Feature selection using modified chaotic satin bowerbird algorithm with deep transfer learning for Multispectral Image Classification

Multispectral image classification has received significant attention among research communities and academicians. Recently, several artificial intelligence (AI) models can be used for the extraction of prominent features. Besides, deep learning (DL) methods become more familiar and gained interest in the remote sensing community for the classification of multispectral and hyperspectral images. With this motivation, this paper presents an optimized feature learning with deep transfer learning enabled multispectral image classification (OFLDTL-MSIC) technique. The proposed OFLDTL-MSIC technique aims to categorize the different class labels of the multispectral images. Besides, the OFLDTL-MSIC technique applies multi-level discrete wavelet transform (DWT) based image decomposition technique. Moreover, the EfficientNet technique is applied as a feature extractor to generate a collection of features. Furthermore, selecting optimal features extracted by a EfficientNet involves identifying and retaining the most relevant and informative features The improved chaotic satin bowerbird optimization (CSBO) algorithm which uses dynamic population size is proposed for feature selection and kernel extreme learning machine (KELM) model is applied for the classification process. In order to ensure the enhanced performance of the OFLTDL-MSIC technique, a wide range of simulations take place using the Madurai LISS IV multispectral images and the results are examined under several aspects. The latest 6G improvements secured autonomous driving's realism in Intelligent Autonomous Transport systems(IATS).Despite the IATS's benefits,security remains a significant *** technology has grown in popularity as a means of implementing safe,dependable,and decentralised independent IATS systems,allowing for more utilisation of legacy IATS infrastructures and resources,which is especially advantageous for crowdsourcing *** technology can be used to address security concerns in the IATS and to aid in logistics *** light of the inadequacy of reliance and inattention to rights created by centralised and conventional logistics systems,this paper discusses the creation of a blockchain-based IATS powered by deep learning for secure cargo and vehicle matching(BDL-IATS).The BDL-IATS approach utilises Ethereum as the primary blockchain for storing private data such as order and shipment ***,the deep belief network(DBN)model is used to select suitable vehicles and goods for ***,the chaotic krill herd technique is used to tune the DBN model’s *** performance of the BDL-IATS technique is validated,and the findings are inspected under a variety of *** simulationfindings indicated that the BDL-IATS strategy outperformed recent state-of-the-art approaches.

In this modern world due to Road traffic, many people are unable to reach their destination at the correct time. For example, if a person needed to reach the hospital in critical condition due to road traffic, they are unable to reach the hospital and got stuck in traffic which will lead to death. We lost a lot of people because of this road traffic. So, Road Safety is the most important part of our daily life. Conjointly, this prediction accomplished enhanced the safety and security of women empowerment which acted as a security guard for people especially women, protecting themselves in every circumstance. Here, statistical analysis of road traffic networks of selective locations is implemented to prognosticate road traffic. Alert and divert the people who were identified in the traffic zone and found the location of the people who were identified in the unsafe zone. © 2024, CRC Press/Balkema. All rights reserved.

Cloud computing plays a huge role in IT industry, Education sector, government sector, medical field, defense management, Natural disaster control, weather reporting, road traffic maintenances, e-money transaction etc. The cloud provides wide amount of services can include delivery of data, software, hardware, infrastructure, platform, networking and so on. The merits of cloud computing are numerous to the user for data storing, accessing, maintenance in the cloud from anywhere at any time at low cost. On the other hands, the data in the cloud were not maintained by the direct owner. Despite, the data security has always been big challenge in cloud storage. data integrity, confidentiality and privacy protection are the prominent factors of the user’s side from the cloud environment. In this proposed paper, we introducing a new method CryptoASCII to provide data security in the cloud storage. By CryptoASCII, we confirmed that the user’s data are maintained with integrity and confidentiality. CryptoASCII can provide encryption and decryption algorithms to ensure data privacy as well as it provide redundancy checking proof for data integrity. © 2024, CRC Press/Balkema. In the design and planning of next-generation Internet of Things(IoT),telecommunication,and satellite communication systems,controller placement is crucial in software-defined networking(SDN).The programmability of the SDN controller is sophisticated for the centralized control system of the entire ***,it creates a significant loophole for the manifestation of a distributed denial of service(DDoS)attack ***,recently a Distributed Reflected Denial of Service(DRDoS)attack,an unusual DDoS attack,has been ***,minimal deliberation has given to this forthcoming single point of SDN infrastructure failure ***,recently the high frequencies of DDoS attacks have increased *** this paper,a smart algorithm for planning SDN smart backup controllers under DDoS attack scenarios has *** proposed smart algorithm can recommend single or multiple smart backup controllers in the event of DDoS *** obtained simulated results demonstrate that the validation of the proposed algorithm and the performance analysis achieved 99.99%accuracy in placing the smart backup controller under DDoS attacks within 0.125 to 46508.7 s in SDN.

