Recent years have witnessed the increasing popularity of mobile and networking devices,as well as social networking sites,where users engage in a variety of activities in the cyberspace on a daily and real-time *** such systems provide tremendous convenience and enjoyment for users,malicious usages,such as bullying,cruelty,extremism,and toxicity behaviors,also grow noticeably,and impose significant threats to individuals and *** this paper,we review computational approaches for cyberbullying and cyberviolence detection,in order to understand two major factors:1)What are the defining features of online bullying users,and 2)How to detect cyberbullying and *** achieve the goal,we propose a user-activities-content(UAC)triangular view,which defines that users in the cyberspace are centered around the UAC triangle to carry out activities and generate ***,we categorize cyberbully features into three main categories:1)User centered features,2)Content centered features,and 3)Activity centered *** that,we review methods for cyberbully detection,by taking supervised,unsupervised,transfer learning,and deep learning,etc.,into *** UAC centered view provides a coherent and complete summary about features and characteristics of online users(their activities),approaches to detect bullying users(and malicious content),and helps defend cyberspace from bullying and toxicity.

Resonant beam communications (RBCom), which adopts oscillating photons between two separate retroreflectors for information transmission, exhibits potential advantages over other types of wireless optical communications (WOC). However, echo interference generated by the modulated beam reflected from the receiver affects the transmission of the desired information. To tackle this challenge, a synchronization-based point-to-point RBCom system is proposed to eliminate the echo interference, and the design for the transmitter and receiver is discussed. Subsequently,the performance of the proposed RBCom is evaluated and compared with that of visible light communications(VLC)and free space optical communications (FOC). Finally, future research directions are outlined and several implementation challenges of RBCom systems are highlighted.

Open canals are one of the most common and cost-effective methods in water supply networks;they are widely used in different industries such as agriculture, water and sewage treatment, urban drainage, pisciculture and water parks. Due to global warming, the demand in clean energy to replace fossil fuels has caused using water turbines in riverbeds and aqueducts to be important. On this basis, optimizing key parameters such as flow motion and canal turbulence is crucial to reduce breakdowns while designing canals. In fact, the inappropriate adjustment of velocity and pressure within the canals may lead to the system failure: imbalance between inlet and outlet will increase the water level and the pressure on canal walls thus, leading to breakdown. In this paper, a circular open canal was designed for a pisciculture system. The velocity and height of the water canal is controlled by the canal inlet and outlet system and the water flows continuously inside the canal. By keeping the canal water volume constant in any time and the flow motion with constant velocity, the system makes the fishes feel infinite movement. Furthermore, the water particles and impurities (e.g., food and fish feces) are removed by the outlet from the canal bottom, transferred to the filtration system, and returned to the fish farm by the canal inlet after the filtration procedure;the mentioned technique causes the water canal to be kept at its optimal level. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) has been used to simulate the canal flow. Solving the Navier-Stokes equations numerically and assuming incompressible, unsteady, and two-phase flow, the parameters of the canal flow were extracted. Also, by mounting the system outlet along the path of water movement, greatly reduces the adverse effects of the outlet suction force on the canal main flow. The development of high-performance optically transparent radio frequency(RF)radiators is limited by the intrinsic loss issue of transparent conductive films(TCFs).Instead of pursuing expensive endeavors to improve the TCFs'electrical properties,this study introduces an innovative approach that leverages leaky-wave mode manipulation to mitigate the TCFs'attenuating effect and maximize the RF *** finding reveals that the precise control of the mode confinement on glass-coated TCFs can create a low-attenuation window for leaky-wave propagation,where the total attenuation caused by TCF dissipation and wave leakage is effectively *** observed low-attenuation leaky-wave state on lossy TCFs originates from the delicate balance between wave leakage and TCF dissipation,attained at a particular glass cladding *** leveraging the substantially extended radiation aperture achieved under suppressed wave attenuation,this study develops an optically transparent antenna with an enhanced endfire realized gain exceeding 15 dBi and a radiation efficiency of 66%,which is validated to offer competitive transmission performance for advancing ubiquitous wireless communication and sensing applications.
