Comment analyzers were widely employed across industries for sentiment analysis, social media monitoring, and customer feedback evaluation. These tools facilitated insight into public opinions and sentiments expressed in comments on various platforms. Sentiment analysis is a natural language processing technique that determines the emotional tone of the text, helping to categorize it as positive, negative, or neutral, making it valuable for understanding public opinion and customer feedback. With the explosive increase of comments, it is difficult to analyze them manually. The issue arises because online content is huge and complicated, making it tough to grasp the subtle emotions and attitudes people have in their comments. This mystery surrounding digital conversations needs a solution: a Comment Analyzer with Sentiment Analysis. Text categorization in the form of sentiment analysis incorporates NLP, machine learning, data mining, information retrieval, Power BI for data analysis, and other study areas. These limitations highlight the need for more sophisticated sentiment analysis techniques, such as the Vader sentiment analysis provided in this study, to overcome existing system shortcomings and increase sentiment classification accuracy. The Comment Analyzer using Sentiment Analysis represents a pioneering approach to unraveling the cryptic sentiments embedded within the myriad comments and discussions that saturate the digital sphere. We are using data sets such as YouTube video comments and Ecommerce Product comments. © 2024 IEEE.

Myocarditis is a serious cardiovascular ailment that can lead to severe consequences if not promptly *** is triggered by viral infections and presents symptoms such as chest pain and heart *** detection is crucial for successful treatment,and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(CMR)is a valuable tool for identifying this ***,the detection of myocarditis using CMR images can be challenging due to low contrast,variable noise,and the presence of multiple high CMR slices per *** overcome these challenges,the approach proposed incorporates advanced techniques such as convolutional neural networks(CNNs),an improved differential evolution(DE)algorithm for pre-training,and a reinforcement learning(RL)-based model for *** this method presented a significant challenge due to the imbalanced classification of the Z-Alizadeh Sani myocarditis dataset from Omid Hospital in *** address this,the training process is framed as a sequential decision-making process,where the agent receives higher rewards/penalties for correctly/incorrectly classifying the minority/majority ***,the authors suggest an enhanced DE algorithm to initiate the backpropagation(BP)process,overcoming the initialisation sensitivity issue of gradient-based methods like back-propagation during the training *** effectiveness of the proposed model in diagnosing myocarditis is demonstrated through experimental results based on standard performance ***,this method shows promise in expediting the triage of CMR images for automatic screening,facilitating early detection and successful treatment of myocarditis.

Globalization and technological development are the two main pillars of the basis of modern enterprises. Different business decisions want to determine the balance between the potential of the company and the demand for its products or services. Making decisions requires timely and accurate information obtained from management information systems. The technology of digital twins is a relatively new technology, which proves its value day by day through optimization during the development of projects. This study presents the application model of digital twin technology, which uses the NFC (near-field communication) protocol for user authentication and authorization. As a bridge between the natural and digital, we use the digital twin to create a copy of the services in a digital environment. NFC technology dramatically simplifies the interaction between mobile accessories and allows data transfer between devices. Our model collects the data and allows storing, analyzing, and using them for different purposes. We tested the proposed model with the decision tree and the k-means algorithms. The testing results showed that digital twins are fruitful and promising perspectives in effective future educational process planning. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Optical biosensors, a novel invention at the intersection of biotechnology and optics, are revolutionizing the field of biomedical diagnostics. Optical biosensors act by identifying variations in light's wavelength, phase, polarization, or intensity caused by interactions between a sensing element and the target analyte. Optical biosensors outperform other sensor types in sensing applications due to their quick, accurate, and extremely sensitive results. When evaluating optical sensors, total power, core power, efficient area, and indices are the most crucial variables to consider. Recent years have seen notable advancements in machine learning (ML), a branch of artificial intelligence (AI). This review investigates the complementary nature of optical biosensors and machine learning methods. Here, the potential utility of ML for optical biosensors is explored in detail. The advantages and drawbacks of the most popular machine learning methods are listed based on an analysis of the optical biosensing data. It highlights the possible effects of machine learning on improving the sensitivity, selectivity, and adaptability of optical biosensing devices, and it summarizes current advancements in the field. This research focuses on the review of Fintech and its development on the IoT Platform and also the risks that can be posed to the IoT network used. Finance is the most essential side of several other sectors which in this case often experience many losses, one of the biggest losses is the existence of hackers and theft of money through the Internet platform or Internet Server. This research reviews how the ins and outs of the flow of funds located on servers or online banks. And ways to overcome hackers and bypass data. Comprehensively reviewed in this research review. This research discusses Cryptocurrency Analysis, Bitcoin, and Ethereum Comparison which are some of the methods used in online-based Finance, which is without currency but has the same value even more than currency if the conversion process is carried out at the bank. In this research, it is comprehensively discussed how methods are carried out in the process of securing data, Cryptocurrency, Bitcoin, and Ethereum are comprehensively discussed to get a lot of data and comparisons and the right steps to deal with crime via the internet. The predicted use of IoT in the Fintech sector is 140 billion connected devices, IoT Loans 110 billion connected devices, and IoT insurance with an estimated 90 billion connected devices, in the approaching 2026. © 2024 IEEE.

