Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) enabled predictive analytics have enabled the manufacturing sector to transition from reactive to proactive maintenance. This article discusses the use of predictive analytics in the IIoT field of preventive maintenance. The objectives consist of increased output, availability, and decreased malfunctions-research on preventive maintenance cast light on its evolution. The proposed work presents a framework for IIoT data acquisition, cleansing, feature selection, and analytical processing. Experiments and case studies validate the methodology. Utilizing predictive analytics for routine maintenance can improve the effectiveness and productivity of machinery. data integrity, model consistency, and scalability must be resolved before implementation. The proposed work's findings and recommendations have significant implications for future research into predictive analytics for proactive maintenance in IIoT systems and for industry practitioners. © 2023 IEEE.

Compressed Sensing(CS)is a Machine Learning(ML)method,which can be regarded as a single-layer unsupervised learning *** mainly emphasizes the sparsity of the *** this paper,we study an ML-based CS Channel Estimation(CE)method for wireless communications,which plays an important role in Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)*** the sparse correlation between channels in Multiple Input Multiple Output Filter Bank MultiCarrier with Offset Quadrature Amplitude Modulation(MIMO-FBMC/OQAM)systems,a Distributed Compressed Sensing(DCS)-based CE approach is studied.A distributed sparse adaptive weak selection threshold method is proposed for ***,the correlation between MIMO channels is utilized to represent a joint sparse model,and CE is transformed into a joint sparse signal reconstruction ***,the number of correlation atoms for inner product operation is optimized by weak selection threshold,and sparse signal reconstruction is realized by sparse *** experiment results show that the proposed DCS-based method not only estimates the multipath channel components accurately but also achieves higher CE performance than classical Orthogonal Matching Pursuit(OMP)method and other traditional DCS methods in the time-frequency dual selective channels.

In this research work, the authors present an improved secure search algorithm that will allow for optimum multi-keyword ranked search matching in public cloud storage that uses encrypted data. The goal of the plan is to provide a method that is both safe and effective for searching for and retrieving important data stored in cloud settings, all while preserving the data's privacy and confidentiality. Experiments and simulations are carried out in order to assess the viability of the suggested plan, and mathematical expressions are used to depict the algorithms and assessment criteria. According to the findings of the research, the strategy that was presented is capable of achieving a high level of accuracy, recall, and F1-score while simultaneously reducing the number of false positives and false negatives. The research underlines how important it is to address security problems in cloud computing settings, and it gives significant insights that can be used to design cloud computing services that are both safe and efficient. In the future, possible topics of study might include further refining and optimizing of the scheme that was described, as well as the application of the method in real cloud computing systems. © 2024 IEEE.

Myocarditis is a serious cardiovascular ailment that can lead to severe consequences if not promptly *** is triggered by viral infections and presents symptoms such as chest pain and heart *** detection is crucial for successful treatment,and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(CMR)is a valuable tool for identifying this ***,the detection of myocarditis using CMR images can be challenging due to low contrast,variable noise,and the presence of multiple high CMR slices per *** overcome these challenges,the approach proposed incorporates advanced techniques such as convolutional neural networks(CNNs),an improved differential evolution(DE)algorithm for pre-training,and a reinforcement learning(RL)-based model for *** this method presented a significant challenge due to the imbalanced classification of the Z-Alizadeh Sani myocarditis dataset from Omid Hospital in *** address this,the training process is framed as a sequential decision-making process,where the agent receives higher rewards/penalties for correctly/incorrectly classifying the minority/majority ***,the authors suggest an enhanced DE algorithm to initiate the backpropagation(BP)process,overcoming the initialisation sensitivity issue of gradient-based methods like back-propagation during the training *** effectiveness of the proposed model in diagnosing myocarditis is demonstrated through experimental results based on standard performance ***,this method shows promise in expediting the triage of CMR images for automatic screening,facilitating early detection and successful treatment of myocarditis.

