Brain CT report generation is significant to aid physicians in diagnosing cranial diseases. Recent studies concentrate on handling the consistency between visual and textual pathological features to improve the coherence of report. However, there exist some challenges: 1) Redundant visual representing: Massive irrelevant areas in 3D scans distract models from representing salient visual contexts. 2) Shifted semantic representing: Limited medical corpus causes difficulties for models to transfer the learned textual representations to generative layers. This study introduces a Pathological Clue-driven Representation Learning (PCRL) model to build cross-modal representations based on pathological clues and naturally adapt them for accurate report generation. Specifically, we construct pathological clues from perspectives of segmented regions, pathological entities, and report themes, to fully grasp visual pathological patterns and learn cross-modal feature representations. To adapt the representations for the text generation task, we bridge the gap between representation learning and report generation by using a unified large language model (LLM) with task-tailored instructions. These crafted instructions enable the LLM to be flexibly fine-tuned across tasks and smoothly transfer the semantic representation for report generation. The HVAC system, energy storage building, distributed power supply, and other equipment are integrated into the scheduling algorithm, which is aimed at reducing household electricity consumption. It is also assumed that users can provide energy to the grid according to their own conditions. Taking electricity cost and comfort level as optimization targets, a home energy optimization control model for the coordinated management of hybrid energy sources is built. A smart scheduling mechanism based on the improved adaptive particle swarm optimization approach is proposed in order to derive the best time intervals for electric appliances, necessary power for the control of the room temperature for every time frame, and power for charging and discharging of the storage battery at various moments. Simulation results show that through the incorporation of distributed photovoltaic power generation, backup storage by battery, and home energy optimization control, the system efficiently balances between user comfort and electricity consumption. This offers great technical support to the development of home energy management systems. By using time-of-use electricity price for energy acquisition and supply, the optimization control goal is minimizing both power use and cost as well as preserving comfort levels. The hybrid energy management's proposed home energy optimization control model uses an adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal operation schedules of the electrical appliances, the required power for temperature control in a room, and the charge/discharge power level of the storage battery at each time interval. As per the optimization principle, the proposed dynamic programming algorithm converts the multi-stage problem into a sequence of single-stage problems and solves them separately. Lacking supervised data is an issue while training deep neural networks (DNNs), mainly when considering medical and biological data where supervision is expensive. Recently, Embedded Pseudo-Labeling (EPL) addressed this problem by using a non-linear projection (t-SNE) from a feature space of the DNN to a 2D space, followed by semi-supervised label propagation using a connectivity-based method (OPFSemi). We argue that the performance of the final classifier depends on the data separation present in the latent space and visual separation present in the projection. We address this by first proposing to use contrastive learning to produce the latent space for EPL by two methods (SimCLR and SupCon) and by their combination, and secondly by showing, via an extensive set of experiments, the aforementioned correlations between data separation, visual separation, and classifier performance. We demonstrate our results by the classification of five real-world challenging image datasets of human intestinal parasites with only 1% supervised samples. Copyright © 2023, The Authors. Day by day, the role of data science and machine learning in cricket is increasing due to the large amount of data generated from a single player on a whole line. The field of data science is the intensive study of data to extract insights and knowledge from the data and apply the acquired knowledge and actionable insights. These available data and statistics are used to predict things like the team's first-innings score and the probability of winning the second team, etc. This study works on Indian Premier League (IPL) data Analysis 2022 and data Visualization for the duration (2008-2020) using Python. This application modules are followed by preprocessing, data analysis, and visualization, and finally create a model that predicts the team's overall score and the probability of winning. When building models, python algorithms such as Numpy is used for S cientific computing, Pandas used to perform data Analysis, and finally Matplotlib and S eaborn to enable data Visualization. Finally, this paper helps the trainers and owners of the team during the auction to select an emerging player to win the matches in the entire season and to win the trophy and to get profit to the owners by the profit strategy done in this analysis report. © 2023 IEEE.

CBDC–as-a-problem looks like a mania of interest from central banks and financial institutions all over the world. It may describe CBDC technology and CBDC technology development, the positive aspects of CBDC and its future perspectives as follows: The CBDC is linked to the existing banking systems in the past which was based on the past findings of the blockchain, DLT, etc., that possessed the qualities the previous ones did not have – security, trust, and transparency. Innovation, design and CBDC safety that falls below this paper are discussed in this section below. The paper proceeds to show several paths that central banks are taking to CBDC development given the regulation and changing dynamic of the financial world. However, the studies do not end there; information on the potential of CBDC for financial stability, monetary policy formulation trajectories, transaction privacy, and the role of banks is included. Given that in field of finance the CBDCs are becoming more and more important, this research paper shall ensure to provide consistent background to policymakers, financial institutions and society at large on CBDC and its structural implications. This guarantees that everyone is in the know so it will be possible for them to come up with compliant plans and decisions informed by the knowledge in this changing landscape that simply does not stop evolving.

