In IT/OT converged enterprise networks, the management of multimodal big data has surpassed human capabilities, presenting critical challenges in business decision-making. This paper introduces an innovative IT/OT Converged Cyber Range Framework, leveraging the power of 6G technology alongside an ensemble of large multimodal models (LMMs) equipped with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities. Our proposed framework excels at parsing and retrieving information from diverse and massive multimodal datasets in near real-time, driven by the integration of LMMs and human interactions in natural language. The framework's advanced configuration with RAG achieved top performance with an average score of 80.5 across key metrics, including an 86 in answer relevancy and an 88 in faithfulness, while effectively reducing hallucinations to a score of 26. By combining 6G's connectivity with advanced LMM capabilities, we significantly improve the efficiency of automated big data processing and information retrieval, thereby transforming decision-making processes in IT/OT environments. The implementation of our framework, validated through real-life big data sources, and the encouraging test results showcase its effectiveness and transformative potential in managing and utilizing big data far beyond traditional human capabilities. © 2024 IEEE.

Machine-to-machine (M2M) communication plays a fundamental role in autonomous IoT (Internet of Things)-based infrastructure, a vital part of the fourth industrial revolution. Machine-type communication devices(MTCDs) regularly share extensive data without human intervention while making all types of decisions. Thesedecisions may involve controlling sensitive ventilation systems maintaining uniform temperature, live heartbeatmonitoring, and several different alert systems. Many of these devices simultaneously share data to form anautomated system. The data shared between machine-type communication devices (MTCDs) is prone to risk dueto limited computational power, internal memory, and energy capacity. Therefore, securing the data and devicesbecomes challenging due to factors such as dynamic operational environments, remoteness, harsh conditions,and areas where human physical access is difficult. One of the crucial parts of securing MTCDs and data isauthentication, where each devicemust be verified before data transmission. SeveralM2Mauthentication schemeshave been proposed in the literature, however, the literature lacks a comprehensive overview of current M2Mauthentication techniques and the challenges associated with them. To utilize a suitable authentication schemefor specific scenarios, it is important to understand the challenges associated with it. Therefore, this article fillsthis gap by reviewing the state-of-the-art research on authentication schemes in MTCDs specifically concerningapplication categories, security provisions, and performance efficiency.

software is said to be secure if it has been developed and designed with security as its top priority. This entails implementing secure coding practices, performing vulnerability testing and repair, as well as continuing to monitor and maintain the product to ensure the program remains secure over time. Since it may lessen the likelihood of security breakdowns, protect sensitive data and infrastructure, and maintain users' and clients' trust, secure software is essential. As technology advances and more aspects of our lives rely on it, the need for secure software has become more critical to preserving the safety and security of our digital environment. In this paper, we discuss vulnerabilities in software development such as SQL Injection and XSS Attacks, analyze the insecure cases related to them, and demonstrate the prevention approaches which are implemented in Google Colab with relevant libraries. © 2023 IEEE.

This study addresses the pressing need for computer systems to interpret digital media images with a level of sophistication comparable to human visual perception. By leveraging Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), we introduce two innovative architectures tailored to distinct datasets: the MNIST handwritten digit dataset and the Fashion MNIST dataset. Unlike traditional machine learning methods such as Support Vector Machines (SVM) and Random Forests, our customized CNN models remarkably enhance image attribute comprehension and recognition accuracy. Specifically, the model developed for the MNIST dataset achieved an unprecedented accuracy of 98.71% without any bias, while the Fashion MNIST model reached 91.39%, marking significant advancements over conventional algorithms without any bias. This research showcases the superior efficiency of CNNs in processing and understanding digital images. It underscores the potential of deep learning technologies in bridging the gap between computational systems and human-like visual recognition. Through meticulous experimentation and analysis, we illustrate how deep CNNs require less preparatory work than other image-processing algorithms, setting a new benchmark in computer vision. © 2024 IEEE.

In this paper, we apply Quantum Machine Learning to analyze security datasets. We compare cross-models, Quantum Machine Learning (QML) against Classical Machine Learning (CML), performance with increasing data size, and performance with increasing iteration numbers using commonly used machine learning techniques such as Neural Networks (NN), Support Vector Machines (SVM), and Logistic Regression (LR). Our study focuses on assessing the accuracy of QML and CML approaches on real-world security datasets. The results provide light on the advantages and disadvantages of both QML and CML methodologies, with implications for their use in security data analysis. The experimental findings provide useful information on the applicability of QML and CML for security-related applications. The study contributes to the growing field of quantum machine learning research, particularly in the context of security data analysis, and offers helpful advice for academics and practitioners working in this area. © 2023 IEEE.