The obvious response to an anytime, anywhere network in the current era of heterogeneous networks is MANET. It is a collection of wirelessly communicative mobile gadgets that operate on their own. In order to stop the damage that rogue network nodes could do, security in MANET is a crucial duty. A category of denial-of-service (DoS) assault, the wormhole attack bombards the network with numerous phoney packets and messages in an effort to exhaust its resources. Wormhole attacks are a particular type of network layer attack that imitates routing algorithms. Because of deep learning's exceptional performance in many detection and identification tasks, this research presents an approach for intelligent and effective attack detection in MANET. Our goal is to mimic a wormhole attack in a network environment with many wormhole tunnels. The CNN layer is used by the DCNNBiLSTM architecture to extract features from input data, and BiLSTMs are used to predict sequences. data breaches, identity theft, and the lack of user control within traditional digital identity management systems, it begs a more secure and decentralized alternative. In this study we propose a blockchain based digital identity management framework that implements privacy, security and transparency by employing distributed ledger technology. To provide tamper proof identity storage and automated verification, the proposed model uses cryptographic hashing and smart contracts. The use of a novel token-based access mechanism enables users to safely share their identity data with third parties, while keeping sensitive information out of sight. Security metrics are enhanced by 30% for data integrity with 45% reduction in unauthorized access attempts all through simulations. The framework also achieves improved efficiency reducing identity verification time by 40 percent compared to traditional systems. It offers a promising approach to address important vulnerabilities in centralized identity management in line with the development of marketable and user-friendly digital identity solutions. © 2025 IEEE.

This study illustrates the creation of an intelligent voice-recognition wheelchair for disabled persons who cannot manually man-oeuvre their wheelchairs. Using voice recognition, the patient operates the wheelchair, and a GPS device included in the wheelchair can track the patient's position and communicate the data to a Smartphone. To carry out the people's orders, the voice module V3 records and can recognize the patient's voice. This module converts the voice commands into letters, subsequently transmitted to the Wi-Fi module to operate the wheelchair. The Wi-Fi module sends commands to the motor drive for the wheels. In addition, three levels of motor speed adjustment are available: low, medium, and high. This device also utilizes an Infrared sensor to automatically identify obstacles, allowing the patient's family members to know exactly where they are. Disabled People can be used this device, which simultaneously provides a voice-controlled wheelchair, obstacle detection, motor speed control, and patient GPS tracking via mobile phone;it will be a successful solution for disabled people across the world. © 2023 IEEE.

Blockchain, initially developed as the underlying technology for Bitcoin, has garnered significant attention for its applications beyond cryptocurrency, particularly in complex non-monetary domains. Utilizing cryptographic methods like hashing and asymmetric encryption, combined with a distributed consensus model, Blockchain-based ledgers achieve high levels of security and immutability, effectively removing the need for third-party intermediaries. Meanwhile, the rapid growth in Internet of Things (IoT) devices being connected to networks raises substantial concerns around security and privacy. Addressing these security challenges is essential for the expanding IoT landscape. Business intelligence (BI) encompasses the tools and uses to gather, combine, examine, and display data about a specific firm. Using historical and current efficiency comparisons, these structures assist in formulating plans and choices to achieve better outcomes in the future. Additionally, it helps firms determine which business issues and industry trends require attention. It has several benefits, such as increasing responsibility and efficiency, but it carries some disadvantages, such as being expensive, complicated, and time-consuming to adopt. Using big data-driven approaches to optimize talent recruitment is essential for improved decisions in the cutthroat world of BI. The efficacy of many machine learning algorithms to increase recruiting performance and accuracy is compared in this investigation. For optimizing, cross-validating, and hyperparameter modification were employed. The Random Forest (RF) algorithm has the greatest accuracy (92.9%), trailed by the Gradient Boosting Classifying system (92.6%) and the neural network (NNs) models (92.7%). These findings imply that sophisticated ML algorithms, in particular RF and NN, can greatly improve BI platforms' hiring procedures. Recruiters can benefit from this research's insightful recommendations for incorporating advanced ML methods into talent recruitment plans. © 2025 IEEE.

Deepfakes are artificial intelligence-generated multimedia, primarily videos or audio, that effectively edit or invent information by superimposing one person's likeness or voice onto that of another. They use deep learning techniques such as GAN s to generate hyper-realistic simulations that blur the line between reality and fiction. Deepfakes encompass everything from political satire to possible concerns in the fields of disinformation, privacy invasion, and cybersecurity. Understanding deepfakes is critical in an age when manipulated media may influence public opinion and undermine confidence. The primary objective of this paper is to provide a holistic overview of deepfake technology, shedding light on both its creative potential and inherent risks. Through a systematic exploration of the evolution, applications, techniques, and detection strategies, we aim to equip readers with an informed perspective on this ever-evolving field. By synthesizing existing knowledge and insights, this paper intends to contribute to the ongoing discourse surrounding deepfakes, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions, develop effective countermeasures, and anticipate the future trajectory of this technology.
