The security aspect of cloud computing is much more challenging for researchers. Preventing the attack requires knowledge about the type of attack, its origin, and how vulnerabilities and tools are used for the attack. The cloud security methodology protects customer data, information, and applications from attackers. Due to digitalization, the volume of data is increased. The protection of data is very challenging for cloud service providers. This work proposes a new cloud intrusion detection system security infrastructure based on Honeynet, Honeywell, Honeypot, and Honeytoken Strategies. The proposed strategy effectively identifies intrusion detection, attack behavior, and attack scenario. In recent years, Pretraining Language Models based on Transformers -Natural Language Processing (PLMT-NLP) have been highly successful in nearly every NLP task. In the beginning, Generative Pre-trained model-based Transformer, BERT- Bidirectional Encoder model Representations using Transformers was used to develop these models. Models constructed on transformers, Self-supervise knowledge acquiring, and transfer learning establish the foundation of these designs. Transformed-based pre-trained models acquire common linguistic illustrations from vast amounts of textual information through self-supervised model and apply this information to downstream tasks. To eliminate the need to retrain downstream models, these models provide a solid foundation of knowledge. In this paper, the enhanced learning on PLMT-NLP has been discussed. Initially, a quick introduction to self-supervised learning is presented, then diverse core concepts used in PLMT-NLP are explained. Furthermore, a list of relevant libraries for working with PLMT-NLP has been provided. Lastly, the paper discusses about the upcoming research directions that will further improve these models. Because of its thoroughness and relevance to current PLMT-NLP developments, this survey study will positively serve as a valuable resource for those seeking to understand both basic ideas and new developments better. © 2022 IEEE.

The software development process mostly depends on accurately identifying both essential and optional ***,user needs are typically expressed in free-form language,requiring significant time and human resources to translate these into clear functional and non-functional *** address this challenge,various machine learning(ML)methods have been explored to automate the understanding of these requirements,aiming to reduce time and human ***,existing techniques often struggle with complex instructions and large-scale *** our study,we introduce an innovative approach known as the Functional and Non-functional Requirements Classifier(FNRC).By combining the traditional random forest algorithm with the Accuracy Sliding Window(ASW)technique,we develop optimal sub-ensembles that surpass the initial classifier’s accuracy while using fewer *** results demonstrate that our FNRC methodology performs robustly across different datasets,achieving a balanced Precision of 75%on the PROMISE dataset and an impressive Recall of 85%on the CCHIT *** datasets consistently maintain an F-measure around 64%,highlighting FNRC’s ability to effectively balance precision and recall in diverse *** findings contribute to more accurate and efficient software development processes,increasing the probability of achieving successful project outcomes.

Finding oil spills in the ocean is one of the most crucial tasks in preserving our ecosystem. Using satellite or aerial photographs as input to a deep learning model that makes use of 2D CNN (Convolution Neural Network) and GAN (Generative Adversarial Network). Deep learning assists in automatically detecting oil spills in the ocean. A strong model that may be applied to volumetric data is 2D CNN. To protect the environment and its biodiversity, it is critical to identify and minimize oil spills in delicate maritime environments. Conventional techniques for tracking oil spills in satellite imagery sometimes depend on labor-intensive, human error-prone manual inspection. When deep learning models are taught with a lot of data, they perform well. The Gathering of datasets, however the situation proved to be challenging. As a result, employing Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) to produce new photos by utilizing preexisting ones. As a result, by giving the model a suitable number of photos to use for training and testing, it improves accuracy. © 2024 IEEE.

A virtual currency known as cryptocurrencies holds all business online. It's virtual money that wouldn't materialize like complicated conventional paper currency. Thus, this study emphasizes a distinction between distributed paper currency and cryptocurrencies, where these individuals may access information without outside interference. Because of its considerable market swings, such cryptocurrencies have an influence upon commerce as well as foreign diplomacy. Virtual currencies which are available in the market, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Terra (LUNA), Solana (SOL), Cardano (ADA), Tether (USDT), Binance coin (BNB), USD coin, XRP coin, Avalanche coin (AVAX) and Lite coin (LTC), etc. This study focussed on a detailed analysis of the literature about Machine Learning (ML) methods used for predictions. This proposed work also focused on implementing an efficient Machine Learning (ML)-based time series model for predicting BTC cryptocurrency prices. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) forecasting theory was established to accommodate the fluctuation of bitcoin prices and achieve great precision. The effectiveness of the LSTM in predicting the price of a cryptocurrency is demonstrated by this suggested study's comparison between it and comparable time-series models. © 2023 IEEE.

