Mobile Ad-Hoc network is a self-configuring and multi-hop collection of mobile devices for making successful communication. The wireless and mobile communication process are encountered based on bandwidth, process control and energy conception. Energy conception is considered and dynamically changed to rely on life time of batteries and power. The life time of battery get exhausted very quickly the nodes are moved and changed rapidly across the network. This paper noticed the problem of life time of power, batteries and energy consumption problem in various routing stages. The proposed Intelligent Gen Algorithm is used to get optimal solution for ensuring high robustness, flexibility and Energy consumption factor. It presents a common framework to balance various routing requirements in MANETs dynamically. The following are the main contributions includes, i. introducing Intelligent GEN Algorithms to classify the throughout bandwidth, delay, data ratio. ii. Various routing performance are evaluated and viewed by speed, packetize and simulation time. The comparison evaluated by select routing algorithm using NS-2. The simulation results are recorded and the performance is monitored by using on demand access protocl. One of the most severe issues in the context of rapidly growing intelligent cities is the safety of pedestrians at urban crosswalks. To address this issue, the system developed an embedded vision system for real-time pedestrian detection and to enhance safety at crosswalks. A camera module captures real-time video, an image processor analyzes the captured data using a pedestrian detection algorithm, and a microcontroller manages the system's other functions. Our system can accurately identify pedestrians inside the crossing area using deep learning-based object detection models. If pedestrians are detected, an LED warning system alerts drivers to either slow down or stop, drastically decreasing the possibility of an accident. A real-time pedestrian count and any applicable safety warnings are also shown on an LCD screen. By connecting with existing systems, this smart technology may significantly improve the security of smart cities for pedestrians. Preliminary testing has demonstrated the technology has great potential for deployment in real-world urban environments. © 2023 IEEE.

Climate change poses significant challenges globally, impacting ecosystems, economies, and societies. Accurate prediction of climate impacts is crucial for developing effective mitigation strategies and informed policy decisions. Traditional predictive models often struggle to capture the complex interactions between environmental and socio-economic factors, necessitating advanced approaches that leverage diverse data sources and sophisticated algorithms. This study presents a robust predictive framework integrating convolutional neural networks (CNN) and XGBoost, optimized by the whale optimization algorithm (WOA). The proposed model leverages high-resolution satellite imagery and socio-economic data, combining spatial feature extraction with advanced machine learning techniques to enhance prediction accuracy and efficiency. We evaluate the model’s performance against baseline models and various optimization techniques, including particle swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA). The integrated CNN and XGBoost model optimized by WOA significantly outperforms these benchmarks, achieving an accuracy of 98%, with substantial improvements in precision, recall, F1-score, and redundant phrases, and focuses directly on the core points to enhance clarity such as mean squared error (MSE), area under the curve (AUC), specificity, sensitivity, mean absolute error (MAE), and R². The results highlight the efficacy of the proposed approach in capturing complex environmental and socio-economic interactions, providing a powerful tool for climate impact assessment and decision-making. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024.

In recent years, Pretraining Language Models based on Transformers -Natural Language Processing (PLMT-NLP) have been highly successful in nearly every NLP task. In the beginning, Generative Pre-trained model-based Transformer, BERT- Bidirectional Encoder model Representations using Transformers was used to develop these models. Models constructed on transformers, Self-supervise knowledge acquiring, and transfer learning establish the foundation of these designs. Transformed-based pre-trained models acquire common linguistic illustrations from vast amounts of textual information through self-supervised model and apply this information to downstream tasks. To eliminate the need to retrain downstream models, these models provide a solid foundation of knowledge. In this paper, the enhanced learning on PLMT-NLP has been discussed. Initially, a quick introduction to self-supervised learning is presented, then diverse core concepts used in PLMT-NLP are explained. Furthermore, a list of relevant libraries for working with PLMT-NLP has been provided. Lastly, the paper discusses about the upcoming research directions that will further improve these models. Because of its thoroughness and relevance to current PLMT-NLP developments, this survey study will positively serve as a valuable resource for those seeking to understand both basic ideas and new developments better. © 2022 IEEE.

