This paper presents the design of PI controller using Decoupling and CRA technique for quadruple-tanks process. In case of, TITO interacting system such as quadruple-tanks process, the controller designs have been performed ambitiously because interferences between inputs and outputs. With the proposed method, The Decoupling controllers have been used for decreasing the cross coupling between inputs and outputs and transforming TITO plant transfer function into SISO form so that SISO controller for each SISO model can be designed easily and efficiently. Furthermore, Using CRA technique has made the output response achieve the required performance specification. Also, in non-minimum-phase, PI controller with inverted Decoupling can stabilize the system and minimize several undesirable influences from an interaction in TITO process. The results from controlsystem design can be illustrated by the experiments.

control of combustion conditions in small-scale biomass boilers for heating purposes is a specific task because it must be carried out without any high additional costs. If a basic control of heating water on a desired value is performed by means of a PI control algorithm in a PLC, it is possible to enhance this control unit with other algorithms taking care for searching optimal operating conditions. These conditions are considered from the viewpoint of energy efficiency and ecological impacts, especially emissions of unburned hydrocarbons and CO, but also nitrogen oxides are in interest. This previously minor problem has become significant with the large expansion of the small-size biomass-fired boilers. The combustion process consists of phenomena that we have little information about for an exact mathematical description. The equations of the chemical reactions are known, but in reality the combustion of biomass is much more complicated and more variable than a mathematical model can express. Therefore, techniques searching extreme are more suitable than controllers requiring a mathematical model in design or tuning. In such a way it is possible to design a controller that is able to control the combustion process effectively over the whole operation range.

One of the major difficulties with an autonomous reverse parallel parking is how to find a trajectory of travel from start to goal without any collision. In this paper, a bidirectional search is suggested to find the shortest pathway from an initial vertex to a goal vertex in a directed graph, implying that the initial and goal states must be known in advance. In each step for searching, there are three possible nodes generated from the configuration space (or C-space), that the algorithm must decide to traverse to based on a best first search algorithm. Giving a start and goal points, the designed path is obtained by simulation in MATLAB. The experimental results show an ability to perform a parking maneuver using the simulated path.