Touring is a popular but time-consuming activity, due to the need to identify interesting attractions or Places-of-Interest (POIs) and structure these POIs in the form of a timeconstrained tour itinerary. To solve this challenge, we propose the Personalized Tour Recommendation and Planning (PersTour) system. The PersTour system is able to plan for a customized tour itinerary where the recommended POIs and visit durations are personalized based on the tourist's interest preferences. In addition, tourists have the option to indicate their trip constraints (e.g., a preferred starting/ending location and a specific tour duration) to further customize their tour itinerary.

This work investigates using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and VGGNet architecture, for realtime emotion detection. Raw data from the FER-2013 dataset is transformed from CSV format into organized image directories, segmented by distinct emotions. The resulting model, equipped with convolutional, pooling, and dense layers, effectively classifies emotions from 48x48 grayscale images. In application, the model overlays detected emotions onto a webcam stream. An integrated music player module synchronizes music with the subject's emotions. Overall, this research explores a comprehensive interactive system focused on recognizing and responding to human emotions. Without further training data, our model, to the best of our understanding, achieves modern single-network accuracy of 74.57% on FER2013 © 2024 IEEE.

The application of deep learning techniques in the medical field,specifically for Atrial Fibrillation(AFib)detection through Electrocardiogram(ECG)signals,has witnessed significant *** and timely diagnosis increases the patient’s chances of ***,issues like overfitting and inconsistent accuracy across datasets remain *** a quest to address these challenges,a study presents two prominent deep learning architectures,ResNet-50 and DenseNet-121,to evaluate their effectiveness in AFib *** aim was to create a robust detection mechanism that consistently performs *** such as loss,accuracy,precision,sensitivity,and Area Under the Curve(AUC)were utilized for *** findings revealed that ResNet-50 surpassed DenseNet-121 in all evaluated *** demonstrated lower loss rate 0.0315 and 0.0305 superior accuracy of 98.77%and 98.88%,precision of 98.78%and 98.89%and sensitivity of 98.76%and 98.86%for training and validation,hinting at its advanced capability for AFib *** insights offer a substantial contribution to the existing literature on deep learning applications for AFib detection from ECG *** comparative performance data assists future researchers in selecting suitable deep-learning architectures for AFib ***,the outcomes of this study are anticipated to stimulate the development of more advanced and efficient ECG-based AFib detection methodologies,for more accurate and early detection of AFib,thereby fostering improved patient care and outcomes.

Point of Interest (POI) data constitutes the cornerstone in many modern applications. From navigation to social networks, tourism, and logistics, we use POI data to search, communicate, decide and plan our actions. POIs are semantically diverse and spatiotemporally evolving entities, having geographical, temporal, and thematic relations. Currently, integrating POI datasets to increase their coverage, timeliness, accuracy and value is a resource-intensive and mostly manual process, with no specialized software available to address the specific challenges of this task. In this paper, we present an integrated toolkit for transforming, linking, fusing and enriching POI data, and extracting additional value from them. In particular, we demonstrate how Linked data technologies can address the limitations, gaps and challenges of the current landscape in Big POI data integration. We have built a prototype application that enables users to define, manage and execute scalable POI data integration workflows built on top of state-of-the-art software for geospatial Linked data. This application abstracts and hides away the underlying complexity, automates quality-assured integration, scales efficiently for world-scale integration tasks, and lowers the entry barrier for end-users. Validated against real-world POI datasets in several application domains, our system has shown great potential to address the requirements and needs of cross-sector, cross-border and cross-lingual integration of Big POI data. © 2019 Copyright held by the owner/author(s).
