Enzymes are biocatalysts with vital roles in biological functions and many industrial applications. Diverse enzymes are classified using Enzyme Commission (EC) nomenclature, making differentiation challenging. On the other hand, another biological information, gene ontology (GO), can describe the biological aspects of enzymes, covering related biological processes (BP), molecular functions (MF), and their locations within cells (CC). This study proposes a novel EC class and subclass classification of enzymes within the ontology subclass based on their GO semantics using a Bidirectional Encoder Representation of Transformer (BERT). The BERT model is first fine-tuned using the preprocessed GO term name and definition, with the enzymes in each ontology class (BP, MF, or CC) are also divided based on how the GO assigned, either through manual annotation (NONIEA) or electronically inferred (IEA). BERT successfully obtained 0.93, 0.60, 0.99, 0.90, 0.40, and 0.35 F1 scores during fine-tuning for BP IEA, BP NONIEA, MF IEA, MF NONIEA, CC IEA, and CC NONIEA, respectively. On the test set, the fine-tuned BERT significantly outperformed GOntoSim, a framework to calculate semantic similarity based on classical information theory, in EC class classification across all metrics with less inference time in all ontology subclass. Expanded further to the EC subclass, BERT can classify the enzyme on the EC subclass level in BP IEA and MF IEA ontology subclass. However, longer epochs are needed in fine-tuning. This result shows that the names and definitions of GO terms are distinguishable features in classifying enzymes as an alternative to the information content approach. © 2024 IEEE.

With the development of hardware devices and the upgrading of smartphones,a large number of users save privacy-related information in mobile devices,mainly smartphones,which puts forward higher demands on the protection of mobile users’privacy *** present,mobile user authenticationmethods based on humancomputer interaction have been extensively studied due to their advantages of high precision and non-perception,but there are still shortcomings such as low data collection efficiency,untrustworthy participating nodes,and lack of *** this end,this paper proposes a privacy-enhanced mobile user authentication method with motion sensors,which mainly includes:(1)Construct a smart contract-based private chain and federated learning to improve the data collection efficiency of mobile user authentication,reduce the probability of the model being bypassed by attackers,and reduce the overhead of data centralized processing and the risk of privacy leakage;(2)Use certificateless encryption to realize the authentication of the device to ensure the credibility of the client nodes participating in the calculation;(3)Combine Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)and Long Short-TermMemory(LSTM)to analyze and model the motion sensor data of mobile devices to improve the accuracy of model *** experimental results on the real environment dataset of 1513 people show that themethod proposed in this paper can effectively resist poisoning attacks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of mobile user authentication.

The main objective of this project is to create a user-friendly intelligent chatbot for Medical guidance and support. This application has been classified into two different modes based on user preference, those are Online and Offline modes of interaction. In the Online mode of interaction, there is no need for any automation, there will be a real person at the other end answering user queries. Users can even ask for untrained data and will receive instant replies. This application is similar to a normal chat application, but the main disadvantage is that a real person is needed at the other end at all times. In the Offline mode of conversation which is entirely automated the user will be performing an interaction with the chatbot itself. The chatbot must consist of data sets and trained data collection, in this process there is no need for any real person, the chatbot itself will reply instantly based on the trained data. The chatbot will be more accurate when a large number of data is trained. This application is compatible with working in various browsers and varied networks. The Admin of the application plays a significant role. Admin can access all the given functions and is responsible for data training. data training plays a vital role in this application, the trained data will be used by the chatbot while answering user queries i.e. Offline mode. This chatbot application can be accessed by several users at the same time, where IP address plays the main role. The main function of this application is that user can post their corresponding queries and the application will be providing relevant information based on queries. The Latest Modern chatbots are used in applications where simple interaction is needed, for example, service and marketing technology to provide answers such as products, services, and consultancy. If the customer's queries don't match with the trained data sets, the customer will be escalated to manual interaction i.e. Online mode. © 2024 IE

Consider the domain of multiclass classification within the adversarial online setting. What is the price of relying on bandit feedback as opposed to full information? To what extent can an adaptive adversary amplify the loss compared to an oblivious one? To what extent can a randomized learner reduce the loss compared to a deterministic one? We study these questions in the mistake bound model and provide nearly tight answers. We demonstrate that the optimal mistake bound under bandit feedback is at most O(k) times higher than the optimal mistake bound in the full information case, where k represents the number of labels. This bound is tight and provides an answer to an open question previously posed and studied by Daniely and Helbertal ['13] and by Long ['17,'20], who focused on deterministic learners. Moreover, we present nearly optimal bounds of Θ˜(k) on the gap between randomized and deterministic learners, as well as between adaptive and oblivious adversaries in the bandit feedback setting. This stands in contrast to the full information scenario, where adaptive and oblivious adversaries are equivalent, and the gap in mistake bounds between randomized and deterministic learners is a constant multiplicative factor of 2. In addition, our results imply that in some cases the optimal randomized mistake bound is approximately the square-root of its deterministic parallel. Previous results show that this is essentially the smallest it can get. Some of our results are proved via a reduction to prediction with expert advice under bandit feedback, a problem interesting on its own right. For this problem, we provide a randomized algorithm which is nearly optimal in some scenarios. © 2024 Neural information processing systems foundation. All rights reserved.

