One of warship missions is shooting and avoiding enemy attacks, which can be done by missile firing strategy. Due to missile firing, the movement of ship becomes unstable. To overcome this problem, we need a control system that can overcome the disturbance caused by the impact of the missile firing. So, in this paper, we propose a method called disturbance compensating MPC (DC-MPC) control system. This control is chosen, because DC-MPC is a robust method for measurable disturbance. Based on the result of simulation, DC-MPC can overcome disturbance on the system and make ship's actual heading angle to follow the desired reference quickly which is about 10 s. After the system gets disturbance, controller is also able to adjust the value of the ship heading angle to original position.

A wide variety of Galactic sources show transient emission at soft and hard X-ray energies: low- and high-mass X-ray binaries containing compact objects, isolated neutron stars exhibiting extreme variability as magnetars as well as pulsar-wind nebulae. Although most of them can show emission up to MeV and/or GeV energies, many have not yet been detected in the TeV domain by Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes. In this paper, we explore the feasibility of detecting new Galactic transients with the Cherenkov Telescope Array Observatory (CTAO) and the prospects for studying them with Target of Opportunity observations. We show that CTAO will likely detect new sources in the TeV regime, such as the massive microquasars in the Cygnus region, low-mass X-ray binaries with low-viewing angle, flaring emission from the Crab pulsar-wind nebula or other novae explosions, among others. Since some of these sources could also exhibit emission at larger time-scales, we additionally test their detectability at longer exposures. We finally discuss the multiwavelength synergies with other instruments and large astronomical facilities.

The relationship between the weight of a single genes and the connection between the genes had been studied. Chemistry and physical sciences have proved the attraction between molecules. Molecules are attracted to each other by bond. This paper is presented to disclose the relationship between weight and connectivity of nodes with biased random walk. An equation of biased random walk which named as significant directed random walk is formed to enhance the connectivity of nodes in directed graph via weigh. To be completely biased to the random walk, references data is implement as directed graph. Weight of genes will be used as one of the parameter in the formula. While the adjacency matrix is further enhanced by Warshall's algorithm to increases the accessibility of nodes via vector. The evolution of random walk is disclosed in this paper as well. Significant directed random walk will be used to prove the importance of weight in this paper. Comparison of the result between biased random walk is presented to prove the enhancement of random walk.

A sciencedepartment on the campus of the University of Illinois has received numerous national awards for excellence in undergraduate teaching. The secret to their success? For nearly two decades, they have collaboratively used evidence-based instructional practices (EBIP) in their introductory level courses. Despite these successes and efforts to spread their EBIP, no other departments followed this department's lead. Then, suddenly six years ago, many instructors from other departments began adopting EBIP in their classrooms. This article asks what was the catalyst for this change? Why had previous attempts at institutional change failed? The authors answer these questions by analyzing their efforts to transform the teaching practices in large-enrollment science and engineering introductory courses on their campus.

Touring is a popular but time-consuming activity, due to the need to identify interesting attractions or Places-of-Interest (POIs) and structure these POIs in the form of a timeconstrained tour itinerary. To solve this challenge, we propose the Personalized Tour Recommendation and Planning (PersTour) system. The PersTour system is able to plan for a customized tour itinerary where the recommended POIs and visit durations are personalized based on the tourist's interest preferences. In addition, tourists have the option to indicate their trip constraints (e.g., a preferred starting/ending location and a specific tour duration) to further customize their tour itinerary.

With the advent of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), SaaS developers are facing many challenges associated with the multi-tenancy and the dramatically increased number of users. In order to achieve resource-optimized, on-demand dynamic scaling across multiple tenants, and reduce costs, in this paper, a new platform, named SmartVM, is created to enable SaaS developer to create, customize, and deploy SaaS solutions in a multi-tier microservice-based manner. We develop an e-commerce SaaS prototype to evaluate effectiveness and efficiency of SmartVM. The results show that the SmartVM deployments outperforms the conventional monolithic and microservice deployments in smart monitoring, cost reduction, and resource optimization.
