The Flying Robot Trial League (FRTL), from RoboCup Brazil, is a competition that stimulates the development of autonomous and intelligent flying robots for inspection and operation in pipeline lanes and oil installations. In this context, this work presents the system developed by the BDP-UaiFly Team for the 2022 competition, using the off-the-shelf Parrot Bebop 2 to execute the Equipment Transport phase. This paper presents in detail the system platform and the navigation and sensing strategies implemented for autonomous navigation and image processing. In particular, the strategy adopted for cargo transportation based on servo-visual control is presented. Practical experiments validate the proposed solutions for the phases of the challenge.

Data-driven approaches achieve remarkable results for the modeling of complex dynamics based on collected data. However, these models often neglect basic physical principles which determine the behavior of any real-world system. This omission is unfavorable in two ways: The models are not as data-efficient as they could be by incorporating physical prior knowledge, and the model itself might not be physically correct. We propose Gaussian Process Port-Hamiltonian systems (GP-PHS) as a physics-informed Bayesian learning approach with uncertainty quantification. The Bayesian nature of GP-PHS uses collected data to form a distribution over all possible Hamiltonians instead of a single point estimate. Due to the underlying physics model, a GP-PHS generates passive systems with respect to designated inputs and outputs. Further, the proposed approach preserves the compositional nature of Port-Hamiltonian systems. © 2023, CC BY-NC-ND.

Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) Services have significant potential in digital content creation. The distinctive abilities of AIGC, such as content generation based on minimal input, hold huge potential, especially when integrating with semantic communication (SemCom). In this paper, a novel comprehensive conceptual model for the integration of AIGC and SemCom is developed. Particularly, a content generation level is introduced on top of the semantic level that provides a clear outline of how AIGC and SemCom interact with each other to produce meaningful and effective content. Moreover, a novel framework that employs AIGC technology is proposed as an encoder and decoder for semantic information, considering the joint optimization of semantic extraction and evaluation metrics tailored to AIGC services. The framework can adapt to different types of content generated, the required quality and the semantic information utilized. By employing a Deep Q Network (DQN), a case study is presented that provides useful insights into the feasibility of the optimization problem and its convergence characteristics. © 2023, CC BY.

Structural and optical properties of InP1-xSbx/n-InAs epilayers grown by gas source molecular beam epitaxy

High-resolution x-ray diffraction (HR-XRD), photoluminescence (PL), synchrotron radiation extended x-ray absorption fine-structure (SR-EXAFS) measurements are methodically analyzed for assessing the optical and structural properties of InP1−xSbx/n-InAs epifilms grown by gas-source molecular-beam epitaxy method. For InP0.63Sb0.37/n-InAs sample, the PL study has revealed two A1, A2 energy bands. The A1 band prevalent at low temperature is attributed to the recombination of carriers trapped in the tail states. The A2 band with nearly constant transition energy ∼ 0.46 eV is virtually temperature independent. In InP1−xSbx alloys, the energy peak of A1 band redshifted with temperature and showed strong compositional disorder. The A2 band, dominant at higher temperature with Gaussian-like line shape is ascribed to the deep-level transition as its behavior coincided with the signature of a configuration coordinate model. The deep level responsible for A2 band is possibly linked to the "vacancy-impurity" like complexes having ground and excited states in the energy band gap. The composition dependent analysis of SR-EXAFS data for InP1−xSbx/InAs samples has confirmed the maintenance of nearest neighbor In-P, In-Sb shell distances within the range of bulk binary materials’ bond lengths. We feel that our results of HR-XRD, PL and SR-EXAFS techniques have provided valuable information on the structural and optical characteristics of the InP1−xSbx/n-InAs (0 0 1) epilayers and can be extended to many other technologically important materials. © 2023 Elsevier B.V.

Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance.