Designed to empower women in many daily situations, the proposed integrated women's safety app is a comprehensive smartphone software that tackles safety concerns. This program offers a complete safety solution by combining various features and technologies. Users may quickly notify approved emergency contacts of their whereabouts by using the app's built-in emergency response system. Furthermore, it integrates with the city government's emergency services, facilitating seamless collaboration during critical circumstances. Users can stay safer when doing things like late-night commuting or traveling alone thanks to the app's real-time GPS tracking, which they can then share with trusted friends. Additionally, there is a panic button on the app that, when pressed, instantly contacts emergency services. Effective crisis prevention and management is possible with the aid of the software's self-defense classes, safety guidance, information on nearby safe zones, and hotlines. In addition, the app's real-time event reporting feature allows women to document and discuss incidents of harassment or assault, which promotes responsibility and provides politicians with valuable data. Improving women's safety, decreasing reaction times to emergencies, and providing a solid support system are all goals of the integrated women's safety app. This application integrates several safety features and emergency response systems, making it a powerful tool to safeguard women's interests and welfare in modern society.

In this paper, a new transformer based deep learning network (TDLN) model has designed for detecting ovarian cancer (OC) from the input samples. Primarily, the input images are pre-processed to remove the unwanted noises and thereby enhances the quality through HSV color channel conversion, block matching with triple dimensional filtering (BM_TriD-Fil) and improved gabor wavelet transform (IGWT). From the pre-processed images, the affected regions are gets segmented through a new dual-path residual UNet (DPResU-Net) structure. Using the segmented regions, the feature extraction and classification is performed by utilizing a novel convolutional adaptive-attention based swin-spectral transformer network (CA 2 _S 2 TNet) model. In order to tune the parameters of CA 2 _S 2 TNet model, chaotic fire hawks optimization (CFHO) has employed. The proposedTDLN model is implemented in the python platform through TCGA-OV dataset and assessed the performance in terms of different evaluation measures. The maximum classification accuracy obtained by TDLN is 99.91%, superior to the existing approaches for OC classification.

Social lifestyle and COVID pandemic situation to produce a direct impact on mental health. Depression remains a primary cause of disability worldwide and contributes significantly to the global health burden. It can typically lead to suicidal ideation and have a negative impact on anyone's professional and personal life. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning techniques can forecast depression in a timely manner utilizing a variety of resources. Different kinds of sources, such as surveys, social networking sites, video images, and speech, can be used to accurately identify depression without the assistance of a psychiatrist. People on social networking sites express their feelings through appropriate text, which may be examined using machine learning algorithms. Through visual and speech data, deep learning approaches properly provide remarkable accuracy in predicting depression. This survey study is useful in identifying depression accuracy in advanced ways utilizing diverse resources.

Proactive maintenance for the optimized lifecycle of equipment is now effortless via condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. Recognition and avoidance of a state of failure help to achieve solidity and reliability. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (ML) forecast such situations and aid in the prevention of economic and safety emergencies. This work reviews such ML algorithms and ML models that help diagnose faults in Turbofan engines via measurement of the Remaining Useful Life parameter. This proposed an ensemble machine-learning model optimized by Extreme Gradient Boosting. The approach is then evaluated via different metrics and their performance is measured to current innovative methods. The system is useful for all processes that require high reliability quality and efficiency and reduces unplanned downtime, maintenance costs and asset quality.

Messenger RNA (mRNA) vaccines have emerged as highly effective strategies in the prophylaxis and treatment of diseases. mRNA design, a key to the success of mRNA vaccines, in-volves finding optimal codons and increasing secondary structure stability to lengthen mRNA half-life, ultimately enhancing protein expression. Despite receiving widespread attention, most methods primarily rely on manual design, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive. While optimization approaches can alleviate this issue, existing methods still exhibit critical limitations caused by conflicts between codon usage and mRNA structural stability, compounded by the vast design space of mRNA resulting from the presence of synonymous codons. In this paper, a novel multi-objective evolutionary optimization-based mRNA design method is proposed. We first formulate the mRNA design problem as a multi-objective optimization problem and then develop an Elite Archive-Assisted Multi-Objective Evolutionary algorithm for mRNA Design, namely EAA-MOED, by incorporating a novel elite archive-assisted method into a weighted optimization framework to improve search efficiency. Experimental studies, involving two state-of-the-art mRNA design methods and five well-known MOEAs, show the competitiveness of the proposed EAA-MOED in mRNA design. © 2024 IEEE.
