This research explores the efficacy of clustering algorithms in enhancing customer experiences within the e-commerce landscape. Through experiment trials utilizing K-means and DBSCAN clustering techniques, valuable insights have been gleaned. The trials yielded silhouette scores ranging from 0.55 to 0.72, indicating moderate to good clustering quality across different experiments. In K-means clustering, the number of clusters varied from 3 to 6, with inertia values spanning approximately 722.4–1456.8. Conversely, DBSCAN clustering resulted in varying cluster numbers, ranging from 2 to 4, contingent on the combinations of epsilon and min_samples values explored. These findings underscore the significance of judiciously selecting clustering algorithms and parameter settings to achieve meaningful segmentation of e-commerce data. Effective utilization of clustering algorithms empowers businesses to discern valuable insights into customer behavior, preferences, and patterns. Consequently, businesses can tailor their strategies to deliver personalized experiences, targeted marketing campaigns, and optimized product recommendations. Order financing is changing the game in the banking and financial supply chain industry. It's great for SMEs and opens up new revenue streams for logistics and finance companies. But in order to find the weak spots offered by banks and other financial institutions, companies need to undertake thorough risk assessments right now. Careful timing is crucial for training the model, extracting features, and preprocessing. Outlier identification and missing value handling are the first steps in preprocessing, which also includes normalization and standardization to improve data integrity and reduce unit discrepancies. Principal component analysis makes use of multivariate statistics to aid in feature extraction, guaranteeing effective data representation. Careful consideration of every detail is required during the training of a Stacked-A-GRU model, which follows attribute selection. Impressively outperforming state-of-the-art algorithms SAFE and GRU, the suggested solution achieves a remarkable correctness rating of 97.34%, indicating notable progress in predicting accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

With the rapid increase in social media usage, there has been a corresponding surge in user-generated content (UGC) being generated on a daily basis. This has created a demand for efficient and effective real-time text classification of UGC to monitor and extract valuable insights for businesses and organizations. Our goal in doing this systematic review was to compile all of the most up-to-date information on the best practices for user-generated content (UGC) text categorization in real-time on social media. Various sources, such as academic databases, digital libraries, and online periodicals, are combed through to find relevant material for the review. The focus is primarily on recent research conducted between 2015 and 2023, with an emphasis on identifying emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities in the field. The review critically examines the different approaches employed for text classification, encompassing machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing techniques. Furthermore, it explores the specific social media platforms where text classification is carried out, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The review highlights the key challenges associated with real-time text classification of UGC, such as handling large data volumes, dealing with language ambiguity, and the need for continuous training and updates. Additionally, the study underscores the potential opportunities for future research in this domain, such as the development of hybrid models that combine multiple approaches to enhance accuracy and scalability. The insights gained from this systematic review will be valuable for researchers, practitioners, and businesses engaged in real-time text classification of UGC on social media platforms. © 2024 IEEE.

educational robots serve a critical role in enhancing children's education, particularly in promoting interactive learning. With their ability to adapt to individual needs, the robots can offer dynamic teaching methods that improve learning outcomes. They also offer uninterrupted learning assistance beyond school hours, enabling consistent learning with their non-judgmental nature creating a safe environment where children can learn from their mistakes without fear of embarrassment. This aspect, combined with the novelty and fun associated with robots, enhances motivation and engagement in learning. In this paper we present a new educational robot, LINA, which is designed to captivate children's attention and foster active engagement by creating an enjoyable and immersive learning experience. Using gamification techniques and feedback mechanisms, LINA motivates children to participate actively, promoting their sustained interest and enthusiasm for learning. In the initial version of LINA we implemented several activities designed to go beyond traditional school subjects, targeting children's cognitive development and learning in various domains more directly. More specifically, a range of activities aimed to enhance language skills, mathematical and visuospatial problem solving, but also important social skills like Theory of Mind. © 2023 IEEE.

