The article offers an economical and mathematical modeling toolkit to determine the enterprise's knowledge and project management maturity level. In particular, gray relational analysis and the hierarchy analysis method were used in forming a comprehensive assessment of the knowledge management system and determining the level of maturity of a knowledge management enterprise. Fuzzy logic was used in forming a comprehensive evaluation of a project management system and determining the maturity level of a project management enterprise. The following maturity levels are proposed: low, below average, average, above average, and high, and membership functions for these terms are formed. The obtained comprehensive indicators of the enterprise's knowledge management and project management system can be used in modeling functional relationships in the knowledge management system in the operational and project activities of the enterprise to identify problem areas for achieving the target values of performance criteria. © 2023 IEEE.

Electricity theft is one of the major issues in developing countries which is affecting their economy *** with the introduction of emerging technologies,this issue became more *** many new energy theft detection(ETD)techniques have been proposed by utilising different data mining(DM)techniques,state&network(S&N)based techniques,and game theory(GT)***,a detailed survey is presented where many state-of-the-art ETD techniques are studied and analysed for their strengths and *** levels of taxonomy are presented to classify state-of-the-art ETD *** types and ways of energy theft and their consequences are studied and summarised and different parameters to benchmark the performance of proposed techniques are extracted from *** challenges of different ETD techniques and their mitigation are suggested for future *** is observed that the literature on ETD lacks knowledge management techniques that can be more effective,not only for ETD but also for theft *** can help in the prevention of energy theft,in the future,as well as for ETD.

The article examines the concept of the convergence of the physical and digital worlds, which leads to the formation of virtual social communities. This convergence contributes to the stratification of society according to various characteristics and influences the formation of public opinion. The role of influencers in virtual communities and their transformation into agents of information influence is studied. Analysis of the current state of the problem includes consideration of the relevance of identifying destructive informational influences in virtual communities, including the use of bot technologies. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the destructive influence on the YouTube media platform and the shortcomings in the regulation of content and users of this platform. The article proposes a method of detecting informational artificial influence on the virtual community in a social Internet service based on the detection of abnormal patterns of user behavior. The article contains the results of an experiment, the results of which prove the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023 IEEE.

The paper considers methods for estimating the effective electrical conductivity of a geologic medium with an internal structure represented as a set of layer-by-layer tomographic images. Based on this type of input data, a discrete hierarchical mesh model of the sample is constructed. It is used to describe the internal singularities of the investigated medium with significant accuracy. To obtain the effective electrical conductivity of the geologic medium, a direct problem of electric field potential distribution in the sample volume is solved numerically. Since the computational domain is defined as a hierarchy of mesh partitions, a multiscale modification of the scalar finite element method is applied. The averaging procedure of the properties is based on Ohm's law. The possibility of step-by-step averaging of the electrical properties of a rock sample is also investigated. To obtain the electrical effective characteristic of the entire sample, the effective properties of individual macroelements in the mesh partitioning are determined and further averaged using the algorithms proposed in the paper. The variation of the effective electrical conductivity over certain sub-domains of the sample is given. © 2024 IEEE.

The paper is focused on studying the effect of the mineral contents on the effective characteristics of the samples modeling the asphalt concrete cores. The two types of samples are considered: the fine-grained sample with pure bitumen binding the regularly arranged inclusions of crushed stone, and the samples with non-regular inclusion arrangement and two-component binder of bitumen with sand. For both types of the samples, several variants of mineral contents were investigated. For the fine-grained samples with a pure bitumen matrix, only the effective dielectric permittivity is considered because the pure bitumen resin is non-conductive. Despite the significant difference in the relative effective permittivity of the component materials, the changes in the contents of the fine-grained samples had a small effect due to the low concentration of the inclusions. In contrast, for the multicomponent sample, both characteristics are influenced by changes in the mineral content of the samples and can be utilized to indicate such changes. © 2023 IEEE.

Partial or major roadmending is performed on the roads annually. To assess the quality of the work performed, samples are extracted from the laid roadbed and tested in a laboratory. However, the road's integrity is not always restored. The development of a non-contact quality control methodology for paved roads without extracting samples for analysis is an extremely urgent task. The paper presents a numerical study of effective properties of the synthetic samples with internal geometry and electrophysical properties of the components close to the properties of real road pavement samples. the laboratory analysis of which allows to speak about the quality of road repair works. The authors propose a mathematical framework for determining the effective electrophysical characteristics of a heterogeneous medium. The effective characteristic is introduced as a second-rank tensor describing both the effective dielectric permittivity of a complex medium and its electrical conductivity. The simulation is performed in the MHz frequency domain. Two types of mineral filler grades of asphalt concrete mix are considered in this paper: crushed granite and crushed gabbro. The results of numerical simulations showed the dependence on the grade of crushed stone used, as well as on the volume fraction of mineral filler in the asphalt concrete mass. This indicates that it is possible to identify the granulometric content of the road surface. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, the algorithms for the numerical determination of electrophysical properties of drilling mud invasion zones in the formation during well drilling are presented. This problem is considered as one of the stages in solving the multiphysics problem of the electromagnetic monitoring of the drilling fluid invasion. The purpose of the study is to develop a technique to obtain the effective values of electrical conductivity based on a set of numerically determined saturations for fluid components. The electrical characteristics of fluid components in separate, formation layers' porosity and the rock matrix properties are known. These effective electrical conductivities are then used in numerical modeling of the electromagnetic signal responses in the borehole to identify the colmatation processes in the near-well bottom zone. The finite element method and its non-conformal modifications are used in all steps of numerical simulation both for fluid dynamics and electromagnetic problems, including the Discontinuous Galerkin method and the heterogeneous multiscale finite element method. © 2023 IEEE.

This work deals with the problem of reconstructing the thermal conductivity coefficient of ice-gas-hydrate rocks. It is proposed to use the results of direct mathematical simulation of heat transfer processes in a heterogeneous porous medium with different phase composition, and the principles of energy conservation law. The results of high-resolution X-ray tomography are applied to construct a digital model of the gas-hydrate-containing medium using machine learning procedure and special thresholding methods. A discrete geometrical model of the digital model is constructed by methods based on adapted symplectic partitions. In contrast to existing solutions to the above problem, our approach is not based on the application of phenomenological reduced models. We apply continuum models of the medium under study, and the heat transfer process. This approach makes it possible to obtain physically relevant results for determining the thermal conductivity coefficient of a heterogeneous medium using its digital analogue. The influence of the phase composition and contrast of the thermal characteristics on the value of thermal conductivity coefficient of ice-gas-hydrate-containing samples is presented. © 2022 IEEE.

In the paper has presented the system of regular automation monitoring of changes in the state of groundwater under the influence of natural and techno genic factors, directly related organizationally and methodically to solving the problems of forecasting and managing resources, groundwater quality and regime. Study the operation of irrigation systems operation services and reclamation inspections, which have a dense network of points of irrigation hygrometry, wells and piezometers, do not allow to quickly and timely assess the land reclamation state and make an organizational (monitoring) and technical decision. Automation of this service based on modern information and communication and GIS technologies allowed, firstly, to significantly reduce the time of collecting and analyzing information for making operational management decisions, and secondly, to significantly increase reliability, excluding the human factor, and also: to carry out visualization in the form of digital data and maps on the level, chemical composition and physical properties of groundwater;to assess the condition of the flooded territories, as well as perform a comprehensive assessment of these territories;based on the use of modern technical and software to integrate, analyze and provide information support for managerial decision-making to prevent negative consequences. © 2021 IEEE.
