Belief propagation(BP)decoding outputs soft information and can be naturally used in iterative *** list(BPL)decoding provides comparable error-correction performance to the successive cancellation list(SCL)*** this paper,we firstly introduce an enhanced code construction scheme for BPL decoding to improve its errorcorrection ***,a GPU-based BPL decoder with adoption of the new code construction is ***,the proposed BPL decoder is tested on NVIDIA RTX3070 and *** results show that the presented BPL decoder with early termination criterion achieves above 1 Gbps throughput on RTX3070 for the code(1024,512)with 32 lists under good channel conditions.

In this article,multiple attribute decision-making problems are solved using the vague normal set(VNS).It is possible to generalize the vague set(VS)and q-rung fuzzy set(FS)into the q-rung vague set(VS).A log q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log q-rung NVWA),a log q-rung normal vague weighted geometric(log q-rung NVWG),a log generalized q-rung normal vague weighted averaging(log Gq-rung NVWA),and a log generalized q-rungnormal vagueweightedgeometric(logGq-rungNVWG)operator are discussed in this *** is provided of the scoring function,accuracy function and operational laws of the log q-rung *** algorithms underlying these functions are also described.A numerical example is provided to extend the Euclidean distance and the Humming ***,idempotency,boundedness,commutativity,and monotonicity of the log q-rung VS are examined as they facilitate recognizing the optimal alternative more quickly and help clarify *** chose five anemia patients with four types of symptoms including seizures,emotional shock or hysteria,brain cause,and high fever,who had either retrograde amnesia,anterograde amnesia,transient global amnesia,post-traumatic amnesia,or infantile *** numbers q are used to express the results of the *** demonstrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the models we are investigating,we compare several existing models with those that have been developed.

To support extremely high data rates in 6G wireless networks, reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) assisted communications have gained much attention in recent years. By controlling the phase shift of each reflecting element, the RIS can proactively modify the wireless propagation environment, thereby improving the signal quality for mmWave/THz systems. One important problem of multi-RIS-aided systems is that accurate channel estimation is difficult due to the heavy pilot overhead. In this paper, we propose a deep learning (DL)-based multi-RIS codeword selection scheme that selects multi-RIS codewords maximizing the sum rate of multi-RIS-aided systems. Specifically, we exploit the attention technique to calculate the impact of each RIS on the UE and emphasize the important reflected channels for multi-RIS codeword selection. From the simulation results, we demonstrate that the proposed scheme outperforms the benchmark schemes by a large margin. © 2023 IEEE.

The coexistence of coherent perfect absorber and laser or amplifier (CPAL) point is a peculiar spectral singularity associated with the scattering matrices of non-Hermitian systems. While the potential of CPAL systems for sensing application has been highlighted recently, the extreme sensitivity of parity-time (PT)-symmetric CPAL devices to the input signal deviations has so far impeded their practical utilization. Here we explore a strategy for implementing CPAL circuits by exploiting another type of non-Hermitian symmetry, namely anti-PT (APT) symmetry. We demonstrate that the condition for building CPAL in our proposed APT-symmetric electronic circuits additionally requires parity symmetry, which simplifies the circuit design and implementation. Additionally, we show that this newly proposed structure is 1.85 times more robust compared to previous CPAL devices studied in the literature.

A photovoltaic (PV) module's current-voltage (I-V) curve not only shows the maximum power point power (Pmax) but also its health, which is deduced by the shape of the I-V curve, especially at the standard test conditions (STC). For accurate degradation analysis, PV modules are often brought to the lab to simulate their STC I-V characteristics using solar simulators. This interrupts the normal operation of the PV modules and also puts the modules at risk of physical damage. In this work, we demonstrate that the proposed 'pseudo solar simulator' can be used as an innovative alternative approach to create pseudo STC I-V curves by using the two-diode electrical model to extract the PV parameters from field measured I-V curves, then using the ambient weather information to map the results to various conditions. A comparison between the laboratory measured and recreated pseudo STC I-V curves, for 3 modules, shows excellent agreement with 3% deviation for Pmax values. © 2024 IEEE.

Data with missing values,or incomplete information,brings some challenges to the development of classification,as the incompleteness may significantly affect the performance of *** this paper,we handle missing values in both training and test sets with uncertainty and imprecision reasoning by proposing a new belief combination of classifier(BCC)method based on the evidence *** proposed BCC method aims to improve the classification performance of incomplete data by characterizing the uncertainty and imprecision brought by *** BCC,different attributes are regarded as independent sources,and the collection of each attribute is considered as a ***,multiple classifiers are trained with each subset independently and allow each observed attribute to provide a sub-classification result for the query ***,these sub-classification results with different weights(discounting factors)are used to provide supplementary information to jointly determine the final classes of query *** weights consist of two aspects:global and *** global weight calculated by an optimization function is employed to represent the reliability of each classifier,and the local weight obtained by mining attribute distribution characteristics is used to quantify the importance of observed attributes to the pattern *** comparative experiments including seven methods on twelve datasets are executed,demonstrating the out-performance of BCC over all baseline methods in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,F1 measure,with pertinent computational costs.

A Novel Obstacle Avoidance Consensus Control for Multi-AUV Formation System

In this paper, the fixed-time event-triggered obstacle avoidance consensus control for a multi-AUV time-varying formation system in a 3D environment is presented by using an improved artificial potential field and leader-follower strategy(IAPF-LF). Firstly, the proposed fixed-time control can achieve the desired multi-AUV formation within a fixed settling time in any initial system state. Secondly, an event-triggered communication strategy is developed to govern the communication among AUVs, and the communication energy consumption can be decremented. The time-varying formation obstacle avoidance control algorithm based on IAPF-LF is designed to avoid static and dynamic obstacles, the desired formation is maintained in the presence of external disturbances, and there is no Zeno behavior under the fixed-time event-triggered consensus control *** stability of the system is proved by the Lyapunov function and inequality scaling. Finally, simulation examples and water pool experiments are reported to verify the performance of the proposed theoretical algorithms.