Wireless Sensor network is the communication network in which the sensor nodes are located in various parts of the network and the base station in same network. The sensor nodes gather the data and communicate gathered information to the base station. The major issue in the transmission process of WSN is energy consumption. Some techniques and algorithms are suggested in many researches for reducing energy consumption to make the node to sustain in network for longer duration. This paper proposes the progressive index modulation ICIC strategy for cluster head selection and used indexing transmitting data. In intra cluster mode, cluster head is chosen based on probability factor and minimized energy utilized route is identified and indexing is initialized for that route in intra clustering scheme. The simulation is performed using different metrics like packet delivery rate, number of dead nodes and energy utilization. All the above metrics are evaluated in two different strategies like number of rounds and number of nodes. Proposed evaluation results provides better results when compared with ICIC strategy and it helps to utilize less energy and better data transmission. © 2024 IEEE.

This article formulates and analyzes agreements of the nonlinear opinion dynamics in social networks according to switching interactions, where the agents' susceptibilities depend on current states. These switching interactions are formulated by switching directed graphs with some mild joint connectivity, and depicted by nonlinear switching model. An extended LaSalle invariance principle is established for analyzing the agreements of this switching model as well as three specialized scenarios, where the limiting equations formed by the weak∗ convergence are used to study the steady-state behavior so that the stability analysis is substantially simplified in the sense that the 'max - min' Lyapunov function may be assumed to be constant along any bounded forward complete solutions of limiting equations. Examples and simulations are used to verify the obtained results. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Generating genuine images from textual description is challenging for both computer vision and linguistic representation in text-to-image synthesis. Generative adversarial networks (GAN) are an emerging generative model that has been producing great results by generating high-quality images with diverse images. The present review provides an overview of GAN with its background like architecture, game theory key ideas, loss functions, performance metrics and challenges. Recent and relevant text-to-image GAN models are discussed, including Gradual Refinement GAN (GR-GAN), Generative Adversarial CLIPS (GALIP), GigaGAN and StyleGAN-T with their architecture, dataset used highlighting limitations, strengths, year, and applications and comparing their performance metrics like Inception Score (IS) and Fréchet Inception Distance (FID) with identifying future directions, such as drawing boundaries for open research challenges. The present review functions as an extensive knowledge base and is highly valuable for researchers and practitioners who are interested in learning more about text-to-image using GANs. © 2024 IEEE.

Analysis and reaction to natural disasters have made extensive use of deep learning methods using semantic segmentation networks. These implementations’ foundation is based on convolutional neural networks (CNNs), which are capable of precisely identifying and locating the relevant areas of interest within satellite imagery or other types of remote sensing data. This helps with rescue planning, restoration efforts, and disaster evaluation. Difficulties in the provision of healthcare services, due to natural disasters, are made worse by the existing problems prevalent in most healthcare systems. The aim of this research is to propose a novel technique in climate change–based disaster management with their public healthcare analysis using cloud computing with deep learning techniques. In this research, the cloud network has been used in LiDAR image collection for climate change–based disaster-struck regions and their public healthcare analysis. This collected image has been classified and optimized using a deep Markov Q-transfer adversarial neural network with binary grey whale swarm optimization. Experimental analysis has been carried out for various disaster management–based public healthcare datasets in terms of classification accuracy, specificity, NSE, sensitivity, and F-1 score. The proposed technique attained a classification accuracy of 97%, F-1 score of 94%, specificity of 96%, sensitivity of 95%, and NSE of 57%. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

CVD continues to pose a substantial global health burden, demanding the need for the creation of precise predictive models that can aid in the timely identification and evaluation of risks. This research paper aims to provide a thorough examination of the prediction of CVD by utilizing CNN in aggregation with hyperparameter tuning techniques. This paper examines the effectiveness of three widely recognized CNN architectures, namely ResNet, VGGNet, and Xception CVD. The Tree-structured Parzen Estimator (TPE) is utilized as a method for tuning hyperparameters in order to optimize the CNN models. The study commences with a comprehensive examination of the dataset, encompassing a wide array of cardiovascular CT image data. The chosen CNN architectures serve as the fundamental framework for our predictive models. The selection of these architectures is based on their established track record in effectively addressing image analysis tasks and their capacity to accurately capture complex patterns and features present in medical images. The models undergo training using a dataset in order to acquire knowledge about distinctive features that are linked to various cardiovascular conditions. The experimental findings presented in the study indicate that the utilization of the Xception architecture, in aggregation with TPE for hyperparameter optimization, yields the most favorable predictive accuracy. Specifically, the achieved accuracy rate of 98.26% is notably remarkable. This result highlights the significance of not only choosing advanced CNN architectures but also optimizing their hyperparameters to fully exploit their potential in predicting cardiovascular disease. This establishes it as a promising tool for the early diagnosis and risk assessment of CVD. This study establishes a fundamental basis for future investigations in the advancement of precise and dependable predictive models applicable to various medical imaging contexts. © The Author(s), under exclusive license
