Variation in learning rates within populations suggests that evolutionary game theory may not necessarily be restricted to uniform time scales associated with the game interaction and strategy adaption evolution. Using agent-based evolutionary simulation in the framework of prisoner's dilemma game, we demonstrate the sustainability of cooperation and the emergence of different macro-effects, when equipping agents with non-uniform time scale preferences. We employ a spatial random regular grid to describe the social interactions among agents. We conclude that the cooperation level has a strong dependence on the population composition, and the suitable fraction of the fast-updating players in the system which is associated with the maximal cooperation frequency has been found out. Besides, the extent of the promotive effect of diversifying time scales is also closely related with the payoff adoption rules in strategy updating,especially when we invent a past history for each agent. Summing up the gained results, a general conclusion can be drawn, saying that the combination of these factors(e.g. time scales and memory) gives rise to rich dynamic behavior of the system.

An overview of existing urban software mobile applications of the transport and economic direction is given. A model of a functional rationalizer of consumer behavior is being built. The software model of the functional rationalizer of consumer behavior (SM FRCB) was developed for the first time. PMFRCB allows the user to expand the number of his preferred needs (occupations, activities) during the daily cycle through intelligent recommendations. Also, SM FRCB allows you to optimize needs (activities, activities) at the cost and rate of their use. The SM FRCB is made in Python_3 using the libraries matplotlib, collections, numpy, pyplot, mplot3d. The analysis of consumer behavior before and after using the functional rationalizer model is carried out. The graphical results of a structural analysis of the costs of old and new consumer behavior, analysis of consumer behavior within the boundaries of the theory of possibilities and the model of transport behavior of a resident before and after applying the functional rationalizer model are presented. this paper proposed a novel method for drowning person detection in the swimming pool using video images. For background extraction and to update the exact motion area from the whole video using frame by frame difference vibe algorithm is used. Static and dynamic features are detected to recognize the normal swimmer and drowning person. The present invention discloses video-based swimming pools drowning event detection method. In the detection process Time of map(Tom), the method is used to improve the traditional VIBE result. The sequence of video images of the swimming pool is collected in real-time by using a camera installed above the water surface, which mainly includes three steps of swimmers detection, swimmers tracking and drowning person behavior analysis. In the aspect of swimmer detection, an improved VIBE swimmer detection algorithm is proposed, and the algorithm is used to determine the swimmer's position. The swimmer tracking and particle filter based on the color distribution model which is combined with the nearest neighbor data association algorithm to achieve tracking of multiple swimmers. In the analysis of drowning behavior, three characteristics of drowning behavior are proposed to determine whether the swimmer is drowning. The invention can monitor the swimming pool in real-time through the camera installed above the water surface in a real public swimming place, and automatically detect the drowning person, which has great engineering application value.

A commercial robot, trained by its manufacturer to recognize a predefined number and type of objects, might be used in many settings, that will in general differ in their illumination conditions, background, type and degree of clutter, and so on. Recent computer vision works tackle this generalization issue through domain adaptation methods, assuming as source the visual domain where the system is trained and as target the domain of deployment. All approaches assume to have access to images from all classes of the target during training, an unrealistic condition in robotics applications. We address this issue proposing an algorithm that takes into account the specific needs of robot vision. Our intuition is that the nature of the domain shift experienced mostly in robotics is local. We exploit this through the learning of maps that spatially ground the domain and quantify the degree of shift, embedded into an end-to-end deep domain adaptation architecture. By explicitly localizing the roots of the domain shift we significantly reduce the number of parameters of the architecture to tune, we gain the flexibility necessary to deal with subset of categories in the target domain at training time, and we provide a clear feedback on the rationale behind any classification decision, which can be exploited in human-robot interactions. Experiments on two different settings of the iCub World database confirm the suitability of our method for robot vision.
