The basic electrical properties of the Au/(PVC:RuO2)/n-Si (MPS) structures were investigated using reverse bias capacitance-voltage (C-V) measurements at room temperature across a wide frequency range (5 kHz - 5 MHz). The main electrical parameters such as concentration of donor atoms (ND), diffusion potential (VD), depletion layer thickness (WD), Fermi energy level (EF), barrier height (ΦB), and maximum electric field (Em) were extracted for each measured frequency by using both the slop and intercept point of reverse bias C−2- V curves. The ΦB, WD, and EF values are increasing with increased frequency, while the ND and Em values exponentially decrease. Furthermore, the surface-states (NSS) were evaluated using the low–high-frequency capacitance technique. The obtained parameters are strongly dependent on voltage and frequency, and NSS is particularly effective in both inversion and depletion regions at low frequencies. These findings suggest that the NSS and PVC:RuO2 organic interlayers are more effective in C-V-F measurements. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Image classification being widely applied to computer vision is an im-age processing method to distinguish the different category targets according to the different features reflected by the image information. BOW-SVM is a relative-ly typical image classification method with higher precision, however, it's unsatis-factory in operation performance. To improve the performance and precision more efficiently, a high-efficiency image classification method based on HOG-PCA is proposed. First of all, it is to make the feature whitening by extracting the Histogram of Oriented Gradients(HOG) features, secondly, make the random down-sampling for the scale unification, afterwards, adopt the principal component analysis(PCA) for feature mapping and finally make the nearest neighbor classification through the minimum two-order norm determination. In the experiment, the proposed method is realized and tested on the P ASCAL 2012 data set through C++ on the basis of OPENCV and Darwin to compare the precision and operation performance of this method and BOW-SVM method;according to the experiment, the proposed has higher precision and better operation performance.

with the popularization and development of science and technology, mobile phone, tablet and computer has become the necessities of people, whether work or life, the emergence of science and technology, development and rich brought a whole new world for human civilization, including electronic information in time and space communication provides convenient conditions for people, especially the image processing technology, in the life is very broad. At present, smart phones have become extremely common, and users have a huge demand for images. Every link is inseparable from the formation, acquisition, transmission and acceptance of images. However, in every link, images will be more or less polluted by noise, resulting in users' inability to obtain the desired image effect. However, if the noise is directly optimized or removed, the accuracy of the image will be affected. Therefore, the advanced noise removal technology plays a crucial role in the efficient use of the image. Image superpixel is to gather pixels with similar attributes into a region to represent the image instead of pixels, so as to reduce the order of magnitude of the image atomic structure and further reduce the complexity of the subsequent image processing algorithm, which provides the possibility for the real-time performance of the image processing algorithm.

We proposed a maximum a posterior (MAP) framework for incorporating information from co-registered anatomical images into PET image reconstruction through a novel anato-functional joint prior. The characteristic of the utilized hyperbolic potential function is determinate by the voxel intensity differences within the anatomical image, while the penalization is computed based on voxel intensity differences in reconstructed PET images. Using realistic simulated short time 18 FDG PET scan data, we optimized the performance of the proposed MAP reconstruction with the joint prior (JP-MAP), and compared its performance with conventional 3D maximum likelihood expectation maximization (MLEM) and MAP reconstructions. The proposed JP-MAP reconstruction algorithm resulted in quantitatively enhanced reconstructed images, as demonstrated in extensive 18 FDG PET simulation study.

Wireless technology has gained much interest in industrial automation due to its flexibility, mobility, ease of installation, and lower cost. Wireless systems, in general, require additional and different engineering and maintenance tasks, for example cryptographic key management for security. The pace of application in process control has been impeded, however, by concern about the risks involved in incorporating wireless paths in feedback loops and making the accommodations necessary for reliable control. The issue is that there are conflicts between maintaining control loop performance and the usual objectives in managing a wireless sensor network. In this paper, we take a holistic approach that addresses safety, reliability and security in two primary aspects: communication and control; thus we hope to contribute a more complete roadmap for developing safe and secure wireless networked control systems. This proposed framework represents a synthesis of two formerly separate bodies of research, one primarily focussed on communication requirements for safety and security and the other on safe and reliable controls.

This paper investigates the area spectral efficiency (ASE) of infrastructure-relay enhanced single-cell wireless system. ASE serves as an attractive alternative performance metric by taking into account of the relatively smaller spatial footprint of relay transmission steps. We extend the notion of ASE into relay transmission scenario and derive its accurate mathematical expressions as a function of the coverage distances and transmitting power of both the BS and RSs with the consideration of the random user locations and the impact of path loss and fading effect. We show through selected numerical examples that the relay enhanced systems have the potential to achieve much better ASE performance over the conventional systems.

In this paper, we present a new multiuser beamforming transmission scheme for multiuser multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) systems. The new scheme is built upon the conventional single-user random beamforming system and to design the additional beamforming vectors in order to minimize the interuser interference. We analytically quantify the sum-rate performance of the resulting incremental beamforming scheme. We showed through selected numerical examples that the proposed scheme can offer considerable sum-rate performance gain with limited additional system complexity.

In this paper, we present a low-complexity coordinated beamforming transmission scheme for multiuser multiple-input-single-output (MISO) systems. With a minimum overhead signaling, the proposed scheme selects the beamforming vector and users while considering the interference from other cells. We develop the exact analytical expressions of the ergodic sum-rate for the resulting system for dual-cell scenario. Based on the analytical results, we compare the performance of the proposed scheme with other MISO transmission schemes in multiple cell environment, and then analyze their respective superiority and shortcomings. We show through selected numerical examples that our proposed coordinated beamforming scheme achieves tremendous performance gain over conventional schemes while only requiring beam index sharing between base stations.

Congestion relief management (CRM) is introduced as one of ancillary services in market structure. The CRM maintains the system operation within the security limits and defines the cost receiving and paying for congestion relief. It is important contents that how congestion relief cost is allocated to every participant in energy market. In this paper, a new strategy for congestion cost allocation in a pool-based market is proposed to improve the accuracy and equitability of the existing methods, also it can eliminates merchandising surplus and give correct signal to participants for each congested line separately. ISO determines how much congestion is related to every participant by using an index. This index termed as congestion allocation index (CAI) which is determined for every bus. This method is capable of allocating cost to every participant based on each participant's share in congested line. The numerical study is based on IEEE 30-bus system.

A novel design strategy has been proposed for multiple antenna elements in MIMO systems to maximize the system capacity. Firstly, one single antenna has been effectively designed by HFSS software. Since it is very difficult to optimize the MIMO antenna parameters using HFSS, the single antenna has been modeled by a magnetic current to be used in optimization procedure. The magnetic current distribution can be employed in reciprocity approach along with MoM analysis to calculate the field radiation pattern of antenna element in presence of practical ground plane. This approach provides a calculation method, which is very suitable for optimization purposes. The optimization has been performed on correlation coefficient between antenna elements to obtain the optimum physical parameters. Ultimately, the optimal design has been validated by HFSS simulation.