Modern audio processing requires compression and restoration for streaming services and data storage and transmission. This study examines how deep learning can address these difficulties and includes an architecture flow diagram. The suggested complex design has numerous integral stages optimized for audio compression and restoration. The input layer contains raw audio data. The pre-processing module normalizes and extracts features from raw data, frequently using Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) to capture audio characteristics. This module improves data quality by reducing noise and filtering. The architecture's heart is the compression module, where deep learning is used. This module compresses audio data using neural networks, maybe CNNs or RNNs. This compression is quantified by compression ratio and bitrate, with hypothetical values representing audio quality trade-offs. The compression module compacts audio data for storage or transmission. To minimize data size, quantization and encoding are common here. To accurately decompress audio, the decompression module mimics the compression module's architecture. Depending on needs, error correction or quality enhancement layers may be added. Filtering, equalization, and dynamic range compression may be used in the post-processing module to improve audio quality. If needed, a restoration module uses deep learning models to minimize noise and artifacts. This study presents four hypothetical scenarios to demonstrate different results. The scenarios emphasize high compression, balanced approaches, quality prioritization, and low resource utilization. Deep learning approaches can adapt to varied audio processing needs by balancing compression ratio, bitrate, audio quality (measured by PSNR), and restoration accuracy in each case. © 2024 IEEE.

Feature selection is a cornerstone in advancing the accuracy and efficiency of predictive models, particularly in nuanced domains like socio-economic analysis. This study explores nine distinct feature selection methods, utilizing a heart disease dataset as a representative model for complex socio-economic systems. Our findings identified four universally recognized features as critical across all selection methods. However, the divergence in significance attributed to other features by different methods underscores the inherent variability in selection techniques. When the top four features were incorporated into twelve classification models, a noticeable surge in predictive accuracy was observed, emphasizing their foundational role in enhancing model outcomes. The variations among methods stress the need for a methodical and discerning approach to feature selection, especially in data-rich socio-economic landscapes. As we venture further into an era defined by data-driven decision-making, rigour and precision in feature selection become indispensable. Future research should extend this approach to broader datasets, ensuring the robustness and adaptability of our findings. © The author(s) 2025.

One of the fastest-growing subfields of computer vision and picture categorization is fruit identification. The fruit industry could start using a standardised categorization system so that shoppers can easily distinguish between different types and quality levels of fruit. From a health perspective, fruit quality is essential. The task of classifying fruits is crucial in many commercial contexts. A supermarket cashier may use a fruit categorization system to better recognise the varieties of fruit and their associated costs. It might also be used to determine whether or not a given kind of fruit is suitable for a person's diet. The rising use of intelligent imaging equipment may be directly attributed to the proliferation and development of AI software. Deep learning methods, such as CNN, are now being used by researchers for picture categorization. CNN's superior performance may be achieved without using any manually-crafted characteristics, in contrast to the older methods. For automated categorization, it employs a plethora of filters that strip relevant visual information. Classifying fruits accurately is a challenge in the horticulture sector and calls for the knowledge of an expert. For accurately and quantitatively analysing fruits, the currently mentioned categorization techniques fall short. Therefore, it is beneficial to review the latest suggestions for categorizing fruits. To solve this problem, we need a computerised system that can automatically sort fruits into their respective categories. Deep learning models, such as the Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM) and the Adam based Deep Belief Network (DBN), are used in this assignment to categorise fruits according to the attributes that have been determined to be optimum and generated. The proposed approach has been shown to have effective accuracy and quantitative analysis outcomes, and this is just the beginning of this realisation. Influenza is a life-threatening disease mainly for an older population. Common causes of death in Influenza related complications are pneumonia, obstructive pulmonary disease, cardiorespiratory diseases, ischemic heart, and pneumonia. In the past few decades, the death count has increased due to Influenza. So, in this paper, we have tried to give brief detail about various types of Influenza viruses forwarded with different methods that can be used for detecting them. Along with this, a literature survey of varying work done in the field of detecting Influenza using Machine learning, Deep learning, and Artificial intelligence is covered. In other section of the paper, we have given comparative study of the same work done in section 3 that helps researchers in getting brief knowledge about available datasets, Artificial intelligence algorithms is used with their outcomes and limitations. Social media platforms are daily exhibiting millions of events. To preliminarily predict the mainstream public reaction to these events, we study trendy response prediction to automatically generate top-liked user replies to social media events. While previous works focus on generating responses without factoring in popularity, we propose Popularity-Aligned Language Models (PopALM) to distinguish responses liked by a larger audience through reinforcement learning. Recognizing the noisy labels from user "likes", we tailor-make curriculum learning in proximal policy optimization (PPO) to help models capture the essential samples for easy-to-hard training. In experiments, we build a large-scale Weibo dataset for trendy response prediction, and its results show that PopALM can help boost the performance of advanced language models. © 2024, CC BY.