Purpose Micro-credentials, which have been widely used in re-skilling and skills development, provide advantages for improvement in the professional career. As a complementary approach to career and professional development in formal education, it can be said that micro-credentials are preferred for supporting professional development and/or to acquiring new skills to find a job in a new field (Fisher and Leder, 2022). This study aims to provide a detailed perspective on conceptual framework and the use of micro-credentials in higher education. Design/methodology/approach Many questions have arisen regarding micro-credentials, applicability, quality assurance, inclusion in formal educational settings and how to include them in traditional education systems, especially in higher education institutions. Oliver (2019) emphasizes that there is little research on micro-credentials or their derivatives in the literature. There is still uncertainty on micro-credential on behalf of students, employers or employees. In addition, although there are studies on micro-credentials in the USA, Europe and Australia, there is very little research around countries such as Turkey (Yilik, 2021). This study discusses the use of micro-credentials in the world and their reflections on higher education. Findings As it is shown in this article, micro-credentials have the potential to challenge or complement traditional ways of how learning is taking place, understood, recognized and certified. Research on micro-credentials is still in its infancy and could benefit a lot from more research. Especially research on employers' recognition and appreciation of digital credentials needs to be studied. Also, empirically confirming propositions of literature on micro-credentials could be beneficial. The proliferation of digital devices like smartphones and the Internet of Things has resulted in a flood of data. Every second, millions of bytes of data (including text, music, images, and videos) are produced. Thus, the need for big data analytics has been sparked by the current situation. Healthcare service records are an example of the large amounts of data created every day by hospitals. Information on patient symptoms, drug use, and the discovery of new illnesses, among other things, may be gleaned from this massive dataset. In this investigation, we use text processing methodology to public hospital patient record text data from 2017-2019 to better understand how diseases manifest in their patients. Preprocessing data from medical records involves using the Nave Bayes Classifier & Random Forest algorithms to categorise illnesses. To narrow down the collection of symptom statements, a list of altered Indonesian stop words was employed. Compared to the Naive Bayes classification technique. Experiments validate the effectiveness and efficiency of our suggested technique for illness classification in medical records. © 2024 IEEE.

Machine intelligence is at great height these days and has been evident with its effective provenance in almost all domains of science and technology. This work will focus on one handy and profound application of machine intelligence-time series forecast, and that too on visual data points, i.e., our objective is to predict future visual data points, given a subtle lag to work on. For the same, we would propose a deep learner, Newtonian physics informed neural network (NwPiNN) with the critical modelling capabilities of the physics informed neural networks, modelled on the laws of Newtonian physics. For computational efficacy, we would work on the gray-scale values of pixels. Since the variation in data pixel values is not only provoked by the pixel gray values but also by the velocity component of each pixel, the final prediction of the model would be a weighted average of the gray value forecast and the kinematics of each pixel, as modelled by the PINN. Besides its’ proposal, NwPiNN is subjected to benchmark visual dataset, and compared with existing models for visual time series forecast, like ConvLSTM, and CNN-LSTM, and in most of the occasions, NwPiNN is found to outperform its preliminaries.

With the rapid development of modern computer network technology and image storage technology, the number of image data on the Internet has increased dramatically, and there is a phenomenon that image data is extremely rich, but useful image information and knowledge are poor. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a technology for mining useful information in image data, so image mining technology came into being. As an exciting and active branch of cognitive science and computer science, digital image processing technology has received great attention and made great progress in recent years. In particular, the rapid growth of visual information and the ever-increasing need for applications have caused the study of algorithms that can handle a variety of diverse domains and activities to become the primary focus of image processing and fields that are closely related to it. This study makes use of a classification approach known as decision trees, and the decision tree algorithm is the end product of a data classification scheme in which the tree structure plays a central role. The nodes of the tree that are not leaf nodes represent the test of the data characteristics;each branch of the tree represents an output of the test, and each leaf node indicates a classification. By specifying the path that starts at the root node and continues to each leaf node, one can obtain a variety of categorization criteria. According to the findings of the research presented in this article, the algorithm presented in this paper possesses outstanding effectiveness and is suited for widespread use. © 2023 IEEE.
