Implementation of Decision Support system for various purposes now can facilitate policy makers to get the best alternative from a variety of predefined criteria, one of the methods used in the implementation of Decision Support system is VIKOR (Vise Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje), VIKOR method in this research got the best results with an efficient and easily understood process computationally, it is expected that the results of this study facilitate various parties to develop a model any solutions.

The application security of information systems is essentially to ensure the safety of business processes elements (BPEs) supported by information system, that is, by implementing appropriate security measures to ensure that the business processes operate in a well-defined and logical manner. A security model based on business process is proposed in this paper, through defining basic safe attributes of business process, also the security target recognition and consistency test of the model are given.

Cybercrime is one of the most serious threats. Efforts are made to reduce the number of cybercrime is to find new techniques in securing data such as Cryptography, Steganography and Watermarking combination. Cryptography and Steganography is a growing data security science. A combination of Cryptography and Steganography is one effort to improve data integrity. New techniques are used by combining several algorithms, one of which is the incorporation of hill cipher method and Morse code. Morse code is one of the communication codes used in the Scouting field. This code consists of dots and lines. This is a new modern and classic concept to maintain data integrity. The result of the combination of these three methods is expected to generate new algorithms to improve the security of the data, especially images.

The development of technology is very fast, especially in the field of Internet technology that at any time experiencing significant changes, The development also supported by the ability of human resources, Keylogger is a tool that most developed because this application is very rarely recognized a malicious program by antivirus, keylogger will record all activities related to keystrokes, the recording process is accomplished by using string matching method. The application of string matching method in the process of recording the keyboard is to help the admin in knowing what the user accessed on the computer.

This research is directed to sound absorption performance test on single-reflex bandpass type speaker box from a fiber of Areca Nut with polyurethane and gypsum matrix. The variables of this study change the frequency into 3 types namely, 125, 250 and 500 Hz and then modify the sound pressure into 10 types, namely, 31.5, 63, 125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000, 8000 and 16000 Hz. The preparation of the research material begins with a cutting of the areca nut, splitting, drying, picking fiber, chopping, and blending, sieving, making 3 types of sheet-shaped, mixing polyurethane with gypsum and printing specimens. Preparation of research materials in the form of box specimen type single reflex bandpass which is then tested with the method of buzz and sound pressure (SPL). While the value of voice pressure (SPL) circularly on the axis X, Y and Z obtained the highest average value 57 dB on the Y3 axis and the lowest average value of 51.59 dB on the X2 axis.

Security in a transaction activity is crucial, in digital communication that irresponsible parties can tap all objects sent in the form of bits, the use of cryptographic algorithms such as Base64 and Word Auto Key Encryption can be a solution that produces a secure ciphertext, base64 algorithm which can encode all objects such as text, image, and audio files into text form and the result is re-secured with Word Auto Key Encryption algorithm, the results of this research get better security by combining the two algorithms.

This paper introduces a new multi-purpose image watermarking algorithm which based on a hybrid of lifting wavelet transform (LWT) and Arnold transform for copyright protection and image authentication. In the proposed scheme, the original image is first decomposed by LWT into four subbands. Then the robust watermark which is a binary logo image is decomposed by Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) as such only the high frequency subband of the watermark are embedded in the low frequency subband of the original image. The fragile watermark is block wise self-generated from the original image and scrambled using Arnold transform which is later embedded in the spatial domain of the robust watermarked image. Self-generated fragile watermark supports self-authentication with high localization, whereas scrambling the fragile watermark increases the security of the algorithm. On the other hand, the lifting scheme approaches have almost one half the amounts of operations compared to the DWT based approaches. The overall system has been tested against various attacks and the results demonstrated that the robust watermark can be decoded successively under each attack. In addition, the proposed algorithm can detect any tampering attempts.

Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) is an attractive technology because it can supply power to IoT devices where battery replacement is difficult or the maintenance cost is high. Polarization Switching WPT antenna (PS-WPT antenna) is proposed in this paper. The polarization switching characteristic makes this design a good candidate for 5G-IoT sensors powered by using wireless power transfer. The 3GPP had standardized 5G-IoT [1]-[3] in June 2016. It provides deep indoor and wide area coverage extension of 20dB over GSM. The 5G-IoT network can support 50,000 users per cell and a battery life of more than ten years. The key problems of the 5G-IoT network protocol are the coordination and communication between large number of IoT devices and the base station. Using the PS-WPT antenna technology, the cell coverage could be separated into several partitions to wake up IoT devices within one partition of the cell to avoid the collision. The PS-WPT antenna has been designed and analyzed in this paper for the polling protocol to solve the problem of communication and collision between 50,000 IoT devices per cell within the base station.

The development of higher education is very rapid rise to the tight competition both public universities and private colleges. XYZ University realized to win the competition, required continuous quality improvement, including the quality of existing service facilities. Amenities quality services is believed to support the success of the learning activities and improve user satisfaction. This study aims to determine the extent to which the quality of the services effect on user satisfaction. The research method used is survey-based questionnaire that measure perception and expectation. The results showed a gap between perception and expectations of the respondents have a negative value for each item. This means XYZ service facility at the university is not currently meet the expectations of society members. Three service facility that has the lowest index is based on the perception of respondents is a laboratory (2.56), computer and multimedia (2.63) as well as wifi network (2.99). The magnitude of the correlation between satisfaction with the quality of service facilities is 0.725 which means a strong and positive relationship. The influence of the quality of service facilities to the satisfaction of the students is 0.525 meaning that the variable quality of the services facility can explain 52.5% of the variable satisfaction. The study provided recommendations for improvements to enhance the quality of services facility at the XYZ university facilities.

Determining the shortest path is one problem that is much discussed using some algorithm like Djikstra, Floyd Warshall and in this research an algorithm Breadth First Search are used, Breadth First Search algorithms in this study is used to determine the shortest route and optimal from a Cartesian field, the best and optimal route search experiment of cartesian areas using Breadth First Search algorithm can be perform very well and gets some route options from the best to the longest route.
