This paper deals with the consensus tracking of multi-agent systems in the presence of some Byzantine agents. Steering the agents toward a predefined reference via model predictive control and, besides, encountering the misbehaving agents, are the main aims of the paper. Using graph properties alongside the Weighted-Mean-Subsequence-Reduced (W-MSR) algorithm led to a control method for special kinds of multi-agent systems. Combining model predictive control with W-MSR results in a new algorithm called Reference-Based-W-MSR (RBW-MSR), which has made the consensus point fixed according to a predetermined reference. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm would be illustrated via simulation results in which different scenarios have been examined to exhibit the success of the method. © 2022 IEEE.

Deep learning-based hyperspectral image (HSI) compression has recently attracted great attention in remote sensing due to the growth of hyperspectral data archives. Most of the existing models achieve either spectral or spatial compression and do not jointly consider the spatio-spectral redundancies present in HSIs. To address this problem, in this paper, we propose High Fidelity Compression (HiFiC)-based models for spatio-spectral compression of HSIs. In detail, we introduce two new models: i) HiFiC using Squeeze and Excitation (SE) blocks (denoted as HiFiCsE);and ii) HiFiC with 3D convolutions (denoted as HiFiC3D) in the framework of compression of HSIs. We analyze the effectiveness of HiFiCsE and HiFiC3D in compressing the spatio-spectral redundancies with channel attention and inter-dependency analysis. Experimental results show the efficacy of the proposed models in performing spatio-spectral compression, while reconstructing images at reduced bitrates with higher reconstruction quality. Due to the development of hacking programs, it has become easy to penetrate systems. Hence, there is a need for strong security mechanisms. The use of traditional passwords has become insufficient to secure systems. Biometric authentication is now widely used for security applications, and it has proven to be superior compared to traditional authentication methods. However, two issues need to be considered in biometric systems. The first is not to keep biometric data in its original form in the database. If biometric traits are hacked, they will no longer be of use. Biometric data should be kept in cancelable forms for reuse. The second issue is the reliance on a single biometric, which limits the verification accuracy. This can be solved by using a multimodal biometric system. Using steganography and cryptography, this paper introduces a cancelable multimodal biometric system. As voiceprints, facial images, and fingerprint images are used. In this paper, the verification is performed through the Mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) of the voiceprints. Steganography is used as a tool to secure features extracted from voiceprints by embedding them into the facial image using block-based singular value decomposition (BSVD). Double random phase encoding (DRPE) is utilized as an encryption algorithm to generate the final cancelable templates. To increase the level of system security, fingerprint images are used as random phase masks (RPMs). Verification is performed by estimating the correlation between registered and test MFCCs. The correlation value is then compared with a threshold value, which is calculated using the distribution curves for the genuine and imposter correlations. Equal error rate (EER) values close to zero and an area under the receiver operator characteristic curve (AROC) that is close to one are obtained from the simulation results, demonstrating the outstanding performance of the suggested system. This elaboration presents the synthesis of the Takagi-Sugeno type Fuzzy Logic controller realizing the programmable parameters of the state feedback controller together with the steady state current for the active magnetic levitation system. Closed-loop dynamics was calculated precisely with respect to the requested dynamics. Two cases were considered: fixed-and variable-closed-loop dynamics. The Fuzzy Logic controller was considered under four scenarios with linear, nonlinear, and constant in-range output. The study was supported by simulations and experimental investigations. Rainfall plays a significant role in managing the water level in the *** unpredictable amount of rainfall due to the climate change can cause either overflow or dry in the *** individuals,especially those in the agricultural sector,rely on rain *** rainfall is challenging because of the changing nature of the *** area of Jimma in southwest Oromia,Ethiopia is the subject of this research,which aims to develop a rainfall forecasting *** estimate Jimma's daily rainfall,we propose a novel approach based on optimizing the parameters of long short-term memory(LSTM)using Al-Biruni earth radius(BER)optimization algorithm for boosting the fore-casting accuracy.N ash-Sutcliffe model eficiency(NSE),mean square error(MSE),root MSE(RMSE),mean absolute error(MAE),and R2 were all used in the conducted experiments to assess the proposed approach,with final scores of(0.61),(430.81),(19.12),and(11.09),***,we compared the proposed model to current machine-learning regression models;such as non-optimized LSTM,bidirectional LSTM(BiLSTM),gated recurrent unit(GRU),and convolutional LSTM(ConvLSTM).It was found that the proposed approach achieved the lowest RMSE of(19.12).In addition,the experimental results show that the proposed model has R-with a value outperforming the other models,which confirms the superiority of the proposed *** the other hand,a statistical analysis is performed to measure the significance and stability of the proposed approach and the recorded results proved the expected perfomance.

