In today’s world, there is practically no industry in the economic sector that does not utilize IT solutions. Modern companies in the TSL (Transport - Forwarding - Logistics) industry use advanced IT solutions at every stage of business management. This article proposes a concept for applying fuzzy logic to identify and evaluate drivers’ driving styles. It discusses the issues and significance of analyzing driving styles in the context of fleet management. The current solutions, existing methods, and technologies used by companies to monitor and evaluate driving styles are presented, along with their limitations. The analysis is based on solutions from several leading companies in the sector. Subsequently, a solution based on the use of fuzzy logic is proposed for a more effective and accurate analysis of driving styles, allowing for better fleet management strategies, cost reduction, and reduced risk on the road. The article concludes with a summary highlighting the benefits of the proposed solution and suggesting directions for further research in this area.

Hydropower is a reliable, clean, and efficient alternative to conventional fossil fuels and other renewable energy sources. The hydro turbine is the core of a hydropower plant, and the proper maintenance and operation of all other components are essential for maximizing energy production. Besides electricity generation, hydropower plants play a critical role in storing irrigation and drinking water and controlling floods. This study presents a concise overview of hydroelectric power plant classification based on the output power generated by peak water drop and storage. Pumped storage water plants are the most applicable classification based on water conditions. The study reviews the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various aspects of hydropower plants, highlighting the potential benefits and challenges of integrating AI technologies in the energy production process. Wireless body area networks (WBANs), a relatively new technology that has emerged in response to the exponential growth in the demand for healthcare, have shown themselves to be promising and are already being utilized extensively in the field of human health monitoring. Within the scope of this paper, a conceptual framework of an optimal workload allocation algorithm for edge computing-based WBAN systems is presented. Users can enhance their WBAN system by optimizing the workload allocation algorithms, which will result in a reduction in latency, energy consumption, job failure, and communication load. A final evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed strategy was carried out, and the results of the experiment demonstrate that the proposed approach was successful in improving the quality of the system by lowering the number of transmission failures and the amount of power that was consumed.
