Mobile prices play a pivotal role in determining their popularity amongst consumers and their competitive standing within the market. As customers consider their budget while evaluating a mobile phone's specifications and design, estimating the price beforehand becomes essential to cater to their needs and expectations. Hence, accurately forecasting mobile phone prices is a vital step in the product launch process to remain competitive and assess the market dynamics and competitors. The primary aim of this research is to determine the true market value of mobile phones. In this research, the dataset was extracted by means of utilizing a web scraping process from the flipkart website. The main objective of this research is to fetch the most recent dataset based on the most recent features. The extracted dataset is fitted into regression models such as linear regression, decision tree regressor, random forest regressor, KNN regressor, and gradient boosting regressor and performs the comparative analysis. The models are evaluated based on the mean absolute error metric. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have come a long way from the earlier days of conceptual theories, to being an integral part of today's technological society. Rapid growth of AI/ML and their penetration within a plethora of civilian and military applications, while successful, has also opened new challenges and obstacles. With almost no human involvement required for some of the new decision-making AI/ML systems, there is now a pressing need to gain better insights into how these decisions are made. This has given rise to a new field of AI research, explainable AI (XAI). In this article, we present a survey of XAI characteristics and properties. We provide an indepth review of XAI themes, and describe the different methods for designing and developing XAI systems, both during and post model-development. We include a detailed taxonomy of XAI goals, methods, and evaluation, and sketch the major milestones in XAI research. An overview of XAI for security and cybersecurity of XAI systems is also provided. Open challenges are delineated, and measures for evaluating XAI system robustness are described. © 2020 IEEE.

Out of Many, One: Designing and Scaffolding Proteins at the Scale of the Structural Universe with Genie 2

Protein diffusion models have emerged as a promising approach for protein design. One such pioneering model is Genie, a method that asymmetrically represents protein structures during the forward and backward processes, using simple Gaussian noising for the former and expressive SE(3)-equivariant attention for the latter. In this work we introduce Genie 2, extending Genie to capture a larger and more diverse protein structure space through architectural innovations and massive data augmentation. Genie 2 adds motif scaffolding capabilities via a novel multi-motif framework that designs co-occurring motifs with unspecified inter-motif positions and orientations. This makes possible complex protein designs that engage multiple interaction partners and perform multiple functions. On both unconditional and conditional generation, Genie 2 achieves state-of-the-art performance, outperforming all known methods on key design metrics including designability, diversity, and novelty. Genie 2 also solves more motif scaffolding problems than other methods and does so with more unique and varied solutions. Taken together, these advances set a new standard for structure-based protein design. Renewablepower to ammonia (RePtA) is a prominent zero-carbon pathway for decarbonization. Due to the imbalance between renewables and production energy demand, the RePtA system relies on electricity exchange with the power grid. Participating in the electricity market as a virtual power plant (VPP) may help to reduce energy costs. However, the power profile of local photovoltaics and wind turbines is similar to those in the market, resulting in rising energy costs under the conventional strategy. Hence, we develop a multi-timescale trading strategy for the RePtA VPP in the electricity, hydrogen, and ammonia markets. By utilizing the hydrogen and ammonia buffer systems, the RePtA VPP can optimally coordinate production planning. Moreover, we find it possible to describe the trading of electricity, ammonia, and hydrogen in a unified timeframe. The two-stage robust optimization model of the electricity market is extended to multiple markets and solved by the column and constraint generation (CC&G) algorithm. The case is derived from an actual project in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Sensitivity analysis demonstrates the economic advantages of the RePtA VPP joining multiple markets over the conventional strategy and reveals the necessity of the hydrogen and ammonia buffer and reactor flexibility. © 2023 IEEE.