In order to improve the efficiency of warehouse outbound delivery and avoid local congestion of AGVs, this paper considers both strategies of AGVs path optimization and tasks balancing in the warehouse. In this paper, the A * algorithm is improved. Different estimation functions are used in different areas to more accurately depict the distance relationship between each point pair, and efficiently calculate the shortest feasible path from each storage location to each picking station. At the same time, the outbound tasks are planned reasonably. By establishing a 0-1 integer programming model and using Gurobi to solve it, tasks are allocated regularly to each picking station in the warehouse to maintain the workload balance among the picking areas. The experimental results show that the above strategies reduce the maximum working time of each picking area from 1793t seconds to 1511t seconds, and effectively reduce the total mileage of AGVs and the probability of AGV local congestion. © 2023 SPIE.

This paper describes spatially aware Artificial Intelligence, GeoAI, tailored for small organizations such as NGOs in resource constrained contexts where access to large datasets, expensive compute infrastructure and AI expertise may be restricted. We furthermore consider future scenarios in which resource-intensive, large geospatial models may homogenize the representation of complex landscapes, and suggest strategies to prepare for this condition.

We study a class of prediction problems in which relatively few observations have associated responses, but all observations include both standard covariates as well as additional "helper" covariates. While the end goal is to make high-quality predictions using only the standard covariates, helper covariates can be exploited during training to improve prediction. Helper covariates arise in many applications, including forecasting in time series;incorporation of biased or mis-calibrated predictions from foundation models;and sharing information in transfer learning. We propose "prediction aided by surrogate training" (PAST), a class of methods that exploit labeled data to construct a response estimator based on both the standard and helper covariates;and then use the full dataset with pseudo-responses to train a predictor based only on standard covariates. We establish guarantees on the prediction error of this procedure, with the response estimator allowed to be constructed in an arbitrary way, and the final predictor fit by empirical risk minimization over an arbitrary function class. These upper bounds involve the risk associated with the oracle data set (all responses available), plus an overhead that measures the accuracy of the pseudo-responses. This theory characterizes both regimes in which PAST accuracy is comparable to the oracle accuracy, as well as more challenging regimes where it behaves poorly. We demonstrate its empirical performance across a range of applications, including forecasting of societal ills over time with future covariates as helpers;prediction of cardiovascular risk after heart attacks with prescription data as helpers;and diagnosing pneumonia from chest X-rays using machine-generated predictions as helpers. © 2024, CC BY.

The growth of video content in recent years is a challenging problem due to increased memory storage and time consuming for analyzing content of the video. Therefore, there is a need to reduce the content for human usage. This paper presents a keyframes technique that uses co-occurrence matrix and permutation computation for perceptual video summarization (PVS). The Human Visual System (HVS) needs to incorporate the PVS. It helps to allow for the importance of perceptually significant contents. The proposed method uses different kinds of videos to evaluate the effectiveness of the work. The subjective evaluation scores have evaluated the proposed work. © 2023 IEEE.

In general, the innovative foods produced on fruit and vegetable based farms are always high quality and healthy. Indicators of fruit and vegetable consumption include plasma vitamin C and arytenoids, which are plant pigments discovered in blood samples. The researchers decided to utilize blood samples rather than the more common food frequency questionnaire in their investigation. to assess the amount of food consumed in order to forestall measuring errors and to establish dependencies. Because vitamin C and arytenoids may be found in a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, we can use them as objective measures of our consumption of these food groups. The fact that individuals who do not consume a diet that is abundant in fruits and vegetables do not consume significant quantities of vitamin C and arytenoids is reflected in the plasma levels of these individuals. In this paper a smart machine learning algorithm was proposed to predict the micro plasma impacts. This monitors the regular shape and harvesting of different farm fresh products and predicts the impacts of it. This will helpful for farmers to enhance the harvesting. © 2023 IEEE.

Presently,customer retention is essential for reducing customer churn in telecommunication *** churn prediction(CCP)is important to predict the possibility of customer retention in the quality of *** risks of customer churn also get essential,the rise of machine learning(ML)models can be employed to investigate the characteristics of customer ***,deep learning(DL)models help in prediction of the customer behavior based characteristic *** the DL models necessitate hyperparameter modelling and effort,the process is difficult for research communities and business *** this view,this study designs an optimal deep canonically correlated autoencoder based prediction(ODCCAEP)model for competitive customer dependent application *** addition,the O-DCCAEP method purposes for determining the churning nature of the *** O-DCCAEP technique encompasses preprocessing,classification,and hyperparameter ***,the DCCAE model is employed to classify the churners or ***,the hyperparameter optimization of the DCCAE technique occurs utilizing the deer hunting optimization algorithm(DHOA).The experimental evaluation of the O-DCCAEP technique is carried out against an own dataset and the outcomes highlighted the betterment of the presented O-DCCAEP approach on existing approaches.
