Since the year of 2021, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) started work on the energy issues on the Moon including the feasibility study of the electrical power system with Mitsubishi Research Institute, Japan Space systems, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science of Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA), the universities and the industries. The architecture of the Moon electrical power infrastructure is found to be more like those of the power infrastructure of the earth than current satellite power system, and consisted of the power generation, power distribution grid and the power storage, and supplying electrical power to the consumer. The differences are that the environment of the Moon such as the vacuum and temperature condition, the influence of the regolith, etc. should have to be considered, and also the transportation cost of the construction is the key factor for the necessary technology to be selected. Of course, the technologies already established by the International Space Station (ISS) should be applied where necessary such as in the human habitable area. And more feature of the Moon is that the power generation on the Moon orbit and be sent to the surface or the inside the Permanent Shadow Region (PSR) other than on the surface of the Moon. The main consumer of the power system until the year 2050th is the water extraction and then the electrolysis of the water for, such as, the propellant for the transportation means and the electricity for the human habitant. The results of the system feasibility study of the Moon power architecture and also the electric power system team activities including the discussion with the hydrogen production team are going to be introduced. Even though enterprise architecture management (EAM) offers a wide range of methods and tools for aligning business with IT, an architect’s work is challenged by reality. The evolution of enterprise architecture (EA) and given constraints (e.g. legacy systems and processes) lead to debts which may complicate and hinder opportunities;however, the management of such debts has not been considered in EAM research. This paper presents a framework for strategically managing EA-debt-related issues and propose open questions as well as future research directions in this field. This paper presents the components of a newly developed Malaysian SMEs - Software Process Improvement model (MSME-SPI) that can assess SMEs software development industry in managing and improving their software processes capability. The MSME-SPI is developed in response to practitioner needs that were highlighted in an empirical study with the Malaysian SME software development industry. After the model development, there is a need for independent feedback to show that the model meets its objectives. Consequently, the validation phase is performed by involving a group of software process improvement experts in examining the MSME-SPI model components. Besides, the effectiveness of the MSME-SPI model is validated using an expert panel. Three criteria were used to evaluate the effectiveness of the model namely: usefulness, verifiability, and structure. The results show the model effective to be used by SMEs with minor modifications. The validation phase contributes towards a better understanding and use of the MSME-SPI model by the practitioners in the field. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

multiple-input multiple-output (PR-MIMO), a technique that has the potential to bridge the gap between electro-magnetics and communications towards the emerging Electro-magnetic Information Theory (EIT). Specifically, we focus on the pattern design problem aimed at maximizing the channel capacity for reconfigurable MIMO communication systems, where we firstly introduce the matrix representation of PR-MIMO and further formulate a pattern design problem. We decompose the pattern design into two steps, i.e., the correlation modification process to optimize the correlation structure of the channel, followed by the power allocation process to improve the channel quality based on the optimized channel structure. For the correlation modification process, we propose a sequential optimization framework with eigenvalue decomposition to obtain near-optimal solutions. For the power allocation process, we provide a closed-form power allocation scheme to redistribute the transmission power among the modified subchannels. Numerical results show that the proposed pattern design scheme offers significant improvements over legacy MIMO systems, which motivates the application of PR-MIMO in wireless communication systems. During the direct touch of the inverter output voltage, the nonsinusoidal ground currents with a basic harmonic frequency between 1.5 kHz and 16 kHz, flow via a human’s body. Here was proved that Residual Current Device (RCD) type AC/I∆n = 30 mA does not switch off the power supply when a ground current with a value of about some hundred milliamps occurs. Because RCDs do not disconnect the power supply, the touch on the inverter’s voltage is dangerous to the health and life. For the authors, RCD usage in Voltage Frequency Converters is not a good engineer practice. —Clustering large amount of data is becoming increasingly important in the current times. Due to the large sizes of data, clustering algorithm often take too much time. Sampling this data before clustering is commonly used to reduce this time. In this work, we propose a probabilistic sampling technique called cube sampling along with K-Prototype clustering. Cube sampling is used because of its accurate sample selection. KPrototype is most frequently used clustering algorithm when the data is numerical as well as categorical (very common in today’s time). The novelty of this work is in obtaining the crucial inclusion probabilities for cube sampling using Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Experiments on multiple datasets from the UCI repository demonstrate that cube sampled K-Prototype algorithm gives the best clustering accuracy among similarly sampled other popular clustering algorithms (K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering (HC), Spectral Clustering (SC)). When compared with unsampled KPrototype, K-Means, HC and SC, it still has the best accuracy with the added advantage of reduced computational complexity (due to reduced data size).MSC Codes 68T09 © 2021, CC BY.

Predicting the outcome of antiretroviral therapies (ART) for HIV-1 is a pressing clinical challenge, especially when the ART includes drugs with limited effectiveness data. This scarcity of data can arise either due to the introduction of a new drug to the market or due to limited use in clinical settings, resulting in clinical dataset with highly unbalanced therapy representation. To tackle this issue, we introduce a novel joint fusion model, which combines features from a Fully Connected (FC) Neural network and a Graph Neural network (GNN) in a multi-modality fashion. Our model uses both tabular data about genetic sequences and a knowledge base derived from Stanford drug-resistance mutation tables, which serve as benchmark references for deducing in-vivo treatment efficacy based on the viral genetic sequence. By leveraging this knowledge base structured as a graph, the GNN component enables our model to adapt to imbalanced data distributions and account for Out-of-Distribution (OoD) drugs. We evaluated these models’ robustness against OoD drugs in the test set. Our comprehensive analysis demonstrates that the proposed model consistently outperforms the FC model. These results underscore the advantage of integrating Stanford scores in the model, thereby enhancing its generalizability and robustness, but also extending its utility in contributing in more informed clinical decisions with limited data availability. Many organizations still face challenges leveraging data science in production and need strategic planning for organization-wide data science efforts and assets. Data Science Roadmapping (DSR) customizes the widely used Technology Roadmapping to facilitate such planning in organizations, aligning market, business, data, technology, and organization perspectives. This paper employs the action research method to customize and apply DSR in an oil and gas company. The approach mostly met the expectations regarding objectives and outcomes, the first step toward generalizability. The case study provides researchers and practitioners insights into roadmapping customization, remote and agile roadmap development process, and strategic planning for technology adoption in a large organization. Lastly, we identify the future research directions using the recent roadmapping literature.
