This research introduces an innovative Sign Language to Speech Conversion Model using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to address communication barriers for the people who are deaf and unable to hear properly. The model employs deep learning for the automatic extraction of spatial patterns from sign language images. A diverse sign language dataset is carefully curated, undergoing Pre-processing for improved quality. The CNN architecture, designed for adaptability, captures local and global features, enabling accurate *** the training phase, the model learns to map sign language gestures to spoken language representations. Performance evaluation methods which include accuracy, recall, precision and F1 score, demonstrate the effectiveness of the model. Results underscore the significance for the deaf community. For the cause of evolution of agriculture to its next generation, the introduction of A.I. and data-driven approach is going to be an important part of the agricultural industry that as per our vision would offer numerous economic, environmental and social benefits. Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) is providing more benefits since the weather and other environmental conditions is controlled and predictable. In CEA, the benefits include enhanced productivity in yield, reduced environmental footprints and better resource management. Our solution uses the adoption of Generative AI to visually forecast the potential yield of a crop using stable diffusion and conditional prompts additionally implementing several Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) architectures for data generation, augmentation and super-resolution. Our proposed system also adopts generative AI for real time monitoring of plants. studying their respective conditions and their autonomous cultivation and harvesting patterns. The dataset used contained over 8479 examples for different fruits alongside annotations. This data was used to train the detection models as well categorically feed the GANs for data generation. data generated by DCGAN has a structural similarity of 0.5-0.7 whereas data generated by pix2pix network returns us a structural similarity of 0.7-0.9. © 2024 IEEE.

The number of cases of violence and fights has been increasing around the world. With the use of CCTV, such incidents can be recorded but the detection of Violence is a major issue around the globe, and it plays a vital role in the safety and security of the area. It helps in effective surveillance and law enforcement. The effectiveness of any violence detection system depends on the speed and accuracy with which it detects the events and how it performs over different types of videos of varied sizes and formats. In the proposed algorithm, the dataset used contains videos of different types and scenarios to help the model understand and train better. To improve the overall effectiveness of the model, Lightweight CNN MobileNetV2 has been used along with that Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM) has been used. The accuracy rate of the proposed model is 98%. © 2024 IEEE.

Detecting deepfake content presents a formidable challenge, necessitating advanced methodologies. This paper proposes a holistic strategy employing Facenet-pytorch, MTCNN, and InceptionResnetV1 for robust deepfake detection. Facenet-pytorch serves as the cornerstone for facial feature recognition, while MTCNN efficiently identifies faces in images during preprocessing. InceptionResnetV1 scrutinizes visual details to detect subtle anomalies indicative of manipulation, such as unnatural facial expressions and incongruent lip synchronization. Our approach underscores the importance of maintaining a delicate balance between accurate detection and individual privacy rights. By leveraging these advanced models, we achieve significant strides in differentiating manipulated content from authentic media, contributing to the ethical deployment of deepfake detection technologies. © 2024 IEEE.

The human brain has a simple time analyzing and processing images. The brain is able to rapidly deconstruct and distinguish an image's various components when the eye perceives it. With the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as its foundation, this research suggests deep learning conceptual models. When the algorithms are compared, it becomes clear that CNN-based classification of handwritten alphabets performs better than other algorithms in terms of accuracy. The Manual Net, Alex Net, and LeNet Architectures are among the CNN algorithms employed in this research. The convulational layer, max pooling, flattening, feature assortment, rectifier lined unit, and completely linked softmaxx layers are each components of the aforementioned designs. The proposed network is tested using an image dataset comprising 530 training photos and 2756 testing images. The top precision and cost-efficient model will be used in the Django context to build a handler line for supplying the appeal to be recognized and obtaining the productivity outcome of recognized appeal. © 2024 IEEE.

