Multi-spectral fusion focused on the task of image enhancement by processing raw data collected at various electromagnetic bands via passive sensors. Passive spectral sensors collect information about the scene based on the inherently reflected or emitted energy of the scene and is represented by spectral distributions and intensities. These systems can be designed so that they provide collocated information through common optics or other means (algorithms). This paper addresses the issue of multi-spectral pixel-level fusion to enhance the visual quality of the "combined" (fused) image data as compared to that of each single spectral band image data. We propose a knowledge-based fusion methodology. We also make the implicit assumption that visually superior image data are also better image data for processing by most types of algorithms.

In this work we realized the method multistage mixing of speech signals and conducted the series of computational experiments at wav-files. As a result of experiments we received dependences time of mixing speech signals, which are contained in wav-files, from amount wav-files and their descriptions. We formed requirements to the speech signals, that mixed accordant with the method of multistage mixing, which allow decreasing time of mixing of speech signals.

A heuristic algorithm for multiple vehicles routing problem with stochastic demand is proposed and the goal is to minimize the total traveling cost. Two-phase method is adopted to deal with this problem. In the first phase, an algorithm is proposed to partition customers into clusters, and the main task of the second phase is to design an effective routing through each cluster of customers to minimize the total expected traveling cost. Both the a priori strategy and the reoptimization strategy are used to obtain the optimal routing. The experiment results indicate that this method can produce solutions of good quality and is an effective algorithm for the multiple vehicles routing problem with stochastic demand

The high encoding efficiency of H.264 comes from many new video encoding technologies such as adopting variable block size in the process of motion estimation and compensation. But this increases the complexity of H.264 encoder greatly. The high encoding complexity limits the application of H.264 in the domain of real time video encoding.