A disease is a distinct abnormal state that significantly affects the functioning of all or part of an individual and is not caused by external harm. Diseases are frequently understood as medical conditions connected with distinct indications and symptoms. According to a fairly wide categorization, diseases can also be categorized as mental disorders, deficient diseases, genetic diseases, degenerative diseases, self-inflicted diseases, infectious diseases, non-infectious diseases, social diseases, and physical diseases. Prevention of the diseases is of multiple instances. Primary prevention seeks to prevent illness or harm before it ever happens. Secondary prevention tries to lessen the effect of an illness or damage that has already happened. This is done through diagnosing and treating illness or injury as soon as feasible to stop or delay its course, supporting personal ways to avoid recurrence or reinjury, and implementing programs to restore individuals to their previous health and function to prevent long-term difficulties. Tertiary prevention tries to lessen the impact of a continuing sickness or injury that has enduring repercussions. Diagnosis of the disease at an earlier stage is important for the treatment of the disease. Hence, in this study, deep learning algorithms, such as VGG16, EfficientNetB4, and ResNet, are utilized to diagnose various diseases, such as Alzheimer's, brain tumors, skin diseases, and lung diseases. Chest X-rays, MRI scans, CT scans, and skin lesions are used to diagnose the mentioned diseases. Transfer learning algorithms, such as VGG16, VGG19, ResNet, InceptionV3, and EfficientNetB4, are utilized to categorize various diseases. EfficientNetB4 with the learning rate annealing, having obtained an accuracy of 94.04% on the test dataset, is observed. As a consequence, we observed that every network has unique particular skills on the multi-disease dataset, which includes chest X-rays, MRI scans, etc., © The Author(s) 2024.

Machine learning (ML) is poised to play an important part in advancing the predicting capability in semiconductor device compact modeling domain. One major advantage of ML-based compact modeling is its ability to capture complex relationships and patterns in large datasets. Therefore, in this paper a novel design scheme based on dynamically adaptive neural network (DANN) is proposed to develop fast and accurate compact model (CM). This framework constitutes a powerful yet computationally efficient methodology and exhibits emergent dynamic behaviors. This paper demonstrates that the compact model based on ML can be designed to replicate the performance of conventional compact model for nanodevices. For this work, gate-all-around (GAA) nanosheet (NS) device characteristics are comprehensively analyzed for process variability sources using the proposed model. The device geometry parameters such as channel length, nanosheet width and nanosheet thickness are fed as input features to the DANN model. The adaptive neural network learns dynamically by updating weights of the model in accordance with the input features and achieves accurate neural weight convergence. The proposed model predicted the electrical characteristics of NS devices with less than 1% error rate. The model is also implemented and validated for the simulations of digital circuit designs such as inverter, and logic gates. ©;2023 The Authors.

This study addresses the affine formation maneuver control of cooperative multi-agent systems (MAS) having periodic inter-agent communication for both static and dynamic leader cases. Here, we focus on the leader-follower MASs. The primary aim of the control system is to steer the entire collection of agents to produce required patterns (geometric) along with any required maneuver through the direct control of only few a selected agents referred to as leaders. Most of the existing works are constrained to either the individual agents communicate with each other in continuous-time or the sample-data scenario where the leaders are stationary or have constant acceleration or velocities. Here, we consider the scenarios where the velocities of the leaders can be time-varying or constant. Here, different cases are addressed and some control laws are proposed. Conditions are established to help guarantee the overall stability of the systems. A simulation study is employed for the illustration of our proposed laws. © 2024 IEEE.

This article presents an experimental stand for the remote control of a D.C. motor used to drive a conveyor belt. This is based on two development boards Arduino Uno and two shields NRF24L01. The D. C. motor is supplied from a D.C. voltage source by means of the H type bridge. The emitter circuit sends the control signal generated through a potentiometer to the receptor circuit by means of radio waves at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. The receptor circuit receives the analogue signal emitted by the emitting circuit, transforms it into a PWM (pulse width modulation) signal and uses it for controlling the transistors of the H-bridge. For implementing and validating the remote control system of the D.C. motor two programs have been issued in the programming environment Arduino IDE for the two circuits. emitter and receptor. The remote control system of the D.C. motor has been running in the same way as the direct control of this. The remote control is used in the case of the electric actuation systems made with D.C. motors continuous used in spaces inaccessible to the human operator. © 2024 IEEE.
