Exploring image data association: A hybrid mining approach

In this paper, a new approach for mining image association rules is presented, which involves the fine-tuned CNN model, as well as the proposed FIAR and OFIAR algorithms. Initially, the image transactional database is generated using feature vectors obtained from the fine-tuned CNN architecture. The proposed FIAR algorithm is used to generate hash-indexed image association rules, which are further optimized using the proposed OFIAR algorithm. This methodology combines the strengths of the CNN model to extract histogram features from images, the FIAR algorithm to efficiently mine frequent image itemsets, and the OFIAR algorithm to optimize image association rules. The proposed methodology can be used to discover hidden relationships among images, leading to new insights in image processing and analysis. Efficient results were obtained with a minimum support of 0.50 and a minimum confidence of 0.50. Experiments were performed on the fruits image dataset consisting of 2618 images from six different classes, and the results show that image mining is feasible and can produce strong optimized image association rules that can be further used for classification purposes. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

The combination of machine learning(ML)approaches in healthcare is a massive advantage designed at curing illness of millions of *** efforts are used by researchers for detecting and providing primary phase insights as to cancer *** cancer remained the essential source of disease connected mortality for both men as well as women and their frequency was increasing around the *** disease is the unrestrained progress of irregular cells which begin off in one or both *** previous detection of cancer is not simpler procedure however if it can be detected,it can be curable,also finding the survival rate is a major challenging *** study develops an Ant lion Optimization(ALO)with Deep Belief Network(DBN)for Lung Cancer Detection and Classification with survival rate *** proposed model aims to identify and classify the presence of lung ***,the proposed model undergoes min-max data normalization approach to preprocess the input ***,the ALO algorithm gets executed to choose an optimal subset of *** addition,the DBN model receives the chosen features and performs lung cancer ***,the optimizer is utilized for hyperparameter optimization of the DBN *** order to report the enhanced performance of the proposed model,a wide-ranging experimental analysis is performed and the results reported the supremacy of the proposed model.

Learning to communicate in order to share state information is an active problem in the area of multi-agent reinforcement learning. The credit assignment problem, the non-stationarity of the communication environment and the problem of encouraging the agents to be influenced by incoming messages are major challenges within this research field which need to be overcome in order to learn a valid communication protocol. This paper introduces the novel multi-agent counterfactual communication learning (MACC) method which adapts counterfactual reasoning in order to overcome the credit assignment problem for communicating agents. Next, the non-stationarity of the communication environment, while learning the communication Q-function, is overcome by creating the communication Q-function using the action policy of the other agents and the Q-function of the action environment. As the exact method to create the communication Q-function can be computationally intensive for a large number of agents, two approximation methods are proposed. Additionally, a social loss function is introduced in order to create influenceable agents, which is required to learn a valid communication protocol. Our experiments show that MACC is able to outperform the state-of-the-art baselines in four different scenarios in the particle environment. Finally, we demonstrate the scalability of MACC in a matrix environment. © The Author(s) 2025.

Security, heterogeneity, and interoperability are the prominent concerns in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) with restricted amounts of resources such as energy, transmission range, and processing of packets. Moreover, secured and trusted communication among WSNs is required to enhance network lifetime and security, thereby reducing energy consumption in the network. Thus, the given paper presents an ontological-based trust aware hybrid key management scheme (OTAHKMS) for WSNs. The proposed approach is a two-fold approach, where the first phase involves the encryption process for maintaining data confidentiality and integrity, while the second phase involves the use of ontology for capturing trust relationships and representing contextual information among several nodes in the network. The performance of the proposed trusted approach is validated and compared with existing cited works based on evaluation metrics such as communication trust value (CTV), network throughput (NT), packet delivery ratio (PDR), and energy consumption (EC). The results show that the proposed ontological-based trusted approach efficiently outperforms existing protocols, thereby enhancing network lifetime and energy usage in WSNs. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management.

The first step in preventing losses in agricultural product output and quantity is the identification of plant diseases. The study of patterns that are visible to the human eye on plants is referred to as plant disease research. Plant disease identification and health monitoring are essential for sustainable agriculture. Manually keeping an eye on plant diseases is really challenging. It necessitates an enormous amount of processing time, a great deal of labor, and knowledge of plant diseases. Therefore, plant disease detection uses image processing. A number of processes are involved in disease detection, including feature extraction, classification, segmentation, pre-processing, and image acquisition. This study examined techniques for identifying plant illnesses using photos of their leaves. A few segmentation and feature extraction techniques for plant disease identification were also covered in this work. © Grenze Scientific Society, 2024.

Cerebral stroke indicates a neurological impairment caused by a localized injury to the central nervous system resulting from a diminished blood supply to the brain. Today, stroke stands as a global menace linked to the premature mortality of millions of people globally. Consequently, it is crucial to simulate how different risk factors impact the incidence of strokes and artificial intelligence is emerging as a suitable tool for achieving this goal. This study aims to construct dependable learning prediction models for stroke illness. The proposed approach can handle the inherent difficulty posed by a significant imbalance in classes, where the number of stroke patients is notably smaller compared to the healthy class. The study also provides a model based on an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system logic and convolutional neural networks (CNN) for accurate stroke prediction. An adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system logic approach is adopted as it incorporates the capabilities of artificial intelligence and fuzzy inference, thereby having the potential to yield superior outcomes. The efficacy of the suggested method is extensively analyzed involving machine and deep learning classifiers and considering metrics relevant to encompass both the capacity for generalization and the accuracy in predicting. The proposed fuzzy-CNN model outperforms with the most considerable accuracy of 98.97% when using the original dataset, resampled dataset, and data imputation. K-fold cross-validation also shows superior results with an average accuracy of 99.6% for five folds. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is the most prevalent form of dementia, which results in a progressive decline in cognitive abilities in elderly individuals. Imaging data from neuroimaging technique such as Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) allow for the classification on the basis of the structural and functional alterations induced by AD in the brain. In medical environments, the accurate diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease is essential, as it facilitates timely intervention and treatment strategizing, as well as improves our understanding of the complexities of the disease in the field of neuroscience. In this paper, we propose ADNet, a new Deep Learning (DL) architecture with the objective of improving the accuracy and performance of AD classification. It leverages the increasingly widespread use of DL methods. Three key additions to our CNNs are the implementation of an inverted bottleneck, the use of independent downsampling layers (DoL), and the use of depth-wise convolutions to enrich the spatial dimension with information. The research findings show that the proposed model ADNet surpasses all other modern approaches with a remarkable 99.81% accuracy. The evaluation metrics highlight the strong performance of the model by showcasing its precision and recall for different binary classifications. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2025.

E-commerce has revolutionized the retail landscape, offering consumers unparalleled convenience and a vast array of choices from the comfort of their homes. Enabling e-commerce in native languages is crucial for creating an inclusive shopping experience, allowing businesses to effectively reach and engage diverse linguistic communities. India is renowned for its multilingual and cultural legacy and this work is an attempt to reach a wider consumer base and increase market potential in India by providing online shopping for cultural festivals. The proposed work is an attempt to develop native language E-commerce platform for various festivals celebrated in India by using Large Language Models (LLM) to generate contextually rich and relevant contents making the user experience more intuitive and personalized. Finally, we talk about making search features better by using modern technology. By using smart algorithms and models, we help users search for products in their own language, and show them results that are most relevant to what they're looking for. Through careful testing and analysis, we show that our solution works well in improving how people interact with e-commerce websites, reaching more customers, and making more sales. Our research is important because it helps bridge the language gap online, giving businesses new opportunities to grow and making online shopping more accessible for everyone. © 2025 IEEE.
