with the applicable data privacy laws and standards. The fast development of artificial intelligence presents substantial hurdles in terms of protecting customers' privacy and the confidentiality of their data. The purpose of this essay is to suggest an all-encompassing strategy for the development of a framework to solve these concerns. First, an overview of prior research on security and privacy in artificial intelligence is presented, with an emphasis on both the progress that has been made and the limits that still remain. In the same vein, open research topics and gaps that need to be addressed in order to improve existing frameworks are recognized. Regarding the development of the framework, the topic of data protection in artificial intelligence is discussed. This includes elaborating on the significance of protecting the data that is utilized in artificial intelligence models, as well as elaborating on the policies and practices that are in place to ensure the data's safety and the methods that are utilized to maintain the data's integrity. Additionally, the security of artificial intelligence is investigated, which includes an analysis of the vulnerabilities and dangers that are present in artificial intelligence systems, as well as the presentation of instances of potential assaults and malevolent manipulations,

Cancers have emerged as a significant concern due to their impact on public health and society. The examination and interpretation of tissue sections stained with Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) play a crucial role in disease assessment, particularly in cases like gastric cancer. Microsatellite instability (MSI) is suggested to contribute to the carcinogenesis of specific gastrointestinal tumors. However, due to the nonspecific morphology observed in H&E-stained tissue sections, MSI determination often requires costly evaluations through various molecular studies and immunohistochemistry methods in specialized molecular pathology laboratories. Despite the high cost, international guidelines recommend MSI testing for gastrointestinal cancers. Thus, there is a pressing need for a new diagnostic modality with lower costs and widespread applicability for MSI detection. This study aims to detect MSI directly from H&E histology slides in gastric cancer, providing a cost-effective alternative. The performance of well-known deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs) and a proposed architecture are compared. Medical image datasets are typically smaller than benchmark datasets like ImageNet, necessitating the use of off-the-shelf DCNN architectures developed for large datasets through techniques such as transfer learning. Designing an architecture proportional to a custom dataset can be tedious and may not yield desirable results. In this work, we propose an automatic method to extract a lightweight and efficient architecture from a given heavy architecture (e.g., well-known off-the-shelf DCNNs) proportional to a specific dataset. To predict MSI instability, we extracted the MicroNet architecture from the Xception network using the proposed method and compared its performance with other well-known architectures. In agriculture, crop yield estimation is essential;producers, industrialists, and consumers all benefit from knowing the early yield. Manual mango counting typically involves the utilization of human labor. Experts visually examine each sample to complete the process, which is time-consuming, difficult, and lacks precision. For commercial mango production to produce high-quality fruits from the orchard to the consumer, a quick, non-destructive, and accurate variety classification is required. Because of its effectiveness in computer vision, a convolutional neural network—one of the deep learning techniques—was chosen for this investigation. For yield prediction, a total of eight popular mango cultivars were utilized. A comparison with previously trained models was used to assess the proposed model. The performance of the classifiers was evaluated using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, loss, area under the receiver operating characteristic curve score, precision, recall, F1-score, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, and Cohen’s Kappa performance measure. In terms of performance evaluation criteria, it was found that the proposed approach outperformed the pre-trained models. The suggested model achieved 98.85% accuracy in the test set, which had 800 images. This outcome demonstrates the tangible applicability of the proposed methodology for mango crop estimation. © (2025), (Society of Sytematic Innovation). All rights reserved.

The increasing use of Large Language Models (LLMs) in daily life raises important questions about ensuring their trustworthiness. While existing datasets are widely used to evaluate issues like safety and hallucinations, they often overlook important factors like social norms and cultural sensitivity. This paper introduces a dataset that incorporates regional cultural aspects, allowing LLMs to be more adaptable across diverse contexts. This dataset covers aspects of both safety and cultural sensitivity. The safety component includes seven dimensions: Unlawful Conduct, Toxicity, Violence, Privacy Violations, Harms to Minors, Adult Content, and Mental Health Issues. Cultural sensitivity is divided into three categories: Beliefs, Behaviors, and Safety. We tested across seven LLMs, the dataset aims to help models overcome cultural barriers, fostering user-friendly and culturally aware development. Furthermore, we provide guidelines for creating and evaluating culturally sensitive prompts to ensure they meet safety and cultural standards. The finding of this paper may help the development of more adaptable, culturally aware, and trustworthy LLMs for daily use. © 2024 IEEE.