Research on PHM(Predictive Health Management) for detecting or predicting abnormalities in semiconductors and factory equipment and processes typically focuses on improving accuracy and reducing model size. However, in actual factory settings, on-site personnel not only need to accurately detect and predict abnormalities in processes and equipment but also require an understanding of how to handle the encountered abnormal problems when they occur. This study proposes Industrial Semiconductor GPT technology, which embeds relevant professional technical documents of process equipment into a vector database and generates possible professional questions and answers. When on-site personnel inquire, a natural language processing algorithm is used to compare the generated answers with actual answers. Furthermore, this study verifies the collected expert data through prompting engineering, resulting in an approximately $9.39 \%$ increase in similarity, ensuring that factory personnel can obtain accurate and helpful answers when facing abnormal situations.

Private fifth-generation mobile communication networks (5G) have garnered considerable attention for providing various communication services. In private 5G systems, such as those employed in smart factories, it is necessary to appropriately manage the interference power among diverse systems because each nonpublic operator deploys a gNodeB in the local area and utilizes a similar allocated frequency. Several researchers have discussed the use of a radio map, which stores the spatial distribution of received signal power values as a tool for managing intra-system interference. Radio maps are typically applied to television white space, where the location of the base station (BS) is fixed and the average value of the received signal power exhibits time-invariant characteristics. However, in private 5G networks, the estimation accuracy using a conventional radio map is lowered because the location of the BS may be changed when the factory is rearranged. In this study, a database server is used to infer a significant difference in the average values of the received signal power by means of Welch's ${t}$ -test;the server then updates the radio map based on the test results. The simulation results indicate that the proposed method can detect changes in the BS location and update the radio map accurately. © 2015 IEEE.

In the current study, we introduce an innovative triple square cell sensor, precisely angled at 45 degrees, mounted on a Roger RT/Duroid 3210 substrate for the non-invasive monitoring of glucose levels. Utilizing advanced computational simulations, including a 3D full-wave electromagnetic analysis facilitated by CST software, the sensor identifies minor changes in the dielectric properties of glucose solutions. The triple square cell design distinguishes itself with significantly heightened sensitivity, evidenced by three distinct resonant peaks, surpassing the single-cell design. Achieving a notable sensitivity measure of 0.38812 dB for each mg/dL change in glucose concentration, this sensor demonstrates promising capabilities for continuous, non-invasive glucose surveillance, which is an essential component in diabetes care.

This paper presents a review of the NTIRE 2023 challenge on night photography rendering. The goal of the challenge was to find solutions that process raw camera images taken in nighttime conditions conditions, and thereby produce a photo-quality output images in the standard RGB (sRGB) space. Unlike the previous year's competition, participants were not provided with a large training dataset for the target sensor. Instead, this time they were given images of a color checker illuminated by a known light source. To evaluate the results, a sufficient number of viewers were asked to assess the visual quality of the proposed solutions, considering the subjective nature of the task. The highest ranking solutions were further ranked by Richard Collins, a renowned photographer. The top ranking participants' solutions effectively represent the state-of-the-art in nighttime photography rendering. More results can be found at https://***/ © 2023 IEEE.

In this article, we propose a compact microwave sensor for monitoring the blood glucose level of diabetes patients. The presented sensor utilizes eight cells of hexagonal-shaped complementary split-ring resonators (CSRRS), lined up in honey-cell configuration, fabricated on Rogers RO3210 substrate, and fed by a 50 Ohm microstrip line. For sensing glucose, the index and middle figures are placed on the sensing area. The biosensor can detect the small changes in the dielectric properties (relative permittivity and dielectric dissipation (Tan Delta)) of the blood's glucose across the signal path. This design's main concept is the strong interaction with electromagnetic fields concentrated in the sensing area. The resonator exhibits higher sensitivity performance than the single counterpart demonstrated by simulations in a 3D full-wave EM simulator CST. Along with theoretical estimations, the sensor is validated experimentally using a convenient setup of a vector network analyzer (VNA) that operated in measuring the transmission coefficient S21 and the phase. The sensor showed a shift in the resonant frequency by around 3 MHz/(mg/dL) of blood glucose concentration, which is significantly better sensitivity compared to previous studies. This sensor concept is a promising candidate for wearable non-invasive blood glucose monitoring devices.
