In recent years,cloud computing has provided a Software As A Service(SaaS)platform where the software can be reused and applied to fulfill compli-cated user demands according to specific Quality of Services(QoS)*** user requirements are formulated as a workflow consisting of a set of ***,many services may satisfy the functionality of each task;thus,searching for the composition of the optimal service while maximizing the QoS is formulated as an NP-hard *** work will introduce a hybrid Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)with a Cuckoo Search(CS)algorithm to untangle service composition *** ABC is a well-known metaheuristic algorithm that can be applied when dealing with different NP-hard problems with an outstanding record of ***,the ABC suffers from a slow convergence ***,the CS is used to overcome the ABC’s limitations by allowing the abandoned bees to enhance their search and override the local *** proposed hybrid algorithm has been tested on 19 datasets and then compared with two standard algorithms(ABC and CS)and three state-of-the-art swarm-based composition *** addition,extensive parameter study experiments were conducted to set up the proposed algorithm’s *** results indicate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the standard algorithms in the three comparison criteria(bestfitness value,averagefitness value,and average execution time)overall datasets in 30 different ***,the proposed algorithm also exhibits better performance than the state–of–the–art algorithms in the three comparison criteria over 30 different runs.

Issues related to the curriculum design of C programming language is analysed. Aspects and necessity of programming for engineers is discussed. The enhanced outlay of programming for engineers and generating the curriculum is presented. Relativity and dependency briefly highlighted. A superlative teaching model of computer languages is discussed along with its principles. In-Lab monitoring technique is developed successfully using client-server architecture which ensures learner live workshop progress. We present a general framework for a higher-order spline level-set (HLS) method and apply this to biomolecule surfaces construction. Starting from a first order energy functional, we obtain a general level set formulation of geometric partial differential equation, and provide an efficient approach to solving this partial differential equation using a C2 spline basis. We also present a fast cubic spline interpolation algorithm based on convolution and the Z-transform, which exploits the local relationship of interpolatory cubic spline coefficients with respect to given function data values. Customer Complaint is important information reflecting customers sound and is a primary measure of customer dissatisfaction. An Effective and Efficient response to these complaints is an essential index of organization's performance. The presented model for the Customer Complaint Management system will have the ability to minimize customers' dissatisfaction and on the other hand it can encourage customers to participate in controlling the quality of the service provided. In this paper the researcher tries to improve the relationship between Citizens and the Social Solidarity by presenting a new model of e-Complaint webservice based on SOA. The Proposed model aims to develop a Service-Oriented framework for e-Complaint Web-based that targets the charity lifecycle. The cycle starts with distribution of different services that are provided through charity. Those services are applied for different people based on their needs. Due to different obstacles those services may not be applied in appropriate way. Therefore, a need for a system that could detect Citizen's problems and provide them with suitable feedback is raised. Also, this paper describes the Complaint Management system oriented by Web-application which will be used by Citizens in order to make complaints about their dissatisfaction on provided services. This system will be able to handle complaints by recording and giving feedback for each raised complaint. Results of the study can be a good reference to find out users needs from e-complaint and the handling process of this complaint in the body of any organization.

Industrial internet of things (IIoT) is the usage of internet of things(IoT) devices and applications for the purpose of sensing, processing andcommunicating real-time events in the industrial system to reduce the unnecessary operational cost and enhance manufacturing and other industrial-relatedprocesses to attain more profits. However, such IoT based smart industriesneed internet connectivity and interoperability which makes them susceptibleto numerous cyber-attacks due to the scarcity of computational resourcesof IoT devices and communication over insecure wireless channels. Therefore, this necessitates the design of an efficient security mechanism for IIoTenvironment. In this paper, we propose a hyperelliptic curve cryptography(HECC) based IIoT Certificateless Signcryption (IIoT-CS) scheme, with theaim of improving security while lowering computational and communicationoverhead in IIoT environment. HECC with 80-bit smaller key and parameterssizes offers similar security as elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) with 160-bitlong key and parameters sizes. We assessed the IIoT-CS scheme security byapplying formal and informal security evaluation techniques. We used Realor Random (RoR) model and the widely used automated validation of internet security protocols and applications (AVISPA) simulation tool for formalsecurity analysis and proved that the IIoT-CS scheme provides resistance tovarious attacks. Our proposed IIoT-CS scheme is relatively less expensivecompared to the current state-of-the-art in terms of computational cost andcommunication overhead. Furthermore, the IIoT-CS scheme is 31.25% and 51.31% more efficient in computational cost and communication overhead,respectively, compared to the most recent protocol.
