This article discusses how techniques from reinforcement learning (RL) can be exploited to transition to a model-free and scalable wide-area oscillation damping control of power grids. We present two control architectures with distinct features. Performing full-dimensional RL control designs for any practical grid would require an unacceptably long learning time and result in a dense communication architecture. Our designs avoid the curse of dimensionality by employing ideas from model reduction. The first design exploits time-scale separation in the generator electro-mechanical dynamics arising from coherent clustering, and learns a controller using both electro-mechanical and non-electro-mechanical states while compensating for the error in incorporating the latter through the RL loop. The second design presents an output-feedback approach enabled by a neuro-adaptive observer using measurements of only the generator frequencies. The controller exhibits an adaptive behavior that updates the control gains whenever there is a notable change in the loads. Theoretical guarantees for closed-loop stability and performance are provided for both designs. Numerical simulations are shown for the IEEE 68-bus power system model.

This article discusses an intelligent flight control system for high-precision cruise missiles. In the field of space engineering and technologies, the most effective aspects of using computer programs and studying space analysis in a computer program are considered. Calculations and computer studies of precision guidance and guidance of high-speed cruise missiles are presented. Therefore, system of the control is set by the fuzzy logic method based on artificial intelligence. Computer modeling of intelligent control systems for high-precision cruise missiles. The cruise missile control system requires a large number of parameters and complex mathematical calculation models and physical problems to control the intelligent system. The article provides a simulator in a computer program to test high-speed cruise missiles. This simulator is written in Matlab editor R2015b in C ++ programming language. © 2022 IEEE.

the article is devoted to solving the problems of synthesis of algorithmic support of the decision support system for the controlled destruction of resin vulcanizates of butyl rubber. As an object of research, the destruction processes have been selected, which are carried out by combining external destructive factors: ionization irradiation and subsequent thermomechanical treatment. Based on the results of the system analysis of the destruction process stages as control objects, the main and cross system connections between the input, internal parameters of the process and the physical properties of the final product have been revealed. The most preferred channels for controlling the rate of physical and chemical processes occurring during destruction have been selected. Using a combination of control actions, a method and an algorithm for controlling the stages of destruction has been proposed, which allows for programmed control of the operating parameters of the process to obtain reclaimed butyl rubber with target quality indicators. The structural synthesis of the mathematical support of the decision support system, which calculates the optimal values of the process parameters in accordance with the formed search criteria, has been carried out. An algorithm for controlling the destruction process has been developed, which calculates the optimal parameters of the process using the mathematical tools, which includes the Choquet integral, the Sugeno fuzzy measure, and a genetic algorithm for solving optimization problems. © 2021 IEEE.

Over time, our lives turn to digitization and technology and its multiple applications and uses. The smart city, its technologies and the services provided during it have become a way of life. The idea of smart cities relied on different mechanisms to provide reliable services. One of the important technologies is the blockchain that has proven to be extremely reliable and has a high security level technology. This paper presents a mechanism to explain the application of blockchain technology in smart contracts, how to increase reliability, data security, and many positive benefits as part of the multiple services provided by the smart city environment. This paper also provides important details about this technology and its impact on the overall administrative system of any service provided by smart governments. The paper dealt with an example of how to manage the real estate rental file electronically to explain the advantages of blockchain technology through which we overcome existing problems in this type of contract and service.

At the moment, digital documents are just as important as paper documents. As a result, authenticity is essential, especially in legal situations and digital forensics. As technology advances, these digital signature algorithms become weaker, necessitating the development of digital authentication schemes capable of withstanding current security threats. This study proposed a scheme based on an asymmetric key cryptosystem and the user's biometric credentials to generate keys for digital signatures. A single document can be signed by multiple signatories at the same time under this scheme. The primary goal of this article is to create a safe and cost-effective multiignature scheme. To create keys for document signing and verification, the Edwards-curve Digital Signature Algorithm (EdDSA), especially Ed25519, is employed. The Edwards-curve Digital Signature Algorithm is used with blockchain technology to sign crypto wallets. The Python implementation of a scheme that enables platform independence. We performed performance, security, and comparative analysis to ensure maximum usability. The article's main findings are that the Ed25519 algorithm can be used in blockchain. © 2023 Gauri Shankar et al.

Remote Because of the exciting innovation it introduces, the WSN likely to be a subject of research in recent time. Because of the impromptu distant connections, adaptability, and simplicity of execution, this has all the makings of becoming the most maintainable innovation for ecological detecting, whether it's about limited or huge scope watching. In any case, the main drawbacks stem from the limited capacity, processing, and accessibility of organization centers for information. Virtual machines resources have been adopted to overcome such constraints, devices to expanded capacity, computation, and easy-to-understand availability. This was a natural progression from traditional WSN designs among pattern in recent theories evolved along advent of Internet-of-Things advancements. Against the growing popularity of WSN associated cloud checking frameworks, still the issues are detected because of the distributed comp ting's disadvantages, like dormancy with the capacity charges. In this paper, the advancements achieved to a fog-cloud-IoT associated with WSN architecture of putting a bit of computing at the network part are elaborated, a process, which follows the smart Fog associated with Cloud-computing concept of dissecting also following up on IoT data. A similar investigation was carried out to illustrate the improvements made possible by processing at the organization's edge.

Development of curriculum in the universities, and search of good-skilled experts to evaluate project education results consume large amounts of time for faculty members. The article proposes a universal framework that facilitates this task by automating the process of finding companies that can provide such experts. The proposed approach is characterized by a high degree of automation and formalization, because it uses the data of financial statements of companies in a given industry in its work. Thanks to the use of statistical data and methods, the objectivity and reliability of the search for experts increases. As data source uses the data set 'Accounting (financial) statements of enterprises and organizations for 2018' provided by Rosstat. The proposed approach was successfully tested in the course of attracting experts to evaluate the results of a design workshop for students of the Ural Federal University in 2019. During testing, the top 40 IT companies of the Sverdlovsk region were *** the 40 organizations, 7 companies agreed to respond to the proposal, which determined to 17.5% of the sample. At the same time, 19 experts were sent from this organizations, which amounted to 65.5 % of all exerts who agreed to participate in the event. Thus, the proposed approach can significantly expand the composition of the expert base and attract experts based on a strictly formalized, objective approach. © 2020 IEEE.

China is now confronting the intertwined challenges of air pollution and climate *** the high synergies between air pollution abatement and climate change mitigation,the Chinese government is actively promoting synergetic control of these two *** Synergetic Roadmap project was launched in 2021 to track and analyze the progress of synergetic control in China by developing and monitoring key *** Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report is the first annual update,featuring 20 indicators across five aspects:synergetic governance system and practices,progress in structural transition,air pollution and associated weather-climate interactions,sources,sinks,and mitigation pathway of atmospheric composition,and health impacts and benefits of coordinated *** to the comprehensive review presented in the 2021 report,the Synergetic Roadmap 2022 report places particular emphasis on progress in 2021 with highlights on actions in key sectors and the relevant *** milestones include the proportion of non-fossil power generation capacity surpassing coal-fired capacity for the first time,a decline in the production of crude steel and cement after years of growth,and the surging penetration of electric ***,in 2022,China issued the first national policy that synergizes abatements of pollution and carbon emissions,marking a new era for China's pollution-carbon *** changes highlight China's efforts to reshape its energy,economic,and transportation structures to meet the demand for synergetic control and sustainable ***,the country has witnessed a slowdown in carbon emission growth,improved air quality,and increased health benefits in recent years.
