Whole body bone scanning technology is a common diagnostic method for bone diseases such as bone metastases and plays an important role in the early diagnosis and treatment of human bone diseases. In this paper, a deep classification model combining attention mechanism and residual network is proposed to realize automatic classification of various bone diseases. The model uses ResNet as the base network, which effectively alleviates the problem of gradient disappearance caused by excessive depth of network. By introducing multi-spectral channel attention method into the residual module, the classification network is more focused on the extraction of focal region features. The SPECT bone scan image classification network was constructed. The experimental results on a set of real SPECT bone scan images demonstrate the effectiveness of the model in this paper, and its accuracy, precision, recall and F-1 score are 0.7919, 0.8060, 0.7895 and 0.7909, respectively, indicating that the model proposed in this paper has good classification effect on a variety of diseases in SPECT images. © 2023 IEEE.

Adaptive learning in multiagent systems has emerged as a promising approach to enhance agents' capabilities to adapt to dynamic environments and optimize their performance. In this research paper, we investigate the integration of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) as a novel means to facilitate adaptive learning in multiagent systems. BCIs establish direct communication channels between the human brain and external devices, enabling real-time monitoring and interpretation of neural activity. By leveraging BCIs, agents can capture valuable cognitive signals from human operators and use this information to adapt their decision-making processes and behaviors. We present a theoretical framework that outlines the incorporation of BCIs into multiagent systems and the mechanisms for adaptive learning. Additionally, we propose a comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of this approach. The results of our experiments demonstrate the potential of adaptive learningin multiagent systems using BCIs, paving the way for new applications in various domains, including human-machine col-laboration, assistive technologies, and interactive gaming systems.

The very complexity of the brain and the processes it operates with makes its tumors one of the most complicated malignancies that are difficult to detect and heal. Both benign and malignant kinds of tumors could seriously impair ordinary brain function. Improved results entail early, accurate diagnoses but traditional methods of biopsies and X-rays have disadvantages and risks. Improvements in deep learning (DL) and machine learning (ML) have helped diagnose brain tumors using non-invasive methods like magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). This paper applies Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and Laplacian-based image processing to propose an automated brain tumor recognition system depend on the MRI data from the BraTS 2020 dataset to classify brain lesions as benign or malignant. Before segmenting the images with a U-Net-based model to delineate brain lesions, the technique pre-processed MRI images using Laplacian filtering for better edge identification and noise reduction. Data imbalance was handled with a hybrid Laplacian-based U-Net GAN model, and a Fast Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) was applied to identify malignant cells. To improve generalization and avoid overfitting, dropout layers and data augmentation were applied. The model succeeded in identifying the tumor with a 90% accuracy on 1000 datasets, but when it was increased to 1500 datasets, the overfitting caused the result to decrease to 75% and stabilize at 70%. Although the issue is still being faced with bigger datasets, the findings show promise for early timely detection of tumors. © 2025 IEEE.

The maintenance of roads is crucial for transportation and the economy. Potholes and humps on roads can lead to accidents, vehicle damage, and increased fuel consumption. Therefore, it is important to detect and identify potholes and humps to prevent accidents and reduce damage to vehicles. A simple and effective solution can be implemented to address this problem. Detection of potholes will be done by ultrasonic sensor and the width of the pothole can be determined by the picture taken by the ESP32 Camera Module. This photo along with the exact coordinates will be pushed on the map with the help of GPS module, the whole system will be controlled by Arduino Nano microcontroller, so that the other drivers get an alerted in advance. © 2023 IEEE.

The cause of the violent explosion of a standard 800 kV conversion generator component has been examined in this study. The electromotive force and possibility dispersion along HV bearing are calculated using the numerical simulation technique, and the construction of the scoring plates for the 800 kV bearing is optimized. Software is employed to build the two-half model of the 800kV gasket and control hall arrangement. The junction between the flange and indeed the enclosure and casing have a greater field strength, and the electromotive force is spread instead irregularly, in accordance with the computation of the magnetic charge and dissipation factor along the sleeve without any classification rings. The technique for attaching a classification ring to the hinge side to lessen its field strength from around top of the shed and scabbard is then presented in this article. In order to reduce the maximum electrical field strength all around component and the evaluation ring and to achieve the best evaluation ring construction, this technique also improves the position and setup factors of the assessment ring. The optimum layout is able to be used to the 800-kV power production project to minimize the likelihood of overloads of UHVDC stabilizer bar after the model. the model confirms that the maximum field density from around ground of the specimen, shed and holster, and the assessment ring is dominated within an appropriate limit. © 2023 IEEE.

This study presents a hybrid optimization framework combining Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm III (NSGA-III) and Multi-Objective Ant Colony Optimization (MOACO) to optimize time, cost, quality, and carbon footprint in bridge construction projects. The construction industry faces growing demands for sustainable practices while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The proposed framework addresses these challenges by leveraging NSGA-III’s capability to maintain diversity in Pareto-optimal solutions and MOACO’s strength in refining local solutions through pheromone-based exploration. The framework models construction activities with multiple execution modes, each characterized by specific costs, durations, quality levels, and carbon emissions. Four objective functions are developed to minimize time, cost, and carbon footprint while maximizing quality. Constraints such as precedence relationships and resource availability ensure realistic project planning. The framework is validated through a case study of a 300-m reinforced concrete girder bridge, using input data derived from practical project scenarios. Results demonstrate the hybrid framework’s superior performance compared to standalone NSGA-III, MOACO, Multi-Objective Teaching-Learning-Based Optimization, and Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization. Trade-off and correlation analyses provide actionable insights, revealing relationships between objectives and enabling informed decision-making. This study contributes to sustainable project management by integrating advanced optimization techniques and practical decision-support tools. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

A actually massive settings is created when horizontal frequency division packet switching, a common technique for high-rate wireless data transport, is integrated with transceivers at the transmitting and receiving ends to increase spectral efficiency and/or to boost system power on time-variant and intensity touchpoints. The multiple access future research directions in design process are investigated in this article, which would include measured data and simulation, input signal spectrum sensing methods employing intuitive arrays, space-time methods, error - correcting computer programming methods, protocol and datagram style, or signal computation for frequency and time standardization, spectrum sensing, and channel locating in frameworks. The article also takes into account an open-source hardware solution. © 2023 IEEE.

With incorporating of multiplicative white noise, we assess the Itô-coupled NLSE and STD in two and one dimensions with Kerr law nonlinearity and birefringent fibers. Light dynamics in birefringent fibers, including the propagation of soliton waves, the instability of modulation, and the occurrence of stochastic events, all have a connection to this issue. The study aims to facilitate in the growth of fiber lasers, benefiting fields such as in the fields of material processing, medicine, and communications. To achieve this, the $$\Phi ^{6}$$ -model approach to expansion is adopted. In addition to Jacobi-elliptic solutions, this work’s analysis also yields dark solitons, bright solitons, singular solitons, and periodic solutions. Because of such results, fiber laser systems in industries like manufacturing, medicine, and communications may be improved upon. The Jacobi-elliptic solution, as well as bright and dark solitons, may be seen in both one- and two-dimensional representations.

This paper examines the security implications of movement and block ciphers in cryptography and network security. Circulate ciphers encrypt facts as they are transmitted over a network.