Effective monitoring of the environment over a large area will require mobilization of a considerable amount of information. Otherwise, the use of traditional methods will prove to be costly and would take up so much time. Also, assessing the land cover changes between two times is one of the other methods which can be adopted to measure the environmental sustainability. Using ML techniques for predictive modeling in remote sensing has emerged as a useful approach in solving some of the environmental and climatic challenges. This research proposes a novel method in remote sensing image-based climate detection utilizing cloud computing and machine learning algorithms. Here, the cloud computing module is used in the collection of remote sensing images for the detection of climate changes. Then, the collected image is processed for noise removal as well as normalization. The processed image is segmented, and features are extracted utilizing a fuzzy K-clustering-based contour Gaussian model with graph cut Boltzmann CNN. Experimental analysis is carried out for various remote sensing-based climate change datasets in terms of training accuracy, random precision, AUC, recall, and F-measure. The proposed technique obtained 97% of training accuracy, 95% of random precision, 96% of recall, 93% of AUC, and 94% of F-measure. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

Photovoltaic panel used in solar power generation is an environmentally beneficial and sustainable energy source that has been used to transform sunlight into electrical power. Arranged in large solar facilities, these panels are connected to a central inverter, which converts Direct Current (DC) to alternating current (AC) electricity with a small amount of energy loss. Clean surfaces, unhindered light exposure, and high solar irradiance are all necessary for optimal panel performance. It's critical to assess the inverter's efficiency by comparing its AC to DC power. Large-scale installations with sensor-equipped panels and inverters track performance to help with maintenance and forecasting of power generation. The Internet of Things (IoT) facilitates data accessibility and remote monitoring, which helps choose the best location for solar power generation. Smart system continuous monitoring expedites site inspections, which supports urban smart grid integration. In this research study, a hybrid machine learning model is presented by combining the attention processes, long short-term memory (LSTM) networks, and clustering approaches. This model is separated into different phases for forecasting, training, and cloud data clustering, finds pertinent historical data, builds a hybrid machine learning model, and chooses the best training model. In comparison to conventional approaches, this method significantly improves prediction accuracy, which is important for integrating photovoltaic systems into smart grids, particularly in smart cities. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper proposes the Modified Light GBM to classify the Malicious Users (MUs) and legitimate Secondary Users (SUs) in the cognitive-radio network. The proposed method is to avoid the consequences of malicious users in Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (CSS) without the detection of MUs. The method is tested against the occurrence of Always No Malicious User (ANMU), always yes malicious user (AYMU), the Random Malicious User (RMU), and Opposite Malicious User (OMU) transmitting spectrum sensing data to the Fusion Center (FC) by normal secondary users. The Sign Language Recognition System has been designed to capture video input, process it to detect hand gestures, and translate these gestures into readable text. The project consists of several key components and steps: Video Processing: Using OpenCV, the system captures frames from the video input. MediaPipe processes these frames to detect and track hand landmarks in real time. OpenCV capabilities allow for efficient frame extraction and basic image processing tasks such as resizing and normalization. Hand Detection and Tracking: MediaPipe pre-trained models identify and track hand movements within the video frames. The accurate detection and tracking of the hand movements are critical for the subsequent recognition of the sign language gestures. Sign Language Recognition: The core system is the deep learning model, trained using the TensorFlow and Keras on a dataset of sign language gestures. The model learns to classify the detected hand movements into corresponding sign language characters or words. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are typically used for task due to their effectiveness in image recognition tasks. Text Display: Once the system recognizes the signs, it converts them into text and displays the output. This can be done through a console output or a graphical user interface (GUI) built with Tkinter. The GUI provides a user friendly experience, allowing users to see the translated text in real-time. © 2025 IEEE.

RagaMoodSync presents an innovative framework for personalized music therapy through Hindustani Raga recommendations based on facial emotion recognition. Utilizing a Fusion-DenseNet (FusDenseNet) architecture with advanced multi-pooling for emotion detection, the system achieves high precision in identifying user moods. Integrated with a Focus Deep Collaborative Filtering (FDCF) recommendation system, RagaMoodSync delivers tailored raga suggestions that address emotional well-being and stress management. Validated with the FER2013 dataset, the framework demonstrates superior performance over existing approaches. In the ever-expanding landscape of the Internet of Things (IoT), safeguarding the security and privacy of data transmissions among IoT devices has become increasingly critical. This research introduces an innovative approach known as "Chaotic Resilience" to bolster the security of data exchanged between IoT devices. While traditional encryption methods are effective, they often rely on fixed cryptographic keys, making them susceptible to attacks over time. Chaotic Resilience introduces an element of dynamic unpredictability into the encryption process, making it considerably more resistant to brute-force attacks and key extraction techniques. The proposed technique involves the integration of chaotic systems, such as the 4D chaotic map, into the encryption process. These chaotic systems generate an ongoing sequence of unpredictable values, which are then combined with the plaintext data through a dynamic encryption algorithm. The result is ciphertext that becomes highly sensitive to initial conditions and practically immune to standard cryptographic attacks. Moreover, the dynamic nature of the encryption process ensures that even if an attacker gains access to the encryption algorithm, they cannot predict future encryption keys. Through extensive simulations and experiments, we demonstrate the effectiveness of Chaotic Resilience in thwarting various attack scenarios, including brute-force attacks, chosen-plaintext attacks, and known-plaintext attacks. Additionally, Chaotic Resilience demonstrates a 20% increase in encryption speed and a 15% reduction in resource utilization, establishing it as an efficient and robust IoT security solution. Our results underscore that Chaotic Resilience significantly enhances the security and resilience of IoT data transmissions, offering a promising avenue for strengthening IoT security in an increasingly interconnected world. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.
