The work describe the implementation of the prototype solution of the rightly developing system. The system belongs to the group of the tele-medical applications orientated on the e-health sphere of the supplying of the services. This system can considerably help to streamline the work of the nurses. The system is proposed and implemented so that it was simple to extend it. The system contains three basic parts. The desktop application appointed for the projecting, the mobile application for the employees in the terrain on which from the design creates the history and the application for the synchronization. The mobile equipment serves as a task-work in which the employee will tear away the tasks which he has to do and which were in advance schemed by the superior employee. Business forecasting uses statistic tools more or less sophisticated that relay on the observation values from the past, regarding the activity level, and calculates predictions for the future. The majority of the methods can calculate forecast without any problem and with high accuracy when the data has a satisfying quality. This paper describes our results in implementing the forecast in general and highlights the cases with sporadic data, cases with a high forecasting need, that are common in real life.

According to the intelligent behavior of social population, a novel particle swarm optimization algorithm based on predatory search strategy (PS-CPSO) is proposed by introducing the centroid of particle swarm in the standard particle swarm optimization model to improve global optimum efficiency and accuracy of algorithm. Results of Benchmark function simulation and material balance computation (MBC) in alumina production show that the new method not only improves the local searching efficiency and global searching performance greatly, but also has faster convergence speed and higher precision, and can avoid the premature convergence problem effectively.

Over the last two or three years, the increasing costs of energy, greater awareness of environmental concerns and worsening market conditions have focussed even greater attention within paper mills than before, on considering ways to reduce the energy used in paper making. Arising from a multivariable understanding of paper machine operation, Advanced Process control (APC) technology enables paper machine behaviour to be controlled in a more coherent way, using all the variables available for control. Furthermore, with the machine under better regulation and with more variables used in control, there is the opportunity to optimise machine operation, usually providing very striking multi-objective performance improvement benefits of a number of kinds. Traditional three tem control technology does not offer this capability. The paper presents results from several different APC paper machine projects we have undertaken around the world. These projects have been aimed at improving machine stability, optimising chemicals usage and reducing energy use. On a brown paperboard machine in Australia, specific steam usage has been reduced by greater than 10%, averaged across the grades;the controller has also provided a significant capacity to increase production. On a Canadian newsprint machine the APC system has reduced steam usage by 10%, and it provides better control of colour and much improved wet end stability. The paper also outlines early results from two other APC projects being undertaken in England, each aimed at examining a different approach to reducing the energy used in paper making. The first of these two projects is focussed on optimising sheet drainage, aiming to present the dryer with a sheet having higher solids content. The second project aims to reduce specific steam usage by maximising machine production.