Bilevel optimization has been recently applied to many machine learning tasks. However, their applications have been restricted to the supervised learning setting, where static objective functions with benign structures are considered. But bilevel problems such as incentive design, inverse reinforcement learning (RL), and RL from human feedback (RLHF) are often modeled as dynamic objective functions that go beyond the simple static objective structures, which pose significant challenges of using existing bilevel solutions. To tackle this new class of bilevel problems, we introduce the first principled algorithmic framework for solving bilevel RL problems through the lens of penalty formulation. We provide theoretical studies of the problem landscape and its penalty-based (policy) gradient algorithms. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our algorithms via simulations in the Stackelberg game and RLHF. Copyright 2024 by the author(s)

The secure authentication of user data is crucial in various sectors, including digital banking, medical applications and e-governance, especially for images. Secure communication protects against data tampering and forgery, thereby bolstering the foundation for informed decision-making, whether managing traffic, enhancing public safety, or monitoring environmental conditions. Conventional visual cryptographic protocols offer solutions, particularly for color images, though they grapple with challenges such as high computational demands and reliance on multiple cover images. Additionally, they often require third-party authorization to verify the image integrity. On the other hand, visual cryptography offers a streamlined approach. It divides images into shares, where each pixel represented uniquely, thus allowing visual decryption without complex computations. The optimized multi-tiered authentication protocol (OMTAP), which is integrated with the visual sharing scheme (VSS), takes secure image sharing to the next level. It reduces share count, prioritizes image fidelity and transmission security, and introduces the self-verification of decrypted image integrity through asymmetric key matrix generators, thus eliminating external validation. Rigorous testing has confirmed OMTAP's robustness and broad applicability, thereby ensuring that decrypted images maintain their quality with a peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) of 40 dB and full integrity at the receiver's end. © 2024 American institute of Mathematical sciences. The exponential growth of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) in various applications underscores the critical need for energy-efficient routing protocols to extend network lifespan. This paper introduces the Energy-Efficient Ant Routing Algorithm, a novel bioinspired routing strategy derived from ant colony optimization (ACO), which integrates traditional pheromone mechanisms with dynamic energy-aware adaptations to prioritize routes through nodes with higher residual energy levels, thereby balancing load and prolonging network functionality. The model’s adaptive pheromone updating mechanism, which considers both the cumulative path energy cost and the minimum residual energy of nodes along the path, encourages the use of energy-efficient routes and mitigates rapid energy depletion in critical network areas. This approach not only extends operational network lifetime but also supports higher data reliability and throughput in challenging WSN scenarios. The results of the proposed model demonstrated significant improvements over traditional ACO and other common energy-aware routing protocols. The network lifespan is extended by ~ 25% compared to standard ACO and by 15% compared to the best-performing conventional energy-aware routing protocol under the same conditions. Furthermore, EEARA achieved a 20% reduction in average energy consumption per node and enhanced the data delivery ratio by 10% due to more stable routing paths. The results underline the model’s potential as a scalable, efficient routing solution for energy-limited networks, promising substantial improvements in sustainable network operations. © 2025 by Begell House, Inc.

The main objective of this project is to create a user-friendly intelligent chatbot for Medical guidance and support. This application has been classified into two different modes based on user preference, those are Online and Offline modes of interaction. In the Online mode of interaction, there is no need for any automation, there will be a real person at the other end answering user queries. Users can even ask for untrained data and will receive instant replies. This application is similar to a normal chat application, but the main disadvantage is that a real person is needed at the other end at all times. In the Offline mode of conversation which is entirely automated the user will be performing an interaction with the chatbot itself. The chatbot must consist of data sets and trained data collection, in this process there is no need for any real person, the chatbot itself will reply instantly based on the trained data. The chatbot will be more accurate when a large number of data is trained. This application is compatible with working in various browsers and varied networks. The Admin of the application plays a significant role. Admin can access all the given functions and is responsible for data training. data training plays a vital role in this application, the trained data will be used by the chatbot while answering user queries i.e. Offline mode. This chatbot application can be accessed by several users at the same time, where IP address plays the main role. The main function of this application is that user can post their corresponding queries and the application will be providing relevant information based on queries. The Latest Modern chatbots are used in applications where simple interaction is needed, for example, service and marketing technology to provide answers such as products, services, and consultancy. If the customer's queries don't match with the trained data sets, the customer will be escalated to manual interaction i.e. Online mode. © 2024 IE
