The interpretability of deep learning models has emerged as a compelling area in artificial intelligence *** safety criteria for medical imaging are highly stringent,and models are required for an ***,existing convolutional neural network solutions for left ventricular segmentation are viewed in terms of inputs and ***,the interpretability of CNNs has come into the *** medical imaging data are limited,many methods to fine-tune medical imaging models that are popular in transfer models have been built using massive public Image Net datasets by the transfer learning ***,this generates many unreliable parameters and makes it difficult to generate plausible explanations from these *** this study,we trained from scratch rather than relying on transfer learning,creating a novel interpretable approach for autonomously segmenting the left ventricle with a cardiac *** enhanced GPU training system implemented interpretable global average pooling for graphics using deep *** deep learning tasks were *** included data management,neural network architecture,and *** system monitored and analyzed the gradient changes of different layers with dynamic visualizations in real-time and selected the optimal deployment *** results demonstrated that the proposed method was feasible and efficient:the Dice coefficient reached 94.48%,and the accuracy reached 99.7%.It was found that no current transfer learning models could perform comparably to the ImageNet transfer learning *** model is lightweight and more convenient to deploy on mobile devices than transfer learning models.

This article supplies a proposed approach Neuro Fuzzy Controller (NFC)-Adaptive Backstepping Controller (ABC)-Space Vector Modulation (SVM) for a five-level NPC inverter-Double Stator Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (DSIPMSM). This paper's primary objective is to enhance DSIPMSM's performance by the use of strong control using the proposed approach. Given its benefits - including high torque density, high efficiency, high power density, and minimal maintenance - DSIPMSM, have recently been the focus of much research. Using the input-output linearization approach and Lyapunov stability theory, asymptotically stable trajectory-following dynamics are demonstrated using nonlinear adaptive backstepping control. The use of fuzzy logic and intelligence-based controllers are increasingly being used to enhance traditional control's performance and output. In addition, the fuzzy logic controller has a lot of flaws that are presently being fixed by the extremely effective NFC tool. The proposed method's worth was demonstrated by the simulation results in terms of durability, effective tracking dynamics, precision, and good disturbance rejection with little ripple. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) are essential for various applications, but their architecture makes them vulnerable to attacks. While traditional security methods like authentication and encryption offer some protection, they often fall short against specific node attacks. This paper introduces the Secure Energy Aware Routing (SEAR) strategy, which uses trust-based assessments to exclude malicious nodes while optimizing energy consumption. SEAR factors in node trust, hop time, and residual energy to ensure reliable data transmission through trustworthy nodes. MATLAB simulations on networks of varying sizes (100-500) compare SEAR with existing methods (EAD and EASER), demonstrating SEAR's superior performance. Results show significant improvements in packet delivery ratio (13-16%), network throughput (19-24 %), energy consumption (32-36%), packet loss (16-190/0), and end-to-end latency (21-26%), proving SEAR's effectiveness in enhancing WSN security, energy efficiency, and performance. © 2024 IEEE.

The technologies vested by the introduction of fifth generation (5G) networks as well as the emerging 6G systems present opportunities for enhanced communication and computational capabilities that will advance many large-scale critical applications in the critical domains of manufacturing, extended reality, power generation and distribution, water, agriculture, transportation, healthcare, and defense and security, among many others. However, for these enhanced communication networks to take full effect, these networks, including wireless infrastructure, end-devices, edge/cloud servers, base stations, core network and satellite-based elements, should be equipped with real-time decision support capabilities, cognizant of multilevel and multimodal time-varying conditions, to enable self-sustainment of the networks and communications infrastructures, for optimal management and adaptive resource allocation with minimum possible intervention from operators. To meet the highly dynamic and extreme performance requirements of these heterogeneous multi-component, multilayer communication infrastructures on latency, data rate, reliability, and other user-defined metrics, these support methods will need to leverage the accuracy of full-scale models for multi-objective optimization, adaptive management, and control of time-varying and complex operations. This paper discusses how algorithmic, methodological, and instrumentation capabilities learned from Dynamic Data Driven Applications systems (DDDAS)-based methodologies can be applied to enable optimized and resilient design and operational management of the complex and highly dynamic 5G/6G communication infrastructures. An Efficient Test Scheduling Method Based on Dynamic Pairing

Test scheduling is a process that manages tests within a System-on-Chip (SoC) to minimize test time by allocating test resources and adjusting priorities. Efficient test scheduling offers cost saving opportunities by reducing test time without compromising test coverage. Since test scheduling is a NP-hard problem, conventional methods adopt optimization or heuristic algorithms that leverage metrics of each test. However, due to the interdependence of tests based on how limited resources are allocated, finding the optimal solution to minimize test time is challenging. In this paper, a dynamic pairing algorithm is proposed to consider the mutual influence of tests on each other in the test scheduling process. The proposed method identifies the available test resources for a specific pair and minimizes the test time of the paired modules under identified constraints. Additionally, the proposed algorithm employs a heuristic-based approach to test scheduling to reduce the CPU time needed for scheduling. The proposed heuristic algorithm sequentially schedules test target modules and determines the optimal test schedule through dynamic pairing. Experiments have been carried out on diverse benchmarks and under various constraint conditions. The results indicate that the proposed method achieves shorter test times on average in comparison to conventional methods. © 2025 IEEE. All rights reserved.

Silicon carbide Low Gain Avalanche Detectors (4H-SiC LGADs), exhibiting an ultra-fast time response and excellent time resolution, are reported. Via TCAD simulations, the use of field plates is proposed to suppress the high electric field caused by the negative bevel-etched angle. Experimental measurements confirm that the field plate significantly increases the breakdown voltage. Gain and time resolution are measured by using the ultraviolet transient current technique (UV-TCT), showing that 4H-SiC LGADs possess excellent timing performance, with a time resolution better than 35 ps in response to an injected laser signal tuned to represent a single minimum ionizing particle (MIP) at room temperature. Additionally, the gain suppression effect is observed in the 4H-SiC LGAD for the first time. © 1980-2012 IEEE.