Smart grids play an important role to resolves issues related to electricity. Electrical load forecasting can be performed through smart grids to acquire knowledge about the electrical load that will be needed in the future. A combination of Stacked Autoencoding (SAE) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) and a combination of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO), and GRU are proposed in this paper. Firstly, the historical load data is preprocessed and then preprocessed data is given to the feature selection and extraction methods to measure the importance of each feature. Features that have highest values are selected and input to the proposed classifiers. According to the results the proposed CNN-GRU-GWO gave the highest accuracy rate of 96.31%. This application of this article will help the utility purchase the exact amount of electricity from the grid, which will lead to grid stability. © 2023 IEEE.

Speech Recognition focuses on developing advanced technologies that can recognize and translate spoken language into text. Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology that captures human voice from a mi-crophone and analyzes it based on spoken words to comprehend natural language. In Ethiopia, ASR models have been developed for specific local languages such as Amharic, Tigrigna, Wolaytta, and Afaan Oromo, but there has been a lack of research on ASR models for the Hadiyyisa language, which is also spoken in Ethiopia. The research study designed and developed an ASR model for the Hadiyyisa language. The researchers collected data from native speakers of the Hadiyyisa language and used Python programming to design and develop the deep learning model for the Hadiyissa ASR model. Different methods and techniques were used in the study to achieve the research objectives and complete the entire research process. The proposed model utilized deep learning algorithms including RNN, LSTM, BiLSTM, and CNN, along with suitable feature extraction techniques such as Mel Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC). The accuracy of the proposed ASR model was evaluated through experimentation, which demonstrated that the BiLSTM model outperformed the other deep learning models with an overall accuracy of 90.95 % Based on the experimental evidence, the proposed model was found to be better suited for ASR for the Hadiyyisa language. © 2023 IEEE.

Automated Program Repair (APR) automatically generates patches for identified defects. As a result, APR can encourage novice students to learn coding by providing appropriate patches. Since students have their coding conventions, we should be able to deal with many types of defects. Existing studies have used predefined RuleId-driven templates to automatically fix defects in Static Analysis Tools(SATs). However, the community periodically adds, deletes, or changes SAT's RuleIds. This is difficult for existing RuleId-based templates to reflect those changes immediately. Existing studies only cover about 10 RuleIds, making it difficult to address all defects faced by all students. Therefore, it is necessary to establish appropriate criteria for classifying templates. The SAT has a predefined format for how Error Messages are written, and since Error Messages contain fixing actions, defects with similar Error Messages tend to have similar fixing actions. These characteristics of the Error Message are suitable for reproducible template classification criteria. Our preliminary study demonstrated that by classifying patterns based on Error Messages, we could effectively address various defects, including those in different programming languages, using a single template. This means that if a newly added RuleId corresponds to an Error Message format already in the predefined Error Message-based template, it can be modified without additional effort. We plan to construct reproducible templates for each Error Message and provide ongoing patching of defects to students. © 2023 IEEE.

Breast cancer(BC)is the most widespread tumor in females worldwide and is a severe public health *** is the leading reason of death affecting females between the ages of 20 to 59 around the *** detection and therapy can help women receive effective treatment and,as a result,decrease the rate of breast cancer *** cancer tumor develops when cells grow improperly and attack the healthy tissue in the human *** are classified as benign or malignant,and the absence of cancer in the breast is considered *** learning,machine learning,and transfer learning models are applied to detect and identify cancerous tissue like *** research assists in the identification and classification of *** implemented the pre-trained model AlexNet and proposed model Breast cancer identification and classification(BCIC),which are machine learning-based models,by evaluating them in the form of comparative *** used 3 datasets,A,B,and *** fuzzed these datasets and got 2 datasets,A2C and *** A2C is the fusion of A,B,and C with 2 classes categorized as benign and *** B3C is the fusion of datasets A,B,and C with 3 classes classified as benign,malignant,and *** used customized AlexNet according to our datasets and BCIC in our proposed *** achieved an accuracy of 86.5%on Dataset B3C and 76.8%on Dataset A2C by using AlexNet,and we achieved the optimum accuracy of 94.5%on Dataset B3C and 94.9%on Dataset A2C by using proposed model BCIC at 40 epochs with 0.00008 learning *** proposed fuzzed dataset model using transfer *** fuzzed three datasets to get more accurate results and the proposed model achieved the highest prediction accuracy using fuzzed dataset transfer learning technique.
