The dielectric environment plays a significant role in the performance of transition metal dichalcogenide FETs. In a previous study, a low mobility of monolayer (ML) MoS2 was extracted when located on an ultrathin dielectric [1]. Here, we have performed a comparative study of ML MoS2 on a number of low-κ/high-κ dielectrics and found that the mobility does not depend on the choice of dielectric if an “air gap” between the MoS2 and the dielectric is accounted for. This implies that remote phonon scattering plays a small or no role for the transport in MoS2. Moreover, we observed that mobility is independent on carrier concentrations and limited by intrinsic phonon scattering for both low-κ/high-κ dielectrics.

This paper proposes a micro-LED backlight module with a distributed Bragg reflector(DBR) structure to achieve excellent micro-LED backlight module quality and uses deep reinforcement learning(DRL) architecture for optical design. In the DRL architecture, to solve the computing environment problems of the two extreme structures of micro-scale and macro-scale, this paper proposes an environment control agent and virtual-realistic workflow to ensure that the design environment parameters are highly correlated with experimental results. This paper successfully designed a micro-LED backlight module with a DBR structure by the abovementioned *** micro-LED backlight module with a DBR structure improves the uniformity performance by 32% compared with the micro-LED backlight module without DBR, and the design calculation time required by the DRL method is only 17.9% of the traditional optical simulation.

This study introduces a specialised hardware plat-form designed for indoor navigation, featuring a quadrotor equipped with either a NVIDIA Jetson Nano or a Z-turn Zynq onboard computer. The onboard computer communicates via ROS2 with the flight controller, the Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU), Ultra-WideBand (UWB) localisation system, stereo camera, Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), and ultrasonic sensors. The focus is on creating a low-cost modular Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) system adaptable to various indoor navigation applications. The modular design encompasses different onboard computer platforms and sensor configurations, allowing for easy adaptation to research experiment setups. The objective is to facilitate the transition from simulated and simplified laboratory experiments to deploying aerial robots in challenging real-world conditions. The paper explores the hardware architecture and Robot Operating System 2 (ROS2)-based communication system of the UAV and provides a weight analysis and power estimation.