This work proposes a novel image encryption algorithm that integrates unique image transformation techniques with the principles of chaotic and hyper-chaotic systems. By harnessing the unpredictable behavior of the Chua system and the hyper-chaotic nature of the Chen system, the algorithm carries out rescaling, rotation, and randomization on the target image. The intrinsic unpredictability and sensitivity to initial conditions of these chaotic systems endow the encryption algorithm with an expansive key space of 25208. This feature not only bolsters its resilience against brute-force attacks but also magnifies its overall security profile. The algorithm's efficiency is evident in its rapid computational speed and lean resource consumption, making it suitable for real-time applications. To gauge its robustness, a battery of rigorous tests and analyses, spanning differential attacks, statistical attacks, and brute-force assaults, were employed. The results validate its ability to resist a diverse spectrum of threats. With its expansive key space, exceptional efficiency, and sturdy defenses, the proposed algorithm emerges as a potential cornerstone for safeguarding digital images in arenas like secure communication, data storage, and multimedia transmission. In sum, this research pushes the boundaries of high-security image encryption methodologies, catering to the burgeoning demands of the digital age. © 2013 IEEE.

Kidney disease (KD) is a gradually increasing global health concern. It is a chronic illness linked to higher rates of morbidity and mortality, a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and numerous other illnesses, and expensive medical expenses. The machine learning (ML) models are applied for KD prediction with higher accuracy and precision. The KD dataset has uncertainty and vague information, so, we used the neutrosophic set (NS) to deal with vague and uncertainty information in the KD dataset. The KD dataset is converted into the N-KD dataset with three membership functions: truth, indeterminacy, and falsity. Three ML models are used in this study such as logistic regression (LR), support vector machine (SVM), and k-nearest neighbor (KNN). These ML models are applied to the N-KD dataset. The results show the LR has higher accuracy and precision on the N-KD dataset than the original KD dataset. © 2025, University of New Mexico. All rights reserved.

In modern cloud environments, Docker containers have become a cornerstone for efficient application deployment, enabling microservices architectures and seamless scalability. However, large-scale Docker environments present significant challenges, particularly in terms of security vulnerabilities and storage performance. This paper explores vulnerability analysis and storage performance optimization in high-performance, container-based Docker environments. Docker swarm is a container orchestration platform which could be very useful for maintaining the docker containers at scale even at distributed environment, these tools also provide us a great features for managing the rolling updates and health check in the lifecycle of containers. We perform a comprehensive evaluation of Docker image vulnerabilities using automated scanning tools, assessing common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs) across large image repositories. Additionally, we investigate storage performance bottlenecks and analyse the impact of various storage drivers on container efficiency. Our findings offer critical insights into balancing performance and security in high-scale Docker deployments, proposing strategies for mitigating risks and enhancing resource management. The results guide container orchestration decisions for enterprises aiming to deploy secure, high-performance systems. © 2024 IEEE.