Autonomous vehicles, lifestyles, and businesses related to the tourism industry are facing a lot of security issues when the digital revolution is considered in the digital version of security management. The aim of this research is to design and develop an efficient framework with security management (SM) and incidence response (IR) for securing autonomous transportation services (ATS). In the SM and IR, the quality of secure ATS and quickness will be considered. To achieve the objective of the research, service encounters (a form of social exchange) through social networks and digital transformation are used as a method. Service encounters based on emerging technology are the best approach because these future services evolve with emerging technologies, which depend on digital transformation and revolution. When the digital age matures in the tourism industry, users are transformed to use digital devices integrated within autonomous transportation systems. Although the legacy of digital systems is still considered in transportation services, the problems of digital transformation create complicated situations for many tourists because service providers transform their ATS from traditional management to digital management, such as the digital transformation of tourism management with security. Many ATS upgrades of digital transformation in tourism management, which prevent the use of service encounters and accessing necessary services at the time, are challenging problems. As a result, this research study will indicate that the SM and IR can be improved through the proposed framework. The application of transformer architecture in analyzing whole slide images (WSIs) has become increasingly popular due to its remarkable ability to learn complex associations. Nevertheless, a significant drawback emerges in the multiclass analysis of WSIs. The majority of the transformer-based methods available currently rely primarily on a single, class-agnostic token. This approach might not ideally capture the subtleties of class-discriminative information. To address this challenge, we present an innovative approach tailored for multi-class WSI analysis that harnesses the power of class-specific tokens. Central to our method is a novel attention mechanism designed to foster a synergistic learning relationship between patch and class tokens, enhancing the granularity of information captured and ensuring a more comprehensive representation of the WSI. Complementing this, we introduce a dynamic class-centric training strategy designed to optimize token representation learning, ensuring each token is informatively aligned with its corresponding class. Through extensive experimentation on three challenging multi-class WSI analysis datasets, our method consistently demonstrates superior performance, underscoring its potential as a robust solution for multi-class WSI analysis tasks. © 2023 IEEE.

The recent advancements in vision technology have had a significant impact on our ability to identify multiple objects and understand complex *** technologies,such as augmented reality-driven scene integration,robotic navigation,autonomous driving,and guided tour systems,heavily rely on this type of scene *** paper presents a novel segmentation approach based on the UNet network model,aimed at recognizing multiple objects within an *** methodology begins with the acquisition and preprocessing of the image,followed by segmentation using the fine-tuned UNet ***,we use an annotation tool to accurately label the segmented *** labeling,significant features are extracted from these segmented objects,encompassing KAZE(Accelerated Segmentation and Extraction)features,energy-based edge detection,frequency-based,and blob *** the classification stage,a convolution neural network(CNN)is *** comprehensive methodology demonstrates a robust framework for achieving accurate and efficient recognition of multiple objects in *** experimental results,which include complex object datasets like MSRC-v2 and PASCAL-VOC12,have been *** analyzing the experimental results,it was found that the PASCAL-VOC12 dataset achieved an accuracy rate of 95%,while the MSRC-v2 dataset achieved an accuracy of 89%.The evaluation performed on these diverse datasets highlights a notably impressive level of performance.
