In this paper,we present a novel adaptive performance control approach for strict-feedback nonparametric systems with unknown time-varying control coefficients,which mainly includes the following ***,by introducing several key transformation functions and selecting the initial value of the time-varying scaling function,the symmetric prescribed performance with global and semi-global properties can be handled uniformly,without the need for control ***,to handle the problem of unknown time-varying control coefficient with an unknown sign,we propose an enhanced Nussbaum function(ENF)bearing some unique properties and characteristics,with which the complex stability analysis based on specific Nussbaum functions as commonly used is no longer ***,by utilizing the core-function information technique,the nonparametric uncertainties in the system are gracefully handled so that no approximator is ***,simulation results verify the effectiveness and benefits of the approach.

This paper introduces XMeta-OS, a meta-operating system specially designed with Linux as its foundation to unify and optimize resource management for the distributed edge-cloud when dynamic use of GPU resources is possible. This approach offer a new GPU abstraction layer and dynamic edge-cloud allocation model that offer enhanced flexibility and resource utilization over existing systems like Kubernetes and OpenStack. By using likely sensitive data, the model applied cloud-pushed deployment model. XMeta-OS manages computer resources in real-time. Therefore, fulfilling high performance various needs. It allocates CPU and GPU in real-time to workloads requiring massive parallel processing, such as machine learning, scientific simulations, real-time data analytics, and transportation tasks. Fabrication in the laboratory of an edge-cloud environment can help to assess the scalability, fault tolerance and efficiency of the system. It showcases the overall architectural design of XMeta-OS. Changes to the kernel and security solutions for safe and effective distribution are suggested. This article presents the design of the XMeta-OS. The future of XMeta-OS entails usage and testing with which we see latency, energy, computation and other such measurements in labs. XMeta-OS is a solution to cost performance, emerging application, large-scale edge-cloud deployments, and distributed GPU-enabled infrastructures. This article introduces a comprehensive approach for designing and analyzing signal integrity in heterogeneous integrated systems that incorporate neuromorphic Darwin chips. The proposed integrated system architecture includes a neuromorphic Darwin chip, digital signal processing unit, microcontroller unit, field programmable gate arrays, and coding and decoding modules to encode and reconstruct analog spiking signals. The study evaluates the encoding module and the heterogeneous integration structure and conducts signal integrity analysis. To achieve optimal signal integrity performance, the article proposes a novel binocular eye diagram analysis technique. This innovative approach guides the encoding algorithm modification and improves the overall system performance. This research is the first to combine joint field-circuit simulation, heterogeneous integration modeling, and signal integrity analysis of the Darwin neuromorphic chip, and it is expected to serve as a valuable reference for future studies on similar systems. © 2022 IEEE.

Achieving higher throughput is one of the most important requirements of a modern microcontroller. It is therefore not affordable for it to waste a considerable number of clock cycles in branch mispredictions. This paper proposes a novel mechanism that makes microcontrollers forgo branch predictors and thereby eliminate branch mispredictions. Further, we synthesized the proposed design with 7nm FinFET process and compared its latency with other designs to make sure that the microcontroller's operating frequency is not degraded by using this design. The proposed technique is implemented as five different modules that work together to forward required operands, resolve branches without prediction, and calculate the next instruction's address in the first stage of an in-order five stage pipelined micro-architecture. Since the address of successive instruction to a control transfer instruction is calculated in the first stage of pipeline, branch prediction is no longer necessary, thereby eliminating the clock cycle penalties occurred when using a branch predictor. The designed system was tested using test-bench with modifications to make the test-code compatible with the designed architecture. The designed architecture was able to successfully calculate the address of next correct instruction and fetch it without any wastage of clock cycles. Moreover, the latency of instruction fetch stage of pipeline integrated with the proposed architecture is 330 ps (3 GHz approx.) which is more than the operating frequencies of microcontrollers. Therefore, the proposed design can be integrated in high performance microcontrollers. © 2023 IEEE.

The noise margin during the write operation in SRAMs is investigated by implementing a negative bitline voltage scheme in this paper. Negative bitline improves the write static noise margin of the SRAM bitcells during a write operation;however, this can cause degraded hold static noise margin of unaccessed cells in the array, called column half-select. Applying a negative wordline voltage on unaccessed rows in an array under negative bitline shows that the degraded hold static noise margin of unaccessed cells can be improved. Fundamentally, the dependence of negative bitline on Vmin,hold of unaccessed cells is negated by applying negative wordline. This allows for a more aggressive scaling of Vmin,hold, resulting in a 77.8% reduction in static power. By applying a complementary negative wordline voltage to counter the half-select condition in columns, the write static noise margin of cells in accessed rows was also boosted by 23% without any degradation in hold static margins of unaccessed cells. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, a RAZOR-based in-situ monitoring scheme is described for process variation characterization and silicon debug in SRAM arrays. The scheme can identify whether the datapath being monitored has slowed-down due to process variation or hard errors. This information can be used to estimate the impact of process variation or hard errors on memory access time setting critical path in SRAM arrays. Pre-silicon characterized datapath delay via selectable data delay lines referred to as data TRIMs are obtained via SPICE simulations. These pre-silicon data TRIMs, along with post-silicon error output can be used to estimate the datapath slow-down with a margin of error. The margin of error can be reduced by using finer granularity in data TRIMs but comes at the cost of area and power overheads. The scheme can be shared across multiple SRAM arrays, and can also be used in a column-by-column manner to test memory access time with respect to individual bitcells in an array. This provides a deep level of visibility into SRAM macros post-silicon for debug purposes too. The scheme can estimate the slow-down on memory access time setting critical path in global TT corner with up to 99.2 % accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Improving the restoration efficiency of a distribution system is essential to enhance the ability of power systems to deal with extreme *** distribution system restoration(DSR)depends on the interaction among the electric network(EN),cyber network(CN),and traffic network(TN).However,the coordination of these three networks and codispatching of multiple recovery resources have been mostly *** paper proposes a novel DSR framework,which is formulated as a mixed-integer linear programming(MILP)*** failures in cyber lines result in cyber blind areas,which restrict the normal operation of remote-controlled *** accelerate the recovery process,multiple recovery resources are utilized including electric maintenance crews(EMCs),cyber maintenance crews(CMCs),and emergency communication vehicles(ECVs).Specifically,CMCs and ECVs restore the cyber function of switches in cooperation,and EMCs repair damaged electric *** travel time of these three dispatchable resources is determined by *** effectiveness and superiority of the proposed framework are verified on the modified IEEE 33-node and 123-node test systems.

Nowadays,the security of images or information is very *** paper introduces a proposed hybrid watermarking and encryption technique for increasing medical image ***,the secret medical image is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)***,the secret report of the patient is embedded into the encrypted secret medical image with the Least Signiﬁcant Bit(LSB)watermarking *** that,the encrypted secret medical image with the secret report is concealed in a cover medical image,using Kekre’s Median Codebook Generation(KMCG)***,the stego-image obtained is split into 16 ***,it is sent to the *** adopt this strategy to send the secret medical image and report over a network *** proposed technique is assessed with different encryption quality metrics including Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),Correlation Coefﬁcient(Cr),Fea-ture Similarity Index Metric(FSIM),and Structural Similarity Index Metric(SSIM).Histogram estimation is used to conﬁrm the matching between the secret medical image before and after *** results demonstrate that the proposed technique achieves good performance with high quality of the received medical image and clear image details in a very short processing time.
