One of the major challenges in imaging biological tissues using optical techniques,such as optical coherence tomography(OCT),is the lack of light penetration due to highly turbid structures within the *** clearing techniques enable the biological samples to be more optically homogeneous,allowing for deeper penetration of light into the *** study investigates the effect of optical clearing utilizing various concentrations of glucose solution(10%,30%,and 50%)on porcine skin.A gold-plated mirror was imaged beneath the tissue and percentage clearing was determined by monitoring the change in reflected light intensity from the mirror over *** ratio of percentage clearing per tissue thickness for 10%,30% and 50% glucose was determined to be 4.7±1.6%mm^(−1)(n=6),10.6±2.0%mm^(−1)(n=7)and 21.8±2.2%mm^(−1)(n=5),*** was concluded that while higher glucose concentration has the highest optical clearing effect,a suitable concentration should be chosen for the purpose of clearing,considering the osmotic stress on the tissue sample.

Microprocessor aJ- 80 join together the advantages of programming in a higher programming language (as Java) and the system of one-chip controlling components (ATMEL, MICROCHIP, PIC, MOTOROLA etc.). Tested platform is suitable for Real Time - RT. We found several problems suitable for testing of the processor aJ-80 and its RT features to evaluate test platform. Active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) has been applied to solve various types of control problems across many engineering disciplines, but largely within the confine of minimum phase systems. This paper, however, explores systematically its applications to non-minimum phase (NMP) systems, particularly those with transfer functions that have right half plane zeros. It is first shown that, a regular ADRC controller, if not tuned carefully, could easily yield an undesirable solution for NMP systems. We then demonstrate the reasons behind the difficulty using transfer function analysis, leading to a solution in how we tune the ADRC for NMP systems. In particular, a systematic design and tuning procedure is obtained based on the relationship between the high frequency gain of the system and the controller bandwidth. Finally, the proposed method allows a user to easily make a tradeoff between the undershoot, which is unique in NMP systems, and the response time, using the frequency response method of gain and phase compensation.
