While the recent literature has seen a surge in the study of constrained bandit problems, all existing methods for these begin by assuming the feasibility of the underlying problem. We initiate the study of testing such feasibility assumptions, and in particular address the problem in the linear bandit setting, thus characterising the costs of feasibility testing for an unknown linear program using bandit feedback. Concretely, we test if ∃x : Ax ≥ 0 for an unknown A ∈ m×d, by playing a sequence of actions xt ∈ d, and observing Axt + noise in response. By identifying the hypothesis as determining the sign of the value of a minimax game, we construct a novel test based on low-regret algorithms and a nonasymptotic law of iterated logarithms. We prove that this test is reliable, and adapts to the 'signal level,' Γ, of any instance, with mean sample costs scaling as Õ(d2/Γ2). We complement this by a minimax lower bound of Ω(d/Γ2) for sample costs of reliable tests, dominating prior asymptotic lower bounds by capturing the dependence on d, and thus elucidating a basic insight missing in the extant literature on such problems. In this work, we introduce a class of black-box(BB) reductions called committed-programming reduction(CPRed) in the random oracle model(ROM) and obtain the following interesting results:(1) we demonstrate that some well-known schemes, including the full-domain hash(FDH) signature(Eurocrypt1996) and the Boneh-Franklin identity-based encryption(IBE) scheme(Crypto 2001), are provably secure under CPReds;(2) we prove that a CPRed associated with an instance-extraction algorithm implies a reduction in the quantum ROM(QROM). This unifies several recent results, including the security of the Gentry-Peikert-Vaikuntanathan IBE scheme by Zhandry(Crypto 2012) and the key encapsulation mechanism(KEM) variants using the Fujisaki-Okamoto transform by Jiang et al.(Crypto 2018) in the ***, we show that CPReds are incomparable to non-programming reductions(NPReds) and randomly-programming reductions(RPReds) formalized by Fischlin et al.(Asiacrypt 2010).

Previous works on unsupervised skeleton-based action recognition primarily focused on strategies for utilizing features to drive model optimization through methods like contrastive learning and reconstruction. However, designing application-level strategies poses challenges. This paper shifts the focus to the generation-level modelings and introduces the Spatiotemporal Adaptively Attentions-guided Refining Network (AgRNet). AgRNet approaches the reduction of costs and enhancement of efficiency by constructing the Adaptive Activity- Guided Attention (AAGA) and Adaptive Dominant-Guided Attenuation (ADGA) modules. The AAGA leverages the sparsity of the correlation matrix in the attention mechanism to adaptively filter and retain the active components of the sequence during the modeling process. The ADGA embeds the local dominant features of the sequence, obtained through convolutional distillation, into the globally dominant features under the attention mechanism, guided by the defined attenuation factor. Additionally, the Progressive Feature Modeling (PFM) module is introduced to complement the progressive features in motion sequences that were overlooked by AAGA and ADGA. electrical system planning of the large-scale offshore wind farm is usually based on N-1 security for equipment lectotype. However, in this method, owing to the aggregation effect in large-scale offshore wind farms, offshore electrical equipment operates under low load for long periods, thus wasting resources. In this paper, we propose a method for electrical system planning of the large-scale offshore wind farm based on the N+ design. A planning model based on the power-limited operation of wind turbines under the N+ design is constructed, and a solution is derived with the optimization of the upper power limits of wind turbines. A comprehensive evaluation and game analysis of the economy, risk of wind abandonment, and environmental sustainability of the planned offshore electrical systems have been conducted. Moreover, the planning of an infield collector system, substation, and transmission system of an offshore electrical system based on the N+ design is integrated. For a domestic offshore wind farm, evaluation results show that the proposed planning method can improve the efficiency of wind energy utilization while greatly reducing the investment cost of the electrical system.
